Reviewed Sep 3, 2026A 5 minutos caminando de playas muy bonitas. Con parking. Buen menaje. Anfitrion amable con buenas explicaciones.
Hormigas y entrada de luz nocturna (como todos los alojamientos de Mauricio). Camas incómodas. Los edificios aledaños están en bastantes malas condiciones y da mala imagen.

La seule petite chose que je reprocherai c’est la proximité de l’immeuble voisin mal entrenu et squatté par des pigeons ( j’étais au second comme je l’avais choisi )

Il est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible, et ses conseils avisés ainsi que ses bons plans ont réellement amélioré notre séjour. L’appartement est spacieux, calme et très agréable à vivre. Il bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, à proximité des plages de Plage de Mont Choisy et de Plage de Trou aux Biches. Nous recommandons vivement Fleur de Canne : une adresse fiable avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long. À bientôt Jimmy, et merci encore pour tout !

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Mycket fin lägenhet. Ett fantastiskt mottagande av Jimmy!!! Han gav tips på restauranger mm och info om restaurangen nedanför där man inte ska äta (den grönblå restaurangen vid vägen). Båda rummen hade var sitt badrum. Balkong med utsikt ner mot poolen. Man kände att man var trygg och det var ett lugnt område! Nära ner till stränderna, ca10 min promenad. Ta man höger nere vid vägen kommer man till del lokala stranden med food tracks. Ta du vänster kommer man till stranden där alla stora resorten är. Vid dessa stora hotellanläggningar är mycket svårt att hitta någonstans att äta och dricka. Du får inte gå upp till hotellens anläggningar och äta lunch eller ens ta något att dricka. Inte heller hyra en solstol. Vid något enstaka ställe går det, men det är dyrt! Mycket tråkigt tyvärr då stranden är ljuvlig!
Något hårda sängar, då jag vill sova mjukt, tyvärr!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de la playa a pie, restaurantes cerca, apartamento muy grande, limpio y completo. Con aparcamiento, aunque en la puerta también es seguro aparcar.
Por buscar un punto de mejora, las sábanas eran viejas, tenían pelotillas, deberían ser cambiadas por unas nuevas. Tampoco eran nuevos los estropajos de fregar los platos.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2026Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à la Résidence Fleur de Canne. La résidence est très belle, parfaitement entretenue et située dans un environnement calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de l’île Maurice. Le logement est très confortable, bien équipé et conforme en tout point à la description. Rien ne manque, on s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. La résidence est également très bien située : Trou aux Biches est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture et la plage se trouve à environ 12 minutes à pied. De très bons restaurants dans le secteur. Un immense merci à Jimmy et à sa femme Karine, qui sont des hôtes tout simplement exceptionnels. Accueillants, disponibles, bienveillants et toujours prêts à rendre service, ils ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme font vraiment la différence. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter. Je recommande la Résidence Fleur de Canne les yeux fermés, à 100 %, pour des vacances réussies à l’île Maurice.

Il condizionatore purtroppo serve, e quello dell'appartamento è molto vecchio e soprattutto molto rumoroso. Troppo rumoroso. Nell'appartamento non c'era l'asciugacapelli, abbiamo telefonato per farne portare uno. Su 4 asciugamani ne mancava 1. La televisione funzionava solo con youtube . Nel bagno c'e una perdita d'acqua che NON finisce in uno scarico ma ristagna. Purtroppo trovate 3 blatte, forse arrivano dai ristoranti attigui... Purtroppo molte cose falle foto non si capiscono.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Hlavnou prednosťou ubytovania je lokalita, cena a ústretovosť pána majiteľa. Ubytovanie je jednoduchšie, hlavne kúpelne, ale určite zodpovedajúce cene. Jimmy bol vždy k dispozícii na whats app, a keď sme niečo od neho potrebovali o malú chvíľočku bol u nás a riešil vzniknutú situáciu. Apartmán bol vyhovujúci pre 4 dospelé osoby, má dve samostatné izby a dve samostatné kúpelne, čo sme veľmi ocenili. Vybavenie kuchyne je perfektné, je tam všetko, čo potrebujete na jednoduché varenie. Radi by sme sa tam znovu vrátili.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Супер вариант для проживания в Мон Шуази. Тихая улочка, при этом до кафе и ресторанов и фруктовой лавки - 3 минуты пешком. Бассейн чистый и с подсветкой. Разрешили задержаться на час в аппартаментах, за что огромное спасибо. Чуть шумноват кондиционер в основной спальне, но так как аппартаменты на 1 этаже, то они не сильно нагревались. С удовольствием приехали бы туда еще раз.

Appreciated the quality ground coffee and filters. Owners were overseas but arrangements were made for smooth arrival.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The owner was really friendly and welcoming. All our needs were met and he was at a minute distance if we needed anything. The place was clean and well furnished. The beach is 10 minutes walking distance and even the pool was cosy. The parking space was also adequate for 5 cars which was very beneficial.

It was nice at night even without the air conditioner, but it's there too. Beautiful loggia. The roof offers a stunning view of the starry sky!!!! Polite and hospitable apartment owners. Reviewed Nov 15, 2024We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment in Mont Choisy. One of the best features of this accommodation is its location. Situated between two of the island’s finest beaches, both were within a 10-minute walk. Additionally, there’s a small shop conveniently located next to the apartment, perfect for picking up any essentials. A short bus ride will take you to either Grand Baie or Trou aux Biches, both of which offer a wider selection of restaurants and shops. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible hospitality of Karine and Jimmy. Jimmy generously paid for our first supermarket purchase when we mistakenly arrived without exchanging any cash for rupees. Of course, we reimbursed him as soon as possible. He also organized a reasonably priced, full-day taxi service that allowed us to explore more remote parts of the island. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us recover a SIM card we had accidentally left in the taxi. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

The property was despicable, dirty and unusable. There is a leaking toilet fixture, broken A/C, wooden table eaten by termites, water pressure issues, filthy bathroom mats, rusty bathroom drains, a fridge that smells, an old, broken TV, a broken lock, a rusty fan, non-existent WiFi, and the hosts were extremely inhospitable, too. Furthermore, the entrance area is used as storage, posing a hazard to guests. We were given 1 key amongst 4 people, meaning that we couldn’t leave, except as a group. The terrace fence is insecure, making it dangerous, too. None of the issues that we raised were fixed. Once we made Jimmy aware of the issues, Karine wrote to booking.com to make false allegations of being noisy so that they could force us out early and keep the full booking fee. I would not recommend this apartment under any circumstances. Do not spend your hard earned money here. The building is grotty and unsafe - the hosts are duplicitous penny pinchers. Avoid at all costs!
