Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Great bathroom facilities, a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge in the room. The smart check-in/out at the main door was smooth, and the historic lift was a brilliant experience. However, I couldn't find an iron in the room and wasn't sure if ironing facilities were available. Note that the front desk attendant is only on-site until 1:00 PM.
It seemed the floor was overlooked during cleaning between check-in and checkout, possibly because past occupiers wore shoes inside. A thorough sweep and clean before new guests arrive is essential, particularly for those needing a clean surface for prayer.

The buzzer did not open the outside entry doors (though we could hear it). We were lucky someone was leaving at the same time, or we would've been stranded in the heat trying to text. The bathroom needs a shelf for personal items or clothing.
