Kilkee Moore bay

House was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was provided. Good location, and the facilities were great, especially the playing area for the kids. We had a great stay, thank you to the hosts.

Struggled to think of anything but possibly even a small set of outdoor furniture would have been a bonus as we were luckily blessed with the weather for the weekend and it would have been nice to sit outside.

Location was great and beds were comfortable

Kitchen had everything but cooking utensils. There was a cutlery drawer with cutlery and 4 bottle openers but nothing to cook with. It would be nice if there was some tennis rackets & basketball for kids to use at the courts.

Lots of space & room. 15 mins walk to the beach & town. Little amusement arcades on route to the beach so that went down well for my teenager. Would recommend & would return.

No curtains in bedrooms only blinds so was quite bright in the mornings.

The decorations, furnishings and fittings were to a top class standard.

Could have been a little cleaner, and all double beds only had one pillow to each person with no option of a second in storage.

Gostamos muito da casa, muito espaçosa, limpa, com tudo que a gente precisava para passar nossa estadia.

The main bathroom, kitchen (except for kitchen table)and sitting room were very modern and fresh. The beds were lovely and comfortable.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but...The house just did not feel clean. The ensuite sink and shower were disgusting with hairs still in the shower tray and around the taps on the sink . There were crumbs and debris around the cutlery in the drawer in the kitchen and the bedroom window was filthy. There was a plastic bag stuffed into the letter box to stop the wind from coming in. The pillows smelled like they hadn't been changed and the covers didnt feel like they were fresh at all. The lockbox with the keys in it for self check-in was up at the top of the door. If it wasn't for my 6ft tall son, I wouldn't have been able to reach.

Le courant n'était pas mis à notre arrivée (Nous trouvons cela dommage sachant que les personnes qui louent leur logement savent que des clients arrivent (ils connaissent la date et l'heure d'arrivée). Il y a une personne qui s'occupe de ça et qui est passé quand nous leur avons dit, après avoir mis le courant, que le micro onde et frigo ne fonctionnaient pas (ces disjoncteurs là étaient fermés donc ils ne se sont pas mis en route en même temps que tout le reste). Ca aussi nous trouvons ca dommage qu'en arrivant au logement, le frigo ne soit pas fonctionnelle (sachant que l'on passe la journée avec une glacière). Point positif, il y a un congélateur donc en repartant on a des pains de glace fonctionnels. Point négatif : la douche, il serait appréciable de nettoyer le syphon de la douche. Il y a avait tellement de cheveux bloqués que l'eau ne s'écoulé pas. J'en ai enlevé un peu mais le reste étaient bloqués. Personnellement, j'ai trouvé la luminosité des ampoules du salon trop faible (c'est une question de point de vu à ce sujet, personnellement je n'aime pas être dans le noir le soir, ca me fatigue vite) Petite remarque : Il serait bien de remplacer l'ouverture de la boite au lettre (qui se trouve sur la porte d'entrée) car comme elle a été cassé (depuis je ne sais combien de temps), ca a été remplacé par du papier et on sent l'air passé. Pour info, un des radiateur ne fonctionne pas (il est allumé mais ne chauffe pas. On a tenté de toucher au bouton mais rien n'a changé donc soit il y a un problème, soit il y a une sécurité et nous n'avons pas su le déverrouiller. Dommage, car il faisait un peu frais dans la maison.

Quietness of the estate.

The stairs were very steep and could do with a second bannister. A downstairs loo would enhance your property greatly. This is not a criticism just a suggestion.

Everything, could not fault anything in this house, perfect location, all the facilities and by far the cleanest house I have stayed in, within Moore bay - and added bonus was the towels left for us with loads to spare

Kilkee is fab. House was big and spacious, and judt a short walk to village

Could have been cleaner. Seemed a little damp. A wash line outside would have been really useful

The house is fabulous, clean, modern and exceeded our expectations. The beds were so comfortable, bedlinen and towels high quality. The Kitchen and family room are beautifully designed with all essentials. Host was great and we will be booking again for sure. It is really ideal for families, with all essentials, safe outdoor areas and a playground right beside the property. Baby items cot and highchair provided.

It had a modern kitchen and new main bathroom. Plenty of delph.

En-suite bathroom a bit shabby. No outdoor furniture. No washing line. Kitchen needs more utensils - no bread knife, spatula, garlic press.

Lovely home from home house and close to all Kilkee has to offer. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house by the sea. The location couldn't be better – just a short walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and local restaurants. It was great not needing a car to get around. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Fast Wi-Fi and modern appliances were a big plus. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with all the comforts of home and easy access to everything

Truly was a home from home. Very comfortable and spacious. Owner had supplied every thing to get us going and to be able to clean after cooking and for washing clothes

Both showers could be improved. A tumble dryer or washing line would be good
