Villa Shangri-La

Robert and his wife are very friendly. They provide European service level. Robert can meet in airport, he provides a scooter for 2 persons. His wife cooks European breakfast. And can cook a dinner on your request. Its 15 min from the beach, but very easy to drive there.

Actually Robert try to provide everything what you need. No any claim from my side. If you understand where you go (I mean Dumaguete city) its a very good place to stay for a week.

We were there 14 days. It took a few days to find a tricycle we could call to pick us up. The area is a bit remote but that is what we liked. Quiet life and a great pool

Wir hatten ein grosses, sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem grossen und bequemen Bett. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das super leckere und sehr reichhaltige Frühstück (das Beste welches wir auf unserer Reise durch Südost-Asien erhielten) konnten wir an einem Tisch auf dem Vorplatz unseres Zimmers geniessen. Der tolle Swimmingpool war jeweils eine sehr willkommenen Abkühlung. AC und WiFi waren top. Eine Roller konnte vor Ort gemietet werden. Der kostenfreie drop-off zum Ceres Liner Busterminal im Stadtzentrum war der krönende Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Excellent quality, spacious accommodation, comfortable computer workspace, beautiful garden surroundings, delicious and variety of breakfast every morning, responsive hosts, great location.

The mattress is a bit too soft for my taste.

Breakfast superb and plentiful

The hosts Maricel and Robert were awesome! The property was clean. I love the separate villa from the main house at it affords privacy. The breakfast for two was also awesome. The room was clean and they do have a fridge with drinks that you can buy. The linens were good and the wifi is stable.

The place is generally great. It would be best to have a car of your own if you intend to stay although they do have a scooter for rent and they also offer drop off for free when you leave. I think it would be great if they can add more pillows too. Other than that, it was awesome. Highly recommended.

First, I'd like to thank my hosts, for their warm and genuine hospitality! I really enjoyed my stay. Your apartment is beautiful and spacious. I haven't stayed in such a new, clean, and stylish apartment in a long time. It has a private terrace with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Such peace and quiet (no barking dogs, no rooster noise). And a large, clean swimming pool with an artificial waterfall. Don't miss the excellent breakfast. You won't need lunch after that! Breakfast served daily was excellent, often more than I could eat. Always had eggs, sausage or bacon, fresh fruits and vegetables, coffee, juice

Everything was excellent, I honestly can not think of anything to improve on. Everything was maintained very well, the hosts were more than accommodating, at every request. I can not complain on any level. Which says a lot because I used to work in the hospitality industry.

The breakfast was served on my patio every morning and was delicious. I used their laundry service which is reasonably priced and my clothes looked ironed. I did not take advantage of the swimming pool but it was very inviting with a sitting area out of the sun, everything kept very clean. There is a rental motorcycle available to rent all day for a reasonable price, very easy to operate and has great gas mileage.

I am not from an area where certain animals are around me so sounds, I am not used to hearing, will get my attention at night. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Everything, absolutely everything. If you want a base to explore the south of Negros then this is it. Scooter rental on site. Breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Room is new, huge and the bed is so comfortable. I could go on but everything is listed in the room description, it was exactly how it is described. Lots of great restaurants within a short scoter ride.

What an excellent place! Room is spacious, clean, comfy and beautiful. So is the garden and pool. Hosts are super nice. Breakfast was delicious, big, and they catered to our dietary preferences. Highly recommended.

A little hard to find. Use Cantil-E elementary school as a land mark. To the owners, a few signs would help!
