Basic put i would rebook. Interesting location. Outside touristy location but good to get local vibe.

Breakfast at the menu del dia next door is included and was basic but good. Depending on the day of the week and the event schedule at the football field next door it can get very noisy if you have a room towards the street. For us it was national holiday and there was a lot of noise, the windows don’t block.

Staff friendly and helpful

Location and room doors are kind of “vulnerable”. Slight plumbing or ventilation issues. First room with humidity smell and second one with plumbing smells.

The hotel is super modern, beautifully designed with comfortable shared areas (rooftop terrace, ect.). Very supportive staff and well equipped outside kitchen!

We can hear every noise coming from outside the room. No real calm nor privacy.

The room was good for the price an location

After 8PM the hotel is virtual with no staff. It took me one hour to get to my room with delays of entering the hotel, paying for the hotel and getting the keys. Also, somethings seemed unsafe. It was not possible to exit the hotel because it was unmanned - the supposed emergency exit required a key or pressing a button down the hall. The virtual concept does not seem to work.

The location is good - quite safe place, not far from the center and guided tours starts. The rooftop was not bad - it's cool to relax, but the view is not scenic at all. I liked the keys - was really easy to get inside. The room didn't have AC, but a fan. Good laundry service inside.

The bathroom door was broken. The coffee machine on the rooftop is awful.

Check-in comodo, stanza ok, posizionata nella Medellín vissuta dai suoi abitanti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La stanza aveva una finestra che dava su un corridoio interno. Abbiamo sentito musica ad alto volume e schiamazzi tutta la notte (sabato).

Al ser una casa, se escucha algo de ruido de otras habitaciones y de las casas de enseguida, ya que es una zona no muy hotelera sino más bien un barrio. Tener en cuenta que hay habitaciones sin TV

This was a great little hotel. The staff and service were excellent and the facilities much better than we had anticipated. Great value! and we'll definitely be staying there again when we pass through Medellin.

El personal es amable, el lugar es limpio.

Lastimosamente el internet en la habitación tenia conexión pésima, por lo cual no podia ni ver películas ni trabajar... la habitación no contaba con televisor (ya lo sabia cuando las escogí). pero al no tener conexión estable a internet tampoco mis dispositivos funcionaban. - Se escucha todo el ruido de las otras personas en las habitaciones.

Manager has lived in USA, speaks excellent English and very helpful. Good-sized comfortable room. Well located close to the Olaya Herrera Airport. Early morning receptionist spoke no English - better to use Uber than to get him to call a taxi. Id happily stay here again.

L' appartement est grand, bien fourni bien equipé avec une petite terrasse ensoleillée.

Pas de climatisation, le toit étant en tôle, bien que récemment partiellement couvert il fait parfois une chaleur étouffante en fin de journée

Cozy room, very kind staff. You can use the co-working area and the rooftop, which has a coffee maker.

The internet connection in my room was horrible. The connection in the shared area was quite stable, but the owner should definitely pay attention to this problem.

For me, safety was the most important thing in Medellin. It worked perfectly in that regard.

We had a good one week stay during new year and nothing to complain about! Good facilities with a kitchen.

What a stay! Beautiful space, reception area, high security, clean rooms, hot water, mutual space. Very friendly staff, very comfy beds. A+

Location was a little far from where i was hanging out for the week. I didnt care for poblado but it was the closest area to hang out and explore. Uber rides were about 3-4$ each way by moto, and i would try to just make 1 trip a day. No good food near the hotel but good markets around the corner. The soccer field across the hotel was fun and a great way to spend some time before heading in for the night.

The staff was super friendly, the rooftop was very pretty and the rooms cozy and clean. Check-in & out uncomplicated, all in all great stay There is a football field in front of the hotel which had a special tournament that weekend - it was super entertaining!

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Kitchen is nice. Rooftop garden is sweet.

Dogs are noisy at night.

Hotel Casa Lucca and their employees were amazing! They were very helpful and we can not thank them enough. We were very flexible and we ended up extending our stay with them twice. The Hotel is very close to Poblado and central to many other Medellin attractions. Mid floor they have a common kitchen and on the top floor there is a rooftop. Therefore, it’s more than just a hotel that has rooms. All their employees were always helpful. They can accommodate most of your wishes.

We have got the Rooftop room apartment … it was really spacious. The kitchen was well equipped.

There was no hotel sign visible from the street. We heard all noises from the street during the night as there was no insulation of the room.

It was nice and cozy. Not too far a drive from other places.

The mattress wasn’t comfortable and the rooms are smaller than it seems.

Noise outside in the early morning especially on weekends but that is outside the hotels control, if you're a heavy sleeper it won't matter.

the location gave me the feel of city, being a walking person i was to walk everywhere everyday , rooftop view was nice too

bed was comfortable however a challenge for a tall person . WI-FI was not stable so plan accordingly.

My room had some sort of infestation. Instead of changing my room, they accused me of bringing them in. Obviously, the cleanliness is subpar. Hosts and response were quite rude.

Nice room with a window :) a bit loud at night but it was ok. Nice kitchen and terasse👍🏻 the personnel was really kind.

Wifi is very bad and will make you lose your mind if you're trying to plan for your next move. A tad far from El Poblado (25 min by walk)
