Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Idéal pour couper la route. Les chalets sont bien équipés et propres. La piscine est grande et les enfants l'ont adoré. Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et accueillant dans son restaurant.
Les oreillers sont très gros, mais c'est tout. Autre point, même si on dit que c'est à Midelt, ça ne l'est pas, c'est à 20km.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026L'accueil, le personnel très gentil. Le chalet très propre et fonctionnel ,l'énorme piscine (chapeau!) le petit-déjeuner le confort des lits, le calme de notre chalet, le couscous au restaurant,
Seul bémol, la proximité de la route l'endroit ressemble à un relais routier. C'est du reste, un relais routier mais haut de gamme à la marocaine. De plus, il s'agrandissent ,la construction d'un hôtel supplémentaire avec 25 chambres perturbe un petit peu la beauté du paysage..

Reviewed May 20, 2026Fantastic place to stay in. You have a lot of privacy and a lot of space in the chalet. We were visiting while temperature was below 10 and they have proper heating, this was really great. Everyone was nice and friendly, the breakfast and dinner were great.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Deze accommodatie gekozen omdat het precies tussen Fez en Merzouga ligt. Basic prima kamer, zwembad erbij is fijn en het restaurant serveert lekkere gerechten en ontbijt.
Op het moment van ons bezoek was het een beetje een bouwput, daardoor erg rommelig. Kamer is prima, maar weinig gezellig.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Prima plekje. Je hebt een soort vakantie huisje dus met een woonkamer met kitchenette en in ons geval 2 slaapkamers en aparte ruime badkamer. Heerlijk douchen. Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. In het restaurant kan je prima eten en voor een zeer net bedrag. Roomservice is trouwens ook mogelijk; in je eigen woonkamertje lekker chill eten. De huisjes hebben een sfeervolle uitstraling met Marokkaanse tegels en ornamenten.

Les chalets sont d’une très grande qualité : spacieux, confortables et parfaitement entretenus. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentif, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La restauration mérite également une mention spéciale : des plats savoureux, généreux et d’une grande qualité, un vrai régal ! Cet endroit est une étape idéale pour se reposer et profiter d’un cadre paisible avant de poursuivre son voyage. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Er wordt momenteel gebouwd in het perceel ernaast, wij hadden daar geen last van.

Water van zwembad was in april erg koud. Bij aankomst werd er gezegd dat er geen kinderbedje was. Toen we aangaven dat we dan wilde annuleren kwam de leidinggevende erbij, was alles mogelijk. Ze had er duidelijk geen zin in.

Есть собственный паркинг, так что отлично для туристов, путешествующих на машине. Замечательный ресторан на территории с очень вкусными блюдами и хорошими ценами.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. en general el alojamiento cumple perfectamente. Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es el servicio. Los camareros un auténtico encanto y se desvivió por ayudarnos; hizo todo lo posible para que tuviéramos nuestras habitaciones listas lo antes posible, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Un lugar con mucho trato humano y buena disposición. ¡Recomendable!

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026Lors de notre traversée de Fès pour rejoindre les dunes de Merzouga, nous nous sommes arrêtés dormir dans cet endroit. Nous avons eu un superbe accueil. Le chalet était très bien équipé et il y avait des jeux pour les enfants afin de pouvoir se dégourdir les jambes après cette longue traversée. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et le service impeccable!

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026Great accommodation, kind staff. Good value for money. We used this as a one-night stop between Merzouga and Beni Mellal. Great views to the snow-capped mountains from the entrance of the property.
The food definitely let this accommodation down. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was really bad: taco, pasta and other meal was nothing like we expected or what we had at other places in Morocco.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026We booked a chalet at the last minute as we were driving from Todra Gorge up towards Fez. It was comfortable, warm and practical, if a little soulless. The staff were helpful and the breakfast plentiful.
The chalet had a kitchenette - a fridge, gas stove and sink - but no saucepans and minimal crockery and cutlery. So we were very limited in what we could prepare there.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025Heating from the radiators made us finally feel warm in the winter :) The chalet unit was large and very comfortable for us, clean and welcoming. The restaurant was good and very convenient.
Obviously this is a stopover on the road, not exactly a destination, but for this purpose it is perfect and very comfortable. We didn’t manage to make the TV work, but was no issue at all.

Reviewed Dec 10, 2025We arrived at the ITO Atlas Timnay chalets at around 9 p.m. and we had a hearty welcome. We enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant, consiting of a Moroccan soup and a vegetarian pizza. Both were very tasty and more than enough. The waiter in the restaurant was also very friendly. In general, the staff speak good English at ITO Atlas Timnay chalets. The chalets consist of two separate apartments under one roof. After more than a week in Morocco, this was the first accommodation with radiators, as is common in Europe. Overall, the apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortably furnished. The hot water comes on quickly and the lighting—especially in the bathroom—is very good. The breakfast is very extensive and delicious. It leaves nothing to be desired. The parking spaces are covered and secure.
If I really want to find something to complain about, it would be that there is no hair dryer in the bathroom and that there are no wardrobes, but instead a clothes rack and one shelf per room.
