The staff were friendly and the lady who worked the front desk spoke very good English. There was a free breakfast that included plenty of free coffee and juice. The room was comfortable and everything in it worked as advertised. The linens and towels were clean and in good condition. Location-wise it was good; close to the central part of Manila but also far enough away where it was quiet and peaceful.

The room that I had was rather small; you couldn't have an open suitcase and still walk around the room without having to step over it. The room I had also only had one tiny window which didn't face outside, instead it faced a fully-enclosed internal hallway. A little bit of natural light from an outside-facing window would have been nice, and I would have rather no window at all than a window where guests in the hallway could look into my room from. Finally, although the price was somewhat reasonable, I did stay elsewhere in Manila in a bigger room at a lower price. So there are better values in the area.

La ubicación.

El servicio, nos mandaron un conductor al aeropuerto para buscarnos que nos dejo tirados. Y el hotel respondió muy tarde los mensajes de booking haciéndonos esperar más de una hora en el aeropuerto hasta que decidimos pedir un uber. Se disculparon con que el conductor fue el culpable, que él se fue y no nos esperó al nosotros no salir del aeropuerto a la hora de llegada del vuelo. Si un vuelo llega 16.30 claramente las personas saldrán del lugar 20 o 30 minutos después por los trámites a realizar y pasar control migratorio. Tampoco nos avisaron ni se comunicaron ni resolvieron. No tuvimos agua caliente durante 3 días. No nos hicieron el aseo el último día ni avisaron que posiblemente los domingos no se hacía el aseo. El desayuno era aceptable pero tenía fruta de mala calidad, pasada.

The location of this hotel is excellent, making it very easy to get around, and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with views over the city was a decent start to the day.

My overall stay was quite disappointing, especially given the positive reviews which did not reflect the reality of the accommodation and services provided. None of the rooms have exterior windows, they only open onto an interior corridor. This detail was not made clear, and had I known, I would not have booked. As a result, the room was dark, very humid, and had a noticeable damp odor, particularly in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we also spotted three cockroaches in our room during our stay. Overall, it felt overpriced compared to better options nearby in the same price range, and I hope the hotel becomes more transparent about its room setups.

Me gustó la atención de todos los chicos, me apoyaron muchísimo en mi estadía .

Tuve una muy buena experiencia. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y bien cuidadas. Sin duda, es un hotel que recomiendo y al que volvería en una próxima visita.

Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal contar con almohadas más suaves. Solicité si era posible cambiar un par, pero no había otra opción disponible. Aun así, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y me ayudó facilitándome una cobija más acolchada, que pude usar como almohada. Agradezco mucho la disposición que tuvieron para ayudarme. :)

Limpieza

Se oye completamente todo, sientes todo lo que pasa, no se puede dormir, el aire estaba dañado con un ruido tenaz, no es un lugar si quieres descansar.

Ottima la posizione nel quartiere El Poblado. Vicina alla via principale, piena di ristoranti.

La camera é poco insonorizzata e la finestra inutilizzabile perché si affaccia sulla scala che porta al terrazzo.

Staff is super kind and welcoming! My room was spacious, clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was provided and hotel is located in a safe area. 24/7 security as well. Would stay here again!!

No complaints! If I had to say something, I wish the room had a mini fridge and water dispenser to refill my water bottle but tap is safe to drink in Medellín.

Fijne ligging in wijk El Polado, fijne kamer met raam maar let op de meeste kamers hebben geen raam. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Goed bed.

‘S avonds vaak geluid van receptionisten die op hun telefoon filmpjes kijken en ‘s morgens personeel wat wat luidruchtig kan zijn maar is het enige

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, dass sich um Ihre Gäste bemüht.

Leider war es in der Nacht unterhalb meines Zimmers durch die Reception immer wieder sehr laut. Ich war nun zum zweiten mal in diesem haus und habe dies bezüglich gewisse Anregungen an die Direktion versendet. Die Leitung sah aber keine Veranlassung auf mein Mail schreiben zu reagieren. Dies ist sehr schade, denn das Personal bemüht sich für Ihre Gäste bekommt aber anscheinend keine Unterstützung von Oben!!! Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und auch nicht sehr einladend. 3 Tage lang nur Bananen als Früchte...

Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage, man ist fußläufig nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Es war sehr sauber und Zimmerservice hat auch sehr gut funktioniert!

Unser Deluxe Zimmer lag leider genau über der Rezeption. Die Treppe ist sehr offen und man hört leider jedes Wort, das unten gesprochen wird. Durch die 24 Stunden Rezeption, sitzt auch stets die ganze Nacht jemand unten am Empfang. Ich kann natürlich verstehen, dass einem auch mal langweilig wird und man mit dem Handy spielt. Aber jedes reel, dass da unten in einer Lautstärke auf dem Handy abgespielt wird, lässt einen oben leider nicht schlafen. Es ist extrem hellhörig.

Very accommodating staff!

La ubicación es muy buena, muy seguro, y muchos restaurantes y cafeterías cerca.

Los cuartos son muy pequeños y encerrados, no hay luz natural ni ventilación. El baño es muy incómodo porque es muy pequeño. El desayuno es sencillo, huevo, café/jugo, pan, y cereal, funciona para pasar la mañana.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war okay, könnte man aber noch freundlicher (Ambiente und Präsentation) gestalten und hat noch Luft nach oben!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die Nachtruhe lies zu wünschen übrig... in meinem Zimmer 202 hörte man in der Nacht jedes Gespräch, dass an der Reception geführt wurde.

Buen lugar para pasar unos días en Medellín. La habitación está bien y la zona tiene varios restaurantes cerca. El personal es amable y atento.

The location is amazing, very walkable and I felt very safe. The staff was nice and it was nice to have someone at the front desk at all times for security and to help point me in the right direction. The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well.

Very loud with guests in and out in the middle of the night. I'm a pretty sound sleeper but Friday-Sunday it was very loud at multiple times in the night.

Great location—close to El Poblado yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to remain peaceful. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was simple but good.

The only drawback was the lack of windows in our room. We had booked a Deluxe Queen expecting it to have at least one window, but the room was quite small and had no real way to get fresh air apart from the door.

Me gustó la ubicación del sitio y la comodidad de las camas.

No me gustó el desayuno, ya que la relación precio-calidad fue baja, no ofrecían mucho y lo que había no era de calidad. Además la pieza en donde nos quedamos, tenía una gotera y al momento del checkout no comentamos las inconformidades porque el recepcionista fue muy tosco.

Zimmer auf die Straße recht lärmig. Badezimmer sehr klein. Mobiliar teils im schlechtem Zustand. Frühstück sehr einfach. Personal nicht sehr kommunikativ.

The location is good, nearby coffee shops and restaurants

It is a bit noisy, specially on the ground floor, our room was nearby the Laundry room and the drying machine was working till very late in the evening. You could hear people walking in the whole night and leaving the dishes in a back kitchen. The rooms doesn’t have any windows to the street so if you are in the ground floor the room feels a little bit humid.
