Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We had such a lovely stay in Bali! The location was fantastic, very central and convenient, making it easy to get around, and we had absolutely no complaints. The staff were incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, and any requests or needs we had were handled so quickly and professionally. A special mention to Bama, our housekeeper, who was excellent and did such a great job keeping everything clean and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Another special mention to Janet, who was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were all well looked after. Her attentiveness and care really made a difference to our experience.
