Villa with private pool Absolutely nothing to fault, the privately enclosed accommodation is just amazing with the pool, outdoor eating area, huge bedroom with sofas (the décor is stunning) and large indoor bathroom: it was extremely comfortable and we were sorry not to be staying days instead of the one overnight before our flight back to Ho Chi Minh City. Mr Vu organised transport from Sihanoukville port and to the airport the following day, which is only about 15 minutes from the property. It’s also a great location if you want to explore the Ream National Park. The menu offered is limited but the food was freshly made to order and delicious. Mr Vu and the other members of staff could not have been more helpful, warm and friendly. Highly recommend.

Aussi bien dans la douche que dans la baignoire extérieure, le débit d’eau était vraiment faible.

Отличный комплекс, чистые и ухоженные виллы, большой бассейн. В вилле большие кровати, хороший экстерьер, шикарные ванные. Удобные зоны отдыха на терассе. Если нужен спокойный отдых в дали от суеты - однозначно это место то что нужно. До пляжа 3 километра, мы брали байк в аренду , и колесили по местности. Рядом есть достопримечательности . В комплексе есть ресторанчик , можно заказать еду, или поесть в нем. Советую для тех кто ценит уединение .

Можно разнообразить завтраки

Прекрасная вилла, обставленная со вкусом и заботой для гостей, внутренний двор с обеденной зоной, все новое. Удобная кровать и чистое белье, есть дополнительно полотенца для бассейна. Бассейн достаточно большой, прекрасно помогает справляться с жарой. Вечером - красивая подсветка. Завтраки и заказанное питание приносят прямо в номер. Ежедневно убирают. Находится на границе с заповедником, можно взять напрокат байки или заказать такси, чтобы поехать на красивые и чистые пляжи. Доброжелательный персона, готовый максимально помочь. Одно из лучших размещений в Камбодже.

В выходные - вечеринки на соседних виллах. Лучше стараться останавливаться в будние дни или узнавать заранее о запланированных праздниках.

it is a little far out. if you want to chill and quietness, its perfect, but if you want to buy some groceries or go shopping, you need a car or bike. grab is very difficult, never managed to get them to go there.

Joli endroit sous forme de bungalow individuel avec jardin privatif joliment aménagé nous n avions pas la piscine mais une baignoire en extérieur......petit moment relaxation très agréable Le logement était très grand avec salon Un service de commande et de portage des repas est mis en place y compris pour le petit déjeuner heureusement car on est en pleine nature loin de tout restaurant

Si on devait pinailler je dirais que même sans piscine 2 transats auraient été les bienvenus dans le jardin pour la pause détente

The villa is very nice and designed in Bali style. A lot is space but: there is a kitchen - but not equipped in any plates etc. There is w outside bath- but the is lack of hot water outside. Nic villa but the service should be much better to the ensure the comfort for the guests.

The villa is „in the middle of knowhere” what is ok but the host should inform and / or suggest that is good to buy something like fruits, beverages etc. Because there is a very very limited offer to buy something in the resort. There is an information about the daily cleaning(is not so critical when you stay 1-2 nights) but the water and tea bags should be completed every day, same toilet paper and towels. We had to ask for everything. When we ordered lunch and dinner and breakfast- the plates were not taken from the villa and there was a lot of aunts. We booker villa for 2 adults and 1 kid 11 years old and there was not bed prepared and additional bed was 15usd charged.

Mr. V war sehr freundlich und holte uns auch an der Fähre ab. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr gut und es gab alle Dinge die man braucht. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und wurde für uns vorbereitet. Man sollte auch vorher mit Getränken und Snacks versorgen. Aber das war uns bewusst, da wir die Lage vorher überprüft haben. Dies haben einige Nutzer hier scheinbar nicht. Die Unterkunft ist eine 10 von 10!

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable. Right on top of the national Park.

There was no restaurant as such, more like a cafe. Food was, in our case delivered to the Villa and was normally luke warm or cold. We ended up cooking for ourselves. Also the menu was very limited. This is 1/2 night stay resort. It is very isolated without your own transport.

Problèmes d'eau chaude rarement disponible. Pas d jus d'orange frais au petit déjeuner, que du jus industriel. Il faut aussi choisir entre le jus et le café, impossible d'avoir les 2 sauf à payer un supplément je suppose. Bizard pour un Resort... Un peu loin du premier village (6km)

I'd like to share my experience at this place. It's a very nice villa and the manager was very helpful. Everything was fine.

But unfortunately, there were some rather unsound guests at another villa. They got very drunk and started coming into our villa without permission. Unfortunately, the management didn't do anything about it. Other guests really disrupted our vacation. They came to our villa, swam in our pool, and even broke bottles of alcohol. Since there were only women at the Villa, we couldn't protect ourselves and had to leave the villa. We paid for a full day, but we only spent a couple of hours there. They also charged us for a taxi when we asked to take us back home. Therefore, I can say that if you're going there with only a group of women, this place is not suitable. The management will not protect you or help you in any way. Thank you for your attention.

It was secluded and private. Comfy cottage, spacious & clean. Allowed early check-in.

Pas de resto, seul client ou presque, réserve naturelle revisitee a la chinoise avec route, voiture électrique et ascenseur très triste. , prix trop important pr taxi obligatoire toute la journée.

Was an amazing villa really clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool we had a beautiful weather everyday. You have a couple of little walk around and the beach 30 minutes walking. I recommend this place. The honor of the place was really helpful.

The swimming pool and the personal was amazing. The bed and the villa, we really enjoyed our stay here. We rent a scooter to going in town.

The food options were limited. Not much choice for breakfast, fruit would be a good choice for breakfast.

The staff were very nice people. The room was very clean and the bath outside was lovely.

I didn’t like that there were about 6 items to choose from for room service (the restaurant was closed so we had to watsapp to order our meal. We didn’t get a reply despite messaging and even calling. Eventually we asked the gardener so he rang the staff and we managed to order some food. The food wasn’t great. We came in to reception when we arrived and was then driven in a tuktuk to our room with us a good 15 minute walk away from reception. We were in the middle of nowhere and were quite hungry. It wasn’t ideal. Although the room was very clean and comfortable and the receptionist and other staff were very nice.

Well it was like staying in the show house on a Wimpey new build site. there was nothing at the resort nothing near by just nothing.

Well don’t start me.

The Area: The hotel is located in a very remote area, making it an ideal spot for a complete disconnect. However, reaching the hotel from the city costs around $12-15 USD by car. Tuk-tuks are not available here, so your only options for getting around are bicycles, motorbikes, or a car with a driver provided by the hotel. Sihanoukville is not a typical tourist destination, so prices are much higher compared to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh. There are only two massage centers, which were difficult to locate, and most locals don’t speak English. Restaurants are scarce, and there are no English menus available. The Hotel: The property consists of attractive villas split into two separate areas about 500 meters apart. The pool villas are in the main area, while the garden villas are located outside. In the standard villa area, there’s no mobile network coverage, but the Wi-Fi works fine, albeit slow by European standards. The mattresses are "Thai style." The overall environment is cozy and perfect for meditation. A peaceful, empty beach is just 10 minutes away, and there’s also a stunning temple nearby, one of the most serene I’ve ever visited. Since there are no restaurants in the vicinity, the only dining option is the hotel menu, which offers six basic dishes, primarily rice or vegetables. I’d recommend the manager consider adding noodle or soup options to the menu. The garden villas lack chaise lounge chairs, which makes it less comfortable to relax. I requested one, and they kindly provided it (thank you so much for that!), but I strongly encourage the owner to purchase some for all garden villas. Unfortunately, buying one yourself isn’t an option due to the non-touristic nature of the area. Drinking water is always available. The Beach: The beach is completely empty, which is a plus, but it’s dirty and plagued with sandflies that are relentless in their attacks.

Everything was truly amazing. Looks exactly like pictures . Staff is amazing and very accommodating. Very kind . Just distance but worked around that . If you like to eat food a lot, grocery run is needed into town . Luckily staff gave pots and utensils. Granted it is meant to be a getaway spot ;)

The property itself is really great, the manager and the staff are both very friendly, helpful and professional in every way. The food served in the restaurant is a bit basic but tasty. If you stay at this property, it is best to have a car because Sihanoukville is about 25 km far away and surrounding this great resort you find just pure nature...

You should arrive during daytime... We arrived after sundown and for the taxi driver it was difficult to find the resort because the road is not illuminated and therefore the signs can be overseen easily...

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no trees anymore in this part of the National Park.

Mr.Ve was very helpful, he is the best person I met in Cambodia, and he is definitely one of the best hosts. I hope we will come back in the future.

Everything was great!

I have travelled the world and I have never seen anything like this. It is elegant well built and is absolutely stunning. Some rooms even have their own swimming pool. The room was very large. Where else would you see that. If that place was anywhere else you would be paying,$600 to $1200 PER NIGHT. The staff were magic also. The wfi was sensational.

Very limited food options (especially for vegetarians) and very out of the way for accessing alternatives. This will change due to development in the area.

I was stayed during fixing the road.

It is far from the city, so it was very quiet like we want it. The staff helped us a lot. for example we could check in earlier than usual because our bus arrived earlier than expected.

I suggest the upper street to the resort, you cannot drive on the street near the beach. It is horrible, we did with a tuck tuck, it was horrible

The Villa was exceptional and well presented. Nice swimming pool to cool down during the hot weather. The duty manager Mr Way was very friendly and helped us with free bike rental and taxi into Sianoukville

The resort is very remote. There no restaurants nearby and we had to rely on the limited menu from the hotel.

It is clean, new and well maintained. Friendly staff.

The distance from city centre. Almost 20 km. Getting Transport to city is a big problem.

I rested at the YAHOO Dream hotel in early May, flew to Phnom Penh at night, the hotel offered and organized a transfer in advance, the price is lower than taxi offers, which is very pleasant. In general, I want to note the loyalty of the hotel and the staff, all my tasks were solved very quickly: from changing rooms to renting a car. You just have to voice the problem and here is the solution. This is not my first time in Cambodia, I have something to compare with, I have stayed in hotels of different levels and none had such a loyal attitude towards guests. I am a comfort person, I own a service business myself and attention to customers is essential for me, so I always evaluate and emphasize customer service in the places I visit. Next to the hotel there is an insanely beautiful beach, wild, but insanely beautiful: blue water, white sand, everything as we love)) You can get to the beach by bike, which is also provided by the hotel. The villa I lived in had a swimming pool, every morning opening my eyes, I took a step and dived into the pool, nothing is as energizing as a morning pool in hot Cambodia. The hotel provides several breakfast options, I took a traditional American one. The hotel is quiet and secluded, but nevertheless it is a great option to come here with a company. Each villa is private, which is also a big plus
