Albergo un po’ datato ma accogliente e davvero curato nei servizi e nell arredamento di altri tempi. Ottima colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità del territorio. Lo staff super accogliente e disponibile, ci ha permesso di parcheggiare l’auto, a pagamento, nel garage accanto all’hotel. ♥️

Hotel a 2 minuti a piedi da place du vieux marché, quindi in pieno centro. Camera all'ultimo piano, con arredamento da modernare ma decisamente pulita! Colazione buona e varia Staff davvero disponibile, attento e gentile Parcheggio convenzionato a qualche minuto a piedi

Migliorerei l'arredamento della camera che, per gusto personale, è un po' troppo vecchio stile

Nous étions venus un an auparavant. L'hôtel est toujours aussi agréable, avec une décoration personnalisée de très bon goût.

Hôtel très vieux qui mériterait un rafraichissement des salles de bains et des parties communes. Baignoire pleine de tartre, bonde cassée, rideau de baignoire sale et déchiré. Mobilier de la salle de bain cassé, porte serviette cassé, porte gobelet cassé, aucune insonorité des chambres. miroir du couloir fissuré et réparé avec du scotch.

Great location, great staff. The hotel is placed in lovely old building. Very nice breakfast, private parking in garage on demand. We only missed aircon as the day we stayed was very hot.

Mancanza di manutenzione della stanza che non sono come quelle in foto. Rubinetto acqua calda non funzionante e mancanza di sapone per la doccia, maniglia della finestra difettosa. Assenza di aria condizionata e assenza di mini frigo.

Personnel bienveillant et très à l'écoute. Bel Hôtel, très bien placé, pas loin de la gare et à côté du centre ville. Chambre conforme à la description, très propre et décorée avec goût, mélangeant moderne et ancien ! Très bon petit-déjeuner. On reviendra avec plaisir !

La stanza 52 è un sottotetto. Il giorno 11 luglio c'erano non meno di 40 gradi nella stanza. Una sauna, un forno, non una sistemazione d'hotel. Realmente invivibile. Dopo un'ora abbiamo lasciato la stanza e prenotato in un altro albergo a Rouen. Abbiamo chiesto di poter avere un condizionatore per la stanza ma ci è stato detto che il titolare non era raggiungibile. Il portiere è sembrato pienamente consapevole che la sistemazione fosse inaccettabile, ma ha detto di essere un dipendente e non potere fare niente.

Très bon hôtel, le personnel était adorable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon aussi. L'emplacement était super.

Non c’è aria condizionata (ma non sono stata attenta nella prenotazione e questo è un periodo di caldo anomalo in Normandia), la camera un po’ asfissiante e ho trovato un ragno nel bagno

Wir hatten auch Frühstück gebucht. Dies war überschaubar. Die Frühstücksflocken schmeckten alt. Zudem waren Behälter leer oder Namenstafeln ohne die dazugehörigen Speisen. Z.B. Zitronenkuchen. Das vermittelt den Eindruck, nicht das ganze Frühstück erhalten zu haben. Die Zimmer sind eher alt.

È una posizione centrale molto vicino al centro, la stanza non è enorme ma ha un letto dove non ho avuto i piedi di fuori! Colazione molto buona non troppo varia, ma compresa di uova da cuocere al momento, dolcini e macchina del caffè con lattiera per cappuccino vero . Bagno rinnovato, pulito.

La struttura è un po retrò, così come l’arredo della camera. Un pochino di rumore a volte passa dal locale che c’è davanti.

Charmantes Hotel, geführt von sehr engagierter Dame. Zimmer im 4. OG relativ klein, leider sehr heiß in der aktuellen Wetterlage. Aber Wechsel in ein Zimmer im 1. OG wurde möglich gemacht, vielen Dank. Frühstück in einem privat wirkenden Salon mit guter Auswahl. Die PArkgarage ist sehr eng und verlangt fahrerisches Geschick! Gute Lage zur Innenstadt.

Leider keine Klimaanlage! Und abends ist es auf der Gasse sehr laut - bis in die frühen Morgenstunden. Das zweite Zimmer lag zum Hof hin und war dafür ruhig.

Es war aber heiss und lärmig. Man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen (oder besser gesagt, nicht mehr richtig schliessen)

Vettovaglie logorate dall’usura così pure le lenzuola. Stanze eccessivamente calde con assenza di climatizzatore e/o di ventole al soffitto. Ci hanno fornito di un ventilatore portatile che era insufficienza a rinfrescare la stanza.

Accès très difficile, les GPS ne sont d'aucune utilité. Chanbre sous les toits, minuscule, véritable étuve. Un premier mini ventilateur qui ne fonctionne pas, un second dans efficacité. Impossible de payer avec Amex.

Very Friendly Staff, Clean Hotel and Nice room, Good breakfast, Excellent central location. Would stay here again! Only one problem no air conditioning only small room fan which in hot weather is not enough and makes sleeping very difficult.

According to our booking, our room was a superior double but it certainly didn’t feel like one! Breakfast was fine, it was self-service but there were no staff around if you needed anything. The location of the hotel was nice and central for all the main sites to visit, so it was easy to walk everywhere and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from.

According to our booking, we had a superior double room but we found both the bedroom and the bathroom were rather small and cramped; the room felt quite warm without the windows open. However, at night there was quite a lot of noise from the bar opposite our side of the building which was open very late, so we had to close the windows.

As it was an old building there were alot of stairs to the 4 floors. There was a small rickety lift to floor 4. Unfortunately my family and I were in the loft area and had to carry cases up another floor.

my room was right over the street in front of a bar! noice up to at least midnight or later .Does not have air conditioning so windows had to be open wide , noise coming in , also the street lights ! was veryyyyy hot . Awful night. Towels were small and very old and stiff .

The hotel is it a bit of rustique style. So not too modern. Most annoying is the parking situation - they DO NOT have their own parking, you need to go park into a parking garage 10 minutes walk away. Complicated to drop off the luggage. Not recommended as a stay if you come by car.

La chambre 21 est propre et refaite, la literie impeccable, la salle de bain superbe. Membre du personnel aimable et poli.

Malheureusement j'ai réservé pendant la canicule, les chambres n'ayant pas de climatisation c'était une étuve pour la personne âgée qui m'accompagnait.

Great location, clean, has a lovely vintage vibe. The room was clean and quiet.

The corridors and staircases are narrows, but this is not unique in France. A fridge would be useful in the room.

j'ai deja correspondu avec vous concernant cette hôtel, malgré les informations que je vous ai fournis ( bons et horaires de réservation) vous m'avez prelevés 99€ pour annulation de la location. Pour quelle raison: sur le site de cet hotel il est indiqué Parking, et qu'il n'y à pas de parking, de plus l'hotel est sitié dans une rue piétonne.(je tiens à votte disposition la photo du site sur votre support) . Ma femme à deux prothèses de genoux et il était hors de question de garer mon véhicule à une distance tres éloignée de l'hotel et de rejoindre l'hotel à pieds (77 et 79 ans). je vous ai déjà signalé ce problème et vous avez persistés dans votre logique en me prélevant votre faifait pour annulation tardive. Comment peut-on annuler une réservation qui a été reservé 1/4 heure avant d'y arriver. Pour cette raison je vous ai signifié que je ne asserai plus par votre site, à moins que vous ne reconsidériez vottre position Daniel Le Goff
