Lovely comfortable beds. Great big TV. Modern kitchen. Reasonably spacious for a group of friends.

Mouldy breadboard, pillow cases and duvet cover inside out. Very cramped bathrooms with very narrow doors. Very low water pressure so showering was difficult

Lovely home with everything you could possibly need. Great cooking facilities. Easy walk to the lovely Queens Park.

Excellent house for stay in Invercargill. The beds were comfortable and house amenities were great.

Kitchen was good to operate in and the aircon did work well

We found everything about the place to be very tight, the pictures on the website dont really show how tight things are not much room to move around in the house, pathways and doors were narrow, shower was tight, we had no access to the garage, moving around the beds was fairly difficult

Invercargill is a quirky place...and this place suits it. The funky driveway, the roses in the garden and the sheep in the backyard.

We took a while to find the second bathroom!!

Great responsive host; the location is good - handy to the Windsor shops & eateries; comfortable beds.

Home fit for a family. 2 Adults and 5 Children. Comfortable home-like feeling. Large bedrooms, brilliant space for everyone to have space away from each other. Exceptional fully functional kitchen. Warm, clean and easy on the eye. The convenience of the location, close to all your basic needs. Washing Machine & Dryer was perfect for a week away with the family. Toys and board games for down time. Thank you!

We loved everything about it, see my last review.

This was a beautiful home with beautiful gardens. The landscaping was superb, the home was fun with its angles and architecture and hidden gems. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was quiet, close to good restaurants and just all round perfect for us. Tara was very communicative.

Clothes dryer took forever to dry our clothes.

Het huis zag er leuk uit van de buitenkant en had 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De bedden waren lekker zacht.

Het sanitair was hopeloos verouderd en er kwam nauwelijks water uit de douchekop; kleedjes op de grond in de badkamer ontbraken. Sommige lampen werkten niet en bedlampjes waren totaal afwezig. Schuifdeuren hadden geen handgreep.

Beautiful house and all the rest. Easy to reach, close to the city center. Enough beds. Comfortable beds.

There was no milk for coffee. Not so bad, just something I can think of. A small bottle of milk would have been nice.

We were not able to locate an information book on the house, which would have been very helpful in say locating light switches eg dinning room light switch. Some lights not working at all. Cramped conditions in front bedroom due to single bed in the room also.

Opposite a school so a but noisy in the morning and at 3pm but not the accomosations fault and the good out weighs the bad

The house was in a great location, very comfortable, spacious, beds comfortable, clean and welcoming

Well suited for family no traffic noses

At a cost of between $283.50 and $460.00 per night our expectations of somewhere nice to stay were quite high. Sadly, they were not met. A list of issues follows:- 1 No wine or champagne glasses 2 The electric jug leaked when pouring 3 If the owner wants to watch Sky TV, you don’t get to watch – they are running both locations off the one account 4 No coffee table in the lounge 5 No power points in either bathroom 6 Shower in the ensuite was good, but the drain needs some attention 7 Bed linen was unpressed, and the beds were ill made with no tucking in or crispness to the bedding 8 Bath towels clearly dried on a washing line, instead of in a dryer making them very hard and stiff 9 Skylights in main bedroom did not have blinds or a curtain. As they face east, I can only imagine dawn in mid-summer 10 It is clearly an old house which has been altered from time to time by different owners, so could be best described as disjointed

Nice big house with interesting indoor structure. Plenty of bedrooms and space with nice outdoor areas and great onsite parking.

Despite no smoking sign at the door, the house did smell like stale cigarette smoke.

Clean, spacious with super comfortable beds. The property is beautifully maintained with a delightful garden and is within walking distance of the local shops.

Great spacious house

It was a lovely place with beautiful flowers outside and a remodeled kitchen. I loved the little reading nook next to the door at the top of the ramp. The house is a little quirky, but it is comfortable.

I wished there were garbage cans in the bathrooms and the light over the sink in one bathroom didn't work.

Towels were still in the linen cupboard - had to msg to locate them! Totally fine but it's the only feedback we have

The property was very well equipped with a beautifully fitted kitchen. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and it is in a great location. Local shops a few minutes walk away and about 10-15 mins walk from Queens Park which was simply stunning. The beds were comfy, shower was extremely refreshing and complimentary toiletries much appreciated. Just wished we had booked to stay longer!

Seamless - communication with the hosts prior to our arrival was clear and concise. Locating the key and directions on how to leave the property were all well set out. Plenty of space for us to work and set our camera gear out. We didn't use the kitchen to cook but it was really well set up!

Each room needs a heater or electric blanket the third bedroom wasn't able to be closed off from the main room so it's not really a bedroom

We should have been told the third bedroom was in the dining room with no door.

Warm and cosy and a great location.

Would have been good to have a few more basics : body wash / pair of scissors / serving bowls for a longer stay but we managed fine.

The host was awesome and easy to communicate with the property was clean and warm also had everything you could need. They made a tough time easier. Thank you
