Manager was so good and kind , there was a kitchen and if we want to make smthing to eat we can use their kitchen 😄 location was so good and u can go to the beach with in 3mins staff was very helpful 😄👍

I chose this hotel because in the map it was central in Trincomalee, but for Sistema error and di placed location I slept 17 km far from city. So I spent time and at least 20 USA dollars for taxi. I hope for fast repayment

Can not satisfy the cleanliness of the bathroom. Bed sheets were torn. Rug was seem not be cleaned.

i stay one night with family .Hot water not working. Wash basin built in very high. My kids cant use it. We also use it very difficulty. No foods near. We go too far for get foods.

Perfect location - 2mins of walk to beach. Cheap and you got all you need - comfortable beds, nice spacious bathroom, lodge, shared kitchen if needed.

Very comfortable double beds, clean rooms with tea facilities and excellent a/c, good showers. We just slept one night so didn’t use all the facilities, like the kitchen, but it seemed well stocked and capable. Staff very friendly and flexible, allowing us to check out later due to complications. 100m from a beautiful beach.

Satisfied. If you're looking for the Shangri-la hotel type, this isn't it. If you're a budget traveler, this will work for you. Bring an extra sheet if you'd like to be covered when you sleep. You will get a bed with one bedsheet and the mattress protector underneath. That's it.

Communication was ok, but they understand English not so well. Too many spiders for a “cleaned” room. A lot noice in the night. Felt not so comfortable, because it was not so clean and spiders everywhere.

Everything was spot on .. we booked only 1 room but the whole villa was like ours … friendly staff … happy to come to trinco and have a proper stay in this property… thanks guys and keep it up 😍🙈

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. I had a wonderful experience at the ano beach villa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please ano beach villa give your staff awards! 05. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat. 06. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the ano beach villa offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.
