5 stars for the bed and bedding. It was impeccable, clean, and soft. Everything you get in a 5 stars hotel you have in the room, slippers, sleeping eye covering, coffee machine, great expresso coffee. And we had a lovely balcony.

Location is good. It’s close to the coliseum (15 min) walk and also close to the station Centrale termini which is an important station to basically move everywhere throughout Italy. From here we took a train to Amalfi coast.

No complains. Based on what we paid, I think it’s fair. Bedroom was clean and we got all necessary amenities.

Um dos donos muito simpático e atencioso. Ficamos apenas uma noite, localização ótima para estação de trem. Quarto muito bom

O banheiro alagava um pouco com o uso do chuveiro, mas não nos atrapalhou tanto.

Tudo perfeitamente cuidado. Perto da estação termine, o que favorece quem usa trem pra locomoção (7 min andando devagar). Quartos limpos, boas roupas de cama, toalhas. Donos simpáticos e fazem de tudo para agradar. Tudo correto e funcional. Essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos. Se formos a Roma novamente não pensaria em outro lugar pra ficar.

We loved the location, facilities and cosy feel of the hotel. It was very clean and staff very friendly 👌

De accommodatie is niet prettig voor een vrouw alleen. De buurt is ‘s avonds niet fijn om alleen te lopen. De kamer is netjes en schoon maar geen uitzicht, voelt daardoor opgesloten. Hele tocht met verschillende sleutels om naar de 5e etage te komen. Ik voelde mij er niet prettig.

I was charged 3 times because the guy that was checking us in kept saying the transaction didn’t go through… finally the lady who was going to take us to the room explained all I needed to do was sign … my bank alerted and immediately I spoke to the owner who got on the phone with God knows who to “dispute the charge” then he handed me a letter in Italian saying to be patient they are working on it… it was an overnight stay so when I got home I went to my bank and apparently nothing was done so I made a dispute here… the place is not trustworthy… this is the shortest version I can give considering the annoyance of this whole ordeal… I wouldn’t recommend to anyone… to add to the frustration our toilet didn’t flush, the whole experience was frustrating

This was our second stay at La Casa Di Amy. It's a very comfortable hotel, 5 minutes from Roma Termini. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance,Yuri and Mika went out of there way to help.

Yuki was extremely welcoming and helpful. He let us store our bags when we arrived early and delivered them to our room. The location was super convenient for public transport - 5 min walk from the train station and 15 minutes to the Colosseum. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and air conditioned - a must for a sweltering Rome! Exceptional value for money.

Location was a little crazy, but lots of tourists in the area and many places to eat and shop around. The room was spacious and very clean and had many facilities, including some slippers and an eye mask.

Bed was memory foam and kept your body heat - not great on extremely hot nights (even with an air con on)

Miki was great at helping out with all our needs. Whether it was getting a taxi or giving us options on where and what to see. When the right time is to see all main attractions. He helped out with my 85yr old aunt. The hotel is a great location. 2 blocks from Termini station and walking distance to most locations. I would stay here again.

The location was very handy to the main train station (Termini). The staff were great and willing to give lots of information. I loved that it was in an older building with character and that the hotel was a family run business.

My room was dusty and worn . My cousins room was not ready which was fine as we were early but then found there was someone in there painting the wall. We were told he would be finished soon but we pointed out it was not good to sleep with paint fumes. He then found a room right next to mine. Why did he not put her in there to start with? Her room was quite a bit bigger than mine with much nicer fittings though the shower flooded due to outlet being blocked and had to turn shower off to let water drain and then turn back on. I think they need to update their website as it was really outdated. Many extras such as coffee maker, many snacks and bathroom bits and pieces. It is a guest house but I would love to have seen other rooms to compare, mine was nothing like photos.

Very conveniently located to Roma Termini, several nearby places to eat, and an easy 20-30min walk to several of the big sites! Miky was friendly and courteous. He offered amazing flexibility with Check out and was always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions.

This is not a hotel, it is a guest house, which means you are staying in the same building with city residents. That's not a bad thing, but could be explained better in the description.

Les serrures sont pas sécuritaires,les voisins du haut ( car c’était en b&b) avait un système de climatisation très bruyant avec de vibrations très agressante, nous avons informé l’office qui nous a répondu qui s’occuperait du problème le lendemain matin seulement, donc nous avons passé une nuit blanche!!🤬, nous avons quitté les lieux avant la fin de notre séjour!! Aucun remboursement a été accordé de leur part!! Nous avons séjourné avec des frais supplémentaires dans un autre hôtel à proximité. Nous recommandons pas cette établissement. Merci

This accomodation was so quaint, with large room and shower facilities. Everything a traveller could ask for, plus more, was provided in the rooms. Great find would certainly return for longer and so close to all the action.

This was the perfect hotel, we only wish we had stayed longer! The staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was large and comfortable and very clean. We really appreciated the good air-conditioning as it was 37 degrees when we were in Rome. And also the little thoughtful touches, like coffee, tea, biscuits, water and a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was also really comfortable.

This hotel was a comfortable place to stay it was typical Italian with a lovely courtyard perfect for a weekend in rome close to the train station where you can find the leonardo express train which takes you directly to the airport the two guys that runs the hotel are very helpful and friendly.

테르미니역에서 호텔까지 10분 이내에 위치하고 있어, 한국 입출국시 이동하는데 있어 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 또한 로마시내 Tour시 유명 관광지도 대부분 걸어서 30분 이내이며, 기차를 이용한 이탈리아 다른 도시 이동에도 위치적으로 좋을 듯 싶습니다. 저희는 이번이 5번째 이탈리아 여행이라 입출국시에만 이용을 했습니다. 로마로 입국해서 여행을 하시고자 하는 여행자분들에게 추천합니다.

Exceptional location, 2 minutes from the main train station, laundry service across the road, good cafes and restaurants on the same street. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Coffee machine was such a nice bonus.

Perfectly located near to the main termini station with access to metro, trains and buses, guest house very easy to find, about a 5 minute walk. Friendly, welcoming, comfortable, clean, effective air con, shower also good with reliable hot water. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and only a 15-20 minute stroll to the colleseum. Other points of interest walkable or as mentioned previously very close to the termini to get around Rome with ease if preferred.

Great location proximity to Rome Termini . Very clean, easy and comfortable for our one night stay. The room was organized and nice array of snacks and water. And thank you for the mini fridge!

Felt a bit on our own once we were given the keys. But we were given clear instructions how to manage the ins and outs of coming and going. And we were given contact number if any issues came up. Also will add that all communication was wonderful before and after arrival.

Beautiful spacious room, clean, big bathroom, excellent location close to Rome Termini. Staff were helpful and attentive.
