Pero lo mejor el ambiente, Sala es un anfitrión maravilloso, pendiente de nosotros y amigable. Su bienvenida y los desayunos completísimos son algo que tardaré en olvidar.

Petit-déjeuner parfait : copieux, généreux, varié et délicieux. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons cet établissement avec plaisir.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Simplemente fabuloso. Desde el trato, llegamos 6 horas antes y sin tenerlo que hacer nos pusieron el desayuno y guardaron nuestro equipaje para irnos a disfrutar, hasta el Riad. Decoración fabulosa, limpieza, amabilidad, desayuno de categoría imposible de comer todo, habitación y baño maravilloso, la cama súper cómoda, tranquilidad y paz en todo el Riad. Amables y serviciales. Hasta el olor del ambientador da gusto, hemos cogido el nombre para comprarlo. Y la ubicación inmejorable, en pleno centro de la Medina sin ruido alguno. Felicidades. ¿Repetir? Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Vero punto forte della struttura è la terrazza meravigliosa, con possibilità di rilassarsi sui lettini da sole o i divani. Qui ci è stata servita un'ottima colazione, abbondante, con frutta fresca, spremuta di arancia fresca, yogurt e te marocchino, oltre a pane, marmellata, crepes e dolci. La posizione della casa è perfetta sia per passeggiare nella medina sia per parcheggiare la macchina appena fuori dalle mura. Il gestore si è dimostrato molto comprensivo e gentile con un errore che avevamo fatto in fase di prenotazione, lo abbiamo molto apprezzato.
La struttura non fornisce una chiave della porta ma occorre far affidamento su una persona presente all'interno che risponde al citofono e apre la porta. A parte il fatto che la persona non parla e non capisce alcuna lingua straniera, non è simpatico rimanere in mezzo alla strada ad aspettare cinque minuti perché la ragazza è in terrazzo e non sente il citofono. Altro neo della struttura è non disporre di aria condizionata o ventilatore in una stanza, come la nostra, senza finestre (a meno di non tenere aperta la finestrella che da sulla corte interna, facendosi però vedere dagli altri ospiti mentre si è a letto, cosa che francamente non tutti sono disposti a fare). Per una struttura così curata è una lacuna a nostro parere. Inoltre viene proposto di comprare un cestino di prodotti da bagno e spa come souvenir da portare a casa ma non viene fornito shampoo o bagnoschiuma da usare nella doccia, anche questo non ci è piaciuto.

Troverete tutto quello che serve per iniziare la giornata!La posizione è invidiabile, all’interno della Medina, immersa nel silenzio. Davvero consigliato!La proprietaria è sempre raggiungibile e contattabile con rapidità!Sukaina è stata davvero gentile. Super!

Reviewed May 13, 2026Malgré les difficultés de langue un accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner très bien servi et à l'heure demandée. Copieux, complet et bon. Literie correcte et propre et dans l'ensemble le lieu est bien tenu. Dans les espaces communs la décoration est soignée et on est dépaysé.
La chambre qui m'a été attribuée est petite et humide. J''ai eu droit aux moustiques mais c'est peut-être fréquent dans la ville. La sonnerie pour absence de clef pour la porte de la rue peut incommoder si les hôtes défilent la nuit durant. Mais je n'ai pas eu à en pâtir.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas frais pas copieux et pas comme dans la description. ( pas d’œufs, viennoiseries molles réchauffe de la veille et galettes pas fraîches ) La chambre très petite pas d’aération dans la salle de bain, donc beaucoup d’humidité. Bruit d’eau qui coule qui empêche de dormir paisiblement. Pas d’accueil agréable ( pas de communication due à la langue )

On se sent vraiment comme à la maison, entouré d'une équipe aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Einzig schade war, dass das gute Seele des Hauses - Sukhaina - ausschliesslich Arabisch spricht - das machte die direkte Kommunikation anspruchsvoll. Zum Glück war aber die Besitzerin(?), Karima, jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und konnte immer helfen.

Le Riad est décoré avec soin, confortable et Sukaina est accueillante et prévenante bien que ne parlant ni français ni anglais. Les petits déjeuner sont exceptionnels. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la médina d’Assilah. Tout est bien entretenu, calme et toujours la gentillesse des habitants. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

No me dieron llaves para cerrar la habitación, al llegar a otro hotel me di cuenta que me faltaban cosas de mi maleta. Como no tenía datos en el móvil, escribí horas más tarde cuando conseguí WIFI... la dueña al principio decía hacerse cargo del costo de los objetos robados pidiéndome mis datos bancarios. Propuse un método alternativo puesto que no voy a dar mis datos bancarios a una desconocida y ahí empezó a poner pegas y dejó de contestar. Reclamé a través de booking y su respuesta fue que me lo había inventado. Le echó primer las culpas a la chica que tiene limpiando y quizás me haya robado hasta ella. Pésimo alojamiento y gestión.

We hadden een mooie kamer, de ligging is perfect, een groot dakterras, een ontbijt met alles erop en eraan en Karima (de eigenaresse) heeft ons de beste plekjes in de Medina laten zien om mooie kleding te kunnen kopen. Het was super.
Niets. Het lijkt ons wel handig als je als gast niet hoeft aan te bellen om de Riad in te komen en dat je met een eigen sleutel toegang hebt. Wij voelden ons een beetje bezwaard bij het idee dat iemand speciaal voor ons wakker bleef, maar aan de andere kant zegt dat veel over de gastvrijheid in Marokko!

Accueil chaleureux, grande chambre lumineuse et une salle de bain extraordinairement originale. Le Maxi petit déjeuner comblera les plus exigeants des voyageurs. L'absence de fenêtre dans la chambre, une télé complexe qui n'a pas pu être utilisée (dommage pour tournoi des VI nations...), hôtesse à l'étranger (très disponible sur what's app) et la personne sur place ne parle ni français, ni anglais donc plus compliqué pour sortir car pas de clé. Soukeina reste sur place et ouvre et ferme les portes avec le sourire mais sntiment de manque de liberté pour nous

Leider gab es keinerlei Möglichkeit mit dem personal zu kommunizieren! Bei Fragen musste über WhatsApp die Inhaberin kontaktiert werden! Es gab keinerlei Begrüßung o.ä.!!! Das frühstück war dermaßen dürftig -hab Omelette bestellt und es gab 1/2 ! Joghurt im Gläschen halbiert! Alles sehr schade

Une bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui a toujours répondu rapidement. La situation du Riad dans la médina propice à la flânerie. Les restaurants sont tous accessibles à pied et rentrer tard après le dîner ne pose aucun problème.

Karima et tout le personnel nous ont accueillis avec tant de gentillesse et d’attention. Chaque repas et petit-déjeuner étaient un vrai régal. La terrasse offre une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Une expérience inoubliable que nous recommandons de tout cœur. 💙

Il riad è molto bello con particolari raffinati ed una terrazza meravigliosa. La propritaria ha gestito il check via telefono, garantendo comunque l'assistenza necessaria. Sukina, l'addetta al riad, parla solo arabo, ma ci si è capiti comunque e ci ha accolto sempre col sorriso
La nostra camera era molto piccola e poco funzionale. Non c'è la possibilità di chiudere a chiave le stanze e quindi c'è da sperare di trovare altri ospiti onesti...quello che purtroppo non è capitato a noi... La struttura è inoltre piuttosto rumorosa

El baño olía mal, y al estar conectado con la habitación hacía que toda la estancia oliese mal. No hay gel ni champú.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025We had an authentic and very pleasant stay at the riad. Mrs. Karima went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even gave us a short tour, which was a wonderful touch. The rooms were cute, cozy, and well-kept, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Mrs. Karima took great care of us from start to finish, and her warm welcome made the experience truly special. We strongly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and to truly enjoy the spirit of Asilah. Abdu & Souad

Nada, la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en Booking desde que somos clientes hace ya más de diez años. Una vergüenza de habitación y de propiedad. Con un trato sin educación ni vergüenza. Nos recibió una chica que no sabía idiomas, hicimos el cheking y cuando nos disponíamos a salir llegó la propietaria y nos dijo que teníamos que cambiar de habitación. Nos asignó una con cama pequeña, baño pequeño, sucio, con la cisterna rota que estuvo haciendo ruido toda la noche. Una habitación que no deberia ofertarse, y para colmo un establecimiento sin hojas de reclamaciones. Le ofrecimos que nos devolviera una noche y solo cuando le dijimos que llamaríamos a la policía, nos hizo la devolución con un trato desagradable y vejatorio. Una auténtica vergüenza. Tenemos fotos y wspps de todo. Absolutamente decepcionante. Nos sentimos engañados. Muy mal..

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025What a lovely 2 nights and 3 days staying at the Dija Riad. I felt totally at home. The property is super conveniently located in the medina, and is just gorgeous. The owner arranged for pickup from the train station to the medina where the house manager (Fatima, her aunt) met me and guided me to the riad. So helpful! The room was spacious (I booked the largest one for myself) and decorated with care. The tile throughout was amazing! I felt very cared for and appreciated that the owner, Karima, was a WhatsApp call away. I requested dinner (30 euros) my second night and asked if I might help...so I could learn how to cook, and was treated to not only a cooking experience with Fatima (not in English), but also a trip to the market to buy the ingredients. After dinner, Fatima took me on a walk through the medina, over to the shore, and it was stunning. I'm the type of traveler who enjoys engaging with my hosts, and appreciated deeply that Karima, Fatima, and Soukina (the assistant) were all interested in reciprocation. <3 I feel like I'm missing 1000 other things to say about my stay. Just book it. You won't be disappointed!
The mattress was a bit firmer than my old bones prefer, but I slept well.

Reviewed Nov 10, 2024The riad, room decor and rooftop terrace was stunning, just like on the pictures. The breakfast was good and extremely generous. The location of the riad is ideal in the middle of the medina.
The staff was very friendly but did not speak English or French. Luckily I speak a bit of Arabic but for other tourists this might be a problem. I stayed for three nights and on the third day the breakfast was no longer quite as fresh.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2024Lovely, little authentic house! Nice location in the middle of the old town. We stayed in the house without other guests, but with the host and another employee. They arranged a nice breakfast for us when we wanted, and we got lunch, couscous with meat and vegetables, which they made for us and served in the house. The host helped us with general tips for a nice stay in this lovely little town.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2024This riad is located in the heart of the medina, it simply couldn’t be more convenient. Its new to booking, but look no further, its absolutly perfect. Clean and beautifully looked after. The comunication is great, we were sent the geo location before hand. The riad is easy to find. Breakfast was great, we asked for a specific bread and got it. After a long day at the beach we came back to a cous cous beautifully layed out on the rooftop of the riad, ( pre-organised) with Salma. Highly recomend. Salma, who greeted us with a lovely smile, still needs a little improvement in English but a little help from google and good will, does the trick.
