We love the style of the house, and it’s extremely comfortable to stay in.
We had the most divine little stay. Highly recommend this little villa for its warmth, location and how comfortable it was. Will definitely be back.
What was NOT too like. Beautiful cottage. Amazing location. Friendly host. All amenities if home. Could have happily. Loved in and stayed. Warm, cozy, clean. Safe parking.

Queenstown
Lovely property, very comfortable. Perfect for a family holiday.
Beautiful historic old school house converted into a wonderful vacation stay. Located in the quieter area of Lower Shotover, conveniently located between bustling Queenstown and Arrowtown, on a private property, well kept and manicured gardens. The owners were very friendly and helpful, but also respectful of privacy. The house is lovingly decorated with quirky touches. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need: from your tea/coffee/milk to chocolate fish or bath bubbles ans of course washer/dryer. As it was an old school house, the kitchen/ding/lounge is huge, with 2 spacious bedrooms and a nice bathroom (with tub). What a beautiful home away from home, we enjoyed our stay very much.
All was splendid
It was secluded and quiet, set in lovely garden and next to the river. Being an old building, it had a lot of character with features like the original timber flooring, coloured glass panels in the front door added to the impression. The premises were spacious, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Appliances were new and worked well.
We were disappointed we could not stay a bit longer.
Excellent facilities, extremely comfortable, too easy.
Beautiful area and very well equipped home with all of the comforts needed for a great winter stay!

Beautiful cottage in peaceful location adjacent to river. Our hosts were lovely and helped to make our stay special.
I loved the surrounds and that you could walk down to the river or just enjoy the garden. Feeding the fish was fun. I loved that the host had thought about many little details and the cottage was well equipped with everything you could need for a short and long stay.
It was a little further out from Frankton than we thought but was no issue as we had a car.
The host and the domicile make you feel like coming home. Warm welcome, great location - if only it weren't so far from home ...
Cosy and very well equipped in a lovely location
We had an elderly gentleman with and the shower over the bath wasn’t suitable for him.
House was super cozy and had everything you might need on holiday

The place was awesome. The building has an older almost pioneer era feel to it but with all the modern amenities. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and they stock the house with everything you could need. The surrounding area is beautiful and well landscaped. The beds were insanely comfortable and everything about our stay was delightful.

The location it was quite and beautiful.
The bed and the floor every time we walked on it ,it creaked and made horrible sound like you were in a haunted house
Quaint and beautifully appointed. High ceilings. Immaculately clean. Beautiful gardens. Close to Queenstown and the airport.
Nothing. It was even better than it looks in the pictures.
Beautiful setting. Cottage full of charm and character, tastefully renovated. Great location. Friendly host.
Good communication. Sarah and Roy super friendly. Gave us the hot tips for free parking in town. 10/10 recommend!
Very cute little house. Loved having a wood burner. Felt very home-like and was super comfortable.
Absolutely stunning, it was all very clean and had everything we needed
Shower pressure was too strong that when turned on max the first time, sent the hose flying up and got water everywhere. Bed was very noisy through the night when turning too (plastic crinkly noise) otherwise good
