Reviewed Apr 18, 2026the location is perfect to explore the city by foot and also close to metro station. It's a notmal tesidential area, not fancy, but I felt absolutely safe. the apartment is a bit old, but it has everything. 24-hour concierge

El ruido de la calle, no tiene ventanas capacitadas para disminuir el ruido. Pero lo que menos me gustó fue la DUCHA, tiene un espacio demasiado pequeño para bañarse muy difícil de entrar a ella y el agua caliente no funcionaba adecuadamente. Otro aspecto son las camas, no son de lo mejor y con camas nido para ir en pareja es muy incomodo

Reviewed Nov 10, 2025Buona posizione co metro comoda a qualche centinaio di metri. Nei dintorni si trova di tutto, supermercati, cibo ecc. Buona comunicazione con la proprietaria. Apprezzata la presenza della lavatrice
Mi spiace lasciare questa recensione perché l'alloggio in sé stesso non sarebbe stato male. Il problema è stata la pulizia, soprattutto della cucina, frigo con cattivo odore e residui di cibo lasciato da altri ospiti. Freezer sporco con cose rovesciate e tutto un po' appiccicoso. Non abbiamo di fatto cucinato perché sinceramente non ci sapeva pulito.

Faltaba un poco de limpieza en baño y cocina. La cabina de la ducha es chica y se dificulta salir con el inodoro enfrente.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025Wij kwamen 's avonds laat aan, maar de sleutel lag klaar voor ons bij de conciërge van het gebouw. De kamer zelf is een volwaardig appartement en het inwendig terras is een fijne plek om te zitten. De eigenares woont in dezelfde gang en is altijd bereikbaar via Whatsapp. Na het uitchecken op de laatste dag mochten we onze baggage een hele namiddag achterlaten bij hun, voordat we de nachtbus namen. En ze hielpen ons met het wassen van onze kleding, omdat de wasmachine in het appartement niet werkte. De locatie is ideaal vlakbij verschillende supermarkten, op 10 minuten wandelen van een metrostation en heel centraal in Santiago. Als je veel wilt koken en relatief betaalbaar wilt overnachten, dan is dit de ideale plek.
De keuken en badkamer zijn toe aan renovatie. De douche is heel erg krap en de positie van wc pal voor de douche is niet handig. De bedden zijn niet de allerbeste en blijven moeilijk op hun plek staan.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2024The flat has an excellent location. Very close to the Universidad Catolica metro stop and a short walkable distance to the Lastarria pleasant neighbourhood. Santiago is an easy and safe city to get your way around and I had easy access to public transport and Uber. There are two supermarkets very close by, laundries and on Sundays, there is a buzzing street market as you walk down Av Portugal. My contact with host Sandra was always smooth and she sorted whatever was needed, including sharing Netflix. Happy to stay there again.
The flat attend my needs for a two-week stay. A little bit more of kitchen utensils would have been good but Sandra was always easy to contact and sort out what was needed.
