Die originelle Ausstattung der Zimmer ist das eigentliche Highlight in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer, das mit Gegenständen aus einem Zug eingerichtet was. Sehr süß! Auch das kleine Bad hat dadurch sehr gewonnen! Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sehr praktisch mit der Parkgarage direkt gegenüber.

Die genau nach anwesenden Personen im Frühstücksraum abgezählten Teller fanden wir etwas kleinlich. Auch waren keinerlei Löffel oder ähnliches in den zahlreichen Müsli- und Cerealienbehältern, so dass man davon gar nicht nehmen konnte (auch keine Löffel verfügbar am Tisch) Schade, dass die Bar nicht mehr existiert! Nachts waren viele Anwohner und ihre Freunde auf der Straße aktiv. Das war sehr laut.

Located just on the edge of the pedestrian area of the historical city center. 5 minutes walk from cathedral. Terracce was fancy and spaceous. Breakfast was good and solid. Public parking only 50 meters away from front door.

Room was very small. Bathroom was rather old style and not very stylish at all. Rare in wall plugs for charging phone etc. Air condition is there but no local in-room control …. fancy concept.

Bel hôtel, décoration originale, bien situé à proximité d’un parking et près du centre historique. Accueil chaleureux, très bon petit déjeuner.

Helaas geen comfortabel verblijf gehad. Erg kleine badkamer, geen fijn bed en ontbijt was oké. Hadden gezien de reviews er meer van verwacht.

Hotel pulito, moderno, camera e bagno discretamente spaziosi, ben insonorizzata trovandosi su strada molto trafficata. Comodissimo il garage adiacente all'hotel con piccolo supplemento. Colazione sopra la media per essere un hotel di catena.

Posizione non comodissima al centro storico. Circa 30 minuti a piedi passando per strada trafficata adiacente zona portuale.

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen, die Fotos sind leider nicht aktuell. Die Dachterrasse ist verwahrlost mit vertrockneten Pflanzen und dreckigen Möbeln. Die Dusche ist eine Badewanne und der Einstieg wenig komfortabel. Die Handtücher und Toilettenhalterung müssten dringend mal erneuert werden. Da stimmt leider das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr! Auch wenn das Frühstück schmeckt (vom Kaffee aus der Kanne mal abgesehen), macht es keinen Spaß, auf kaputten Sitzbezügen zu speisen. Das eigentliche Problem, warum wir früher abgereist sind, waren aber die überaus lauten Nachbarn im Haus nebenan. Das Hotel hat sich Mühe gegeben, das Problem abzustellen, aber nach zwei schlechten Nächten in Folge waren wir einfach nur übernächtigt.

La mancanza del condizionare ci ha costretti a dormire con la finestra aperta ma arrivava molto rumore dalla piazzetta del centro storico.

Camera pulita e piuttosto grande, struttura molto vicino al centro c’è un parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri che non è poca cosa visto che in città parcheggiare è piuttosto difficile. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile

Forse metterei qualche luce in più perché la camera è piuttosto buia.

Très bien, j’y retournerai, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel très souriant.

Kamer had geen airco en alleen een blower. Het raam kon open, maar buiten was het windstil dus veel te warm om comfortabel te slapen.

The hotel is conveniently located l, just a few blocks from the old town with cafés and restaurants. My room was creatively decorated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I liked that I was able to leave my luggage (although there isn’t a locked room for that).

The hotel name and look don’t match in my opinion. A lot of the furnishings is outdated and even though someone put a lot of effort into details it wasn’t my cup of tea. I would have wished for a bit of a modern look. The bathroom was really small. I’m a normal sized person and was already wondering on the toilet what you would doing you were taller than me. I was there on a Saturday night and slept with my window open. Even though the hotel is in a quiet street (I thought) there was a lot of noise from outside and I even woke up from it.

Vi hade otur och fick ett rum högt upp i byggnaden under värmeböljan - blev olidligt varmt utan AC. Slitet rum, smal säng och halvdan städning.

No air condition. During the heat wave the room felt like being in a sauna. Lack of maintenance on part of the room, such as the window handle.

L'accueil sympathique Petit déjeuner correct;

Chambre pas du tout 3* : pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire ; une salle de bain incroyablement vieillotte et limite dangereuse ( pas sécure au niveau de la baignoire et les wc qui touche le coin du lavabo ). La moquette est tachée . Les rideaux trop petits et pas assez occultants . J'avais demandé une chambre au calme ; nous avons eu la chambre 101 en face de l'ascenseur et à côté du local technique et côté rue ! ... Alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet .

Sehr schönes großes und stilvoll modern eingerichtetes Zimmer mit tollem Überblick über Rouen und eigener kleiner Dachterrasse. Betten bequem und ein Parkhaus wenige Meter ums Eck mit für Rouen normalen Preisen (16 Euro zu unserer Urlaubszeit). Sehr entspannt für einen Aufenthalt in Rouen, man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und wenige Meter von den zentralen Einkaufsstraßen und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

La décoration des chambres vraiment originale, l’emplacement très central, la gentillesse du personnel.

Tout était parfait, sauf la climatisation qui manquait et peut être un problème en cas de forte chaleur…

La situació és excel•lent al centre de la ciutat. La decoració és original. Hi ha un parell de pàrquings de pagament molt a prop de l’hotel.

Hi ha poc espai per deixar la maleta i també per penjar la roba.

Központi fekvésű szálloda. Tökéletes kilátás nyílik a katedrálisra abból a szobából amiben én voltam. A szoba tiszta és rendezett volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Pas de climatisation alors que par malchance, c’était une période de canicule. On a été obligés d’ouvrir la fenêtre mais la rue était très bruyante. Il fallait donc choisir entre le bruit et la chaleur …

The hotel was well-placed. Lots of good restaurants nearby.We liked the quirky, arty rooms, which were clean and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Hotel muy cómodo a cinco minutos andando de la catedral. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Camas y almohadas cómodas y todo super limpio.

Kleines Hotel , sehr zentral, sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück. Zimmer in angemessener Größe (wir hatten schon deutlich kleinere), Sanitäranlagen gut, trotz der sehr zentralen Lage sehr ruhig (wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße), gute Betten Parkhaus nur wenige Meter entfernt

No mirror over dressing table. Shower head lose. . Getting in and out of bath hard as no hand rails and bath was very slippery.

Non è vero che si paga in struttura. Nel momento della prenotazione su booking circa 9 giorni prima del check in mi hanno prenotato e tolta la disponibilita dalla carta di credito di più del 50% del costo della camera. È una falsa pubblicità.

Удобно расположен территориально, везде можно дойти пешком-вокзалы, достопримечательности.Очень хороший завтрак по французским меркам,не большое разнообразие, но выбор есть, все свежее, вопрос остался только к качеству кофе. Идеальный персонал! В номере не было чайника, все сразу принесли по нашей просьбе. С улицы хорошая звукоизоляция, жили на 1 этаже, при закрытом окне ничего не слышно.Рядом много ресторанов,буланжери.

Очень изношенные полотенца.( Не хватало хотя бы нескольких вешалок для верхней одежды при входе, мокрые куртки приходилось вешать рядом с другой одеждой(

Dans la douche, le pommeau est cassé, l’un des pieds des fauteuils de la chambre était aussi cassé. Je trouve ça beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposer.

Room was great, really fun with the backstage set up. Location was also great.

No kettle/coffee machine in the room even though the website said there was, and was rudely refused a kettle by the owner. I ended up buying one for €11 just so I could enjoy a relaxing morning by coffee in my room. The aggressive refusal was the issue rather than not having one.
