Die Lage war perfekt.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem gemütlich!
The location is exceptional with everything in easy walking distance. We were traveling with two young children (1 and 4) and were grateful for the ease of getting to all the best dining and local activities.
Nothing to note - we had a splendid stay!
Location was great, easy to find parking, very responsive hosts.
Excellent location but beds were a bit lumpy. We loved Kinsale and found free parking easily.
A cat for was present despite the new carpet. It could have been cleaner. There was evidence of mold in one bedroom.
Fantastic location, communication from hosts was really quick. 5 adults had a lovely, comfortable stay. Would definitely rebook

Situation au top
Location great. Enjoyed sitting in front garden enjoying chatter from pubs and the music. Shower good size and modern. Useful to have two toilets.
Bland, grubby, unloved house. Misleading photos - no house frontage. No mention of toilet/bathroom downstairs. No welcome pack, no info on tv use etc. Couldnt operate it. Nowhere to dry towels. Shower needed a rack for shampoo etc and mat in shower for safety. Third bedroom cannot be classed as a double. No side light either! No-one should be on premises during rental (someone came into back garden without permission)
Wonderful location, just as the name suggests. Was great to have a kitchen, and the bathroom was larger than expected. Comfortable beds. Host was welcoming and responsive.
The unit is a bit bare in general, no decor to speak of. A picture or two might make things feel more cozy. While the major surfaces were all clean, random things like some of the appliances, the odd windowsill or baseboard were a bit grimy. The dryer didn’t seem to work, but fortunately there was also a combo washer/dryer that did.
Location was fantastic… right in the heart of Kinsale
Location and spacious.
Hard to unlock/lock door
Location was great. Lots of space within the house .
It might have benefitted from a couple of pictures on the wall!
L’emplacement idéal
The location was great for us. We love Kinsale and being in the heart of the town was so special.
Great location. Clean with good facilities. We were very comfortable here and had central Kinsale on our doorstep!
Excellent location. Yes,noisy from the 2 bars in front of the house, but happy, laughter filled noise from people enjoying their time in Kinsale. You can't find happy noise annoying. The fairy door on Stone mad shop and the lamppost to swing around kept my granddaughter well entertained! Very clean, all the kitchen essentials provided.Very comfortable beds.We had a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend 👌
We loved it all!
Location
The property was a little scruffy
Very clean , comfortable, well Equipped . Good convenient location.
Could be noises at night due to the Greyhound pub being outside. Unfortunately we had an infestation of flying ants in the front room. A stack of drawers in the back room fell over due not being fixed to the wall. They are unbalanced with the drawers open. The owner did attend to deal with the ants, but they didn’t go away. The TV was difficult to use - three controllers. We didn’t use it.
Location was right in the centre of town. Beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean.
Can be loud at the weekends as it’s in the centre of town.
The location is excellent, right across from The Greyhound pub so great atmosphere especially when the sun is shining. House is well equipped with 3 double rooms, one main bathroom downstairs and two toilets.
Great spot where the house is located
could really do with a bathroom upstairs.
The location cannot be beat. Comfortable spaces. Laundry facilities and full kitchen. We took a great walking tour (Barry’s) which stopped right outside the front gate!
The bedrooms are upstairs and the two bathrooms are downstairs. However it’s worth that inconvenience to be so perfectly situated.
Location - near the city center.
The house is opposite noisy pub. We couldn’t fall asleep before the closing hours of the pub like midnight, 1am. The fact needs to be clearly visible in the description of the accomodation. Not suitable for families with children. There are mold stains around the house.
Very central location within easy reach of attractions, shops and restaurants.
Lovely three bedroom house with good furnishings and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was a very good size and the shower was excellent!
Amazing location. Clean and comfortable
No breakfast included. But location is perfect for a visit to Kinsale Pub across street dso noise to midnight but not a problem.
Beds a little weak. Also I thought there were two twins ( ?my fault maybe?).
Location was amazing. The shower was very good. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice seating area outside
Street noise but that can't be helped when there's a pub outside the door. It was very warm at night could do with a fan in the bedrooms.
Location!! Couldn’t be better! Very clean, well supplied, great to have a washer and dryer.
No upstairs bathroom-tough for older folks. Some instructions on how to lock the door would have been good.
Very central property with parking a 5-7 minute walk. Property is across the street from busy pub with seating outside as weather was good, therfore very noisy. House comfortable but very warm, unable to leave windows in front bedroom open at night due to noise. Front garden could do with update, garden chairs & table need a good clean. Freezer needs to be defrosted.
Excellent location. Spacious living area and bedrooms. Very well equipped kitchen. Wi-fi and smart tv excellent. Comfortable beds. Would recommend, and would stay again.
Would like if garden seating area was at the rear, instead of front.
Great Location to use in Kinsale
Excellent location Very comfortable stay Shower was great Hosts were very helpful
Parking is a few minutes away - that's the only thing I can think of!
Kinsale is a great town and I was very happy to have chosen to stay in Heart of Kinsale House. Liam and Mary have a great place and it is in a perfect location. I knew from arriving and opening the garden gate that we were going to feel at home. The house was ideal size, clean, cozy and right in the middle and heart of Kinsale. We will surely be back soon and I hope to book a longer stay next time.
I should have booked an extra night
Although I never met Liam or Mary, they were very good.
Larger refrigerator
Proximity to very busy pubs meant that it’s not suited to families with children. It was very noisy outside until well past midnight on both of the evenings we stayed.
Nothing
When we arrived at the house and put in the code to collect the key from the box. There was no key.. I tried calling Liam and Mary many times and there was no answer. Liam did call back and told me that he had double book and that the other guests had already checked in. We would see in the window that someone had their luggage inside the house. We booked the house earlier that morning and drove from Waterville in Kerry to Kindle with the understanding that we had accommodation. Liam did offer rooms in a shared house outside of the town, we did not accept as we had two sick passengers in our car. I tried for many hours to get alternative accommodation in Kinsale, there wasn't a single room available in the town. We ended up driving home to Birr in County Offaly that night, over a three hour drive. We were very disappointed with the way the things worked out. Booking.com and the homeowners should have had up to the minute accommodation availability as standard. If the house wasn't available, it should not have been listed on your site. If the homeowner did double book this why was our payment accepted on your site. Liam did meet us before we left Kinsale and gave us a full refund in cash. Very very very disappointed with the homeowner and with booking.com for listing a booking that wasn't available
Fantastic location, there isn't a better spot in the town!
Was good, only the noise from pub was bit to much for us.The location and the house was nice.
