Excellent hôtel très bien placé, calme grâce au double vitrage et climatisé. Je recommande, c'est à deux pas de la gare.

Proche de la gare. Petit hôtel vétuste, sans prétention, avec un propriétaire sympathique.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur (mais le personnel se charge des valises).

Terrible experience. At check-in, the elderly receptionist took my passport and said he would return it later. When I politely asked him to register me immediately and give it back because I had to leave, he became extremely aggressive, shouted at me and threw the room keys down. He eventually returned my passport about 30 minutes later. The room was also extremely uncomfortable. There are very noisy bars directly downstairs, with noise continuing until around 3 a.m. — even earplugs didn’t help. Closing the window completely made the room unbearably stuffy. The shower is very old and the shower head barely works. The bed and mattress are extremely uncomfortable. Worst of all, I woke up with what appeared to be bedbug bites. Between the aggressive check-in, the noise, the terrible bed and the suspected bedbugs, I barely slept and would never stay here again.

A localização é boa. As empregadas de limpeza eram super atenciosas.

A sanita é fora do quarto, apesar de termos uma casa de banho completa dentro do quarto. A receção não foi a melhor, contudo melhorou ao longo da estadia. O chuveiro ou deita água muito quente ou então a água na aquece… tomámos banho de água fria… Como ficámos no quarto ao lado da receção, durante toda a estadia havia muito barulho.

The hotel has a good location and all the textiles look neat. The hotel members will change your towels everyday and help you to carry the suitcases to your room. You will have AC in the room which is a life saver in hot summer days.

The boss(manager) is very bad in communication. First I think he accidently setted on booking platform that there is parking lot but there is not. Then I successfully booked the double bed room for a family of two adults and one kid, but when we arrived, he told us it is not ok but all the information showed clearly on his computer. He can change the settings on booking if he doesn't want it or he can just refuse the order and give us the reason. He chose to argue with us when we arrived super tired. Lastly, There are few ants in bed and in the bathroom but not a super big deal in Venice. I truely believe that if the reception got a better attitude and not being so rude, this hotel could rate higher on both booking and google, thank you.

The old man in the reception was terribly rude. We booked this hotel because of ”the continental-style breakfast” as they advertise on booking.com. I asked him about the breakfast and he lost his temper and started to argue with me that there is no breakfast. He never took responsibilty for the mistake. We will never go back to this hotel because of him. ☹️

Great value for money. Position was by far the most strategic, just a few minutes from the Train station. Check in hours were comfortable for all travelers. Room was clean. The owner at the desk made me feel very welcome and was available for all info needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, and our room had a beautiful view of the church. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Por el precio que pagamos, imposible pedir algo mejor. La ubicación es excelente... solo hay que bajar las escaleras de la estación de tren y está a 5' de ahí, sin tener que pasar ningún puente ni calles estrechas. Estaba limpio, a diferencia de lo que hemos visto en reviews de Google, no tenía bichos, lo cual nos dio tranquilidad y tenía aire acondicionado, fundamental para el verano. El señor que te atiende será un poco seco, pero siempre nos trató bien y hasta nos ofreció guardar las valijas unas horas más post-check out. Lo recomiendo si vas a pasar 1 o 2 noches en Venecia, considerá que no vas a pagar otro lugar por ese precio. La relación precio-calidad es buenísima (y tiene una muy buena ducha!). La tasa de turismo es ridículamente baja comparada con otras ciudades de Italia (6 EUR por 2 noches).

Es un hotel de 1 estrella, tenía todo lo justo, pero le faltaría una nevera (especialmente para pensar en días de mucho calor).

LOCATION: It was right in the middle of where we wanted to be. We walked next door to get our meal. We did get on a gondola boat for a half-hour ride. Took a ferry to the Murano Museum. Had the last gelato on our last night. We had an easy time getting on the bus to the airport. Only an issue if you have big suitcase(s). NOTE: It will be a hassle, as you will need to lug it over the high-arched bridge with steps, since taxis or buses cannot go where we were staying.

SERVICE: It was run by one man, and the system is outdated. I had to pay the city tax in cash. I don't carry cash ever. I had to borrow some cash from my friends. GUEST AREA: The guest area has two old, uncomfortable, cushioned chairs. ROOM: It was OK. The room has a toilet but no shower/tub. We had to go to the bathroom outside our room. It has three beds. 2 regular twin beds and one Murphy bed. My other friend and I slept on the twin beds with no problem. Unfortunately, my other friend, who slept on the Murphy bed, got bedbug bites. This explained why the rate was cheap.

The staff was amazing, as two young female travellers we felt incredibly safe and well looked after, the shared bathroom was amazingly clean, service was excellent, they allowed us to leave our luggage all day after checkout and let us come back to collect it later, the whole hotel has incredible security and we felt so so safe. room got cleaned every morning but the lovely ladies who were also super kind. thankyou so so much!!

Töykeä hotellinpitäjä ja epäsiistit sängyt joissa edellisten yöpyjien hiuksia. Hyvin vahva epäily että sängyssä oli myös luteita. Ei ilmastointia joten kesällä todella vaikea nukkua lämmön takia. Yhteiset vessat melko hyvät.

La ubicación es muy buena y comoda para llegar desde la estación de tren o de autobuses. El personal amable y voluntarioso, nos ayudaron con las maletas ya que hay que subir escaleras.

No tiene aire acondicionado y hace un calor asfixiante en las habitaciones. Nos toco una interior que sin aire y con un ventilador que no tenía potencia fue imposible conciliar el sueño. La otra habitación estaba mucho mejor con vistas a la plaza y con un ventilador que funcionaba bien ademas al ser exterior si abrias las ventanas hacia menos calor aunque los mosquitos nos picaron bastante al abrir ventanas. Por precio pedi habitación con baño compartido y es bastante incomodo tener que salir al pasillo para ir al baño o bajar una planta para poder ducharte.

Was für ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – insbesondere für Zugreisende, da das Hotel nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt liegt. Gleichzeitig ist es herrlich ruhig und grenzt direkt an einen Park. Genau so stelle ich mir ein Hotel vor: ein echter Familienbetrieb, der mit viel Herz geführt wird. Die beiden Herren sind rund um die Uhr ansprechbar, unglaublich fürsorglich, aufmerksam und engagiert. Man merkt, dass sich hier persönlich um die Gäste gekümmert wird – alles aus einer Hand, ohne anonyme Abläufe oder billige Subunternehmer. Diese persönliche Atmosphäre ist heute wirklich etwas Besonderes. Ein großes Plus war auch die außergewöhnliche Flexibilität: Ich durfte meinen Koffer bereits morgens um 9 Uhr abgeben und ihn am nächsten Tag sogar erst am Abend wieder abholen, obwohl ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt enorm erleichtert. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war tadellos sauber und hervorragend gepflegt, die Matratze sehr bequem und das gesamte Haus einen gepflegten Eindruck. Dazu kommt eine große Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Ein unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – und das mitten in Venedig. Ein bezaubernder Ort, an den ich jederzeit gerne zurückkehre. Arrivederci!

Мы прилетели в Венецию вечером, стояла жара около 35 градусов. Приехали в Albergo Al Gobbo, где у нас был забронирован номер. Уже на ресепшен нас встретил резкий неприятный запах, который, как оказалось, ощущался практически во всем отеле. Мы знали, что бронируем номер без собственного душа, но совершенно не ожидали, что воспользоваться общим душем можно только с разрешения хозяина, предупредив его примерно за 30 минут, чтобы он его «подготовил». Из этого мы сделали вывод, что ночью принять душ, скорее всего, невозможно. Комната оказалась страшно убогой, но самое главное - без КОНДИЦИОНЕРА, это в июльскую жару то. Как только мы зашли в комнату, сразу начали буквально обливались потом: воздух был тяжелый, душный, никакой вентиляции, сохранялся неприятный запах. Стало очевидно, что провести здесь ночь и хоть немного поспать перед утренним перелетом мы не сможем. Я потом, когда разбиралась с booking, говорила им, что отель не имеет права сдавать непригодное для проживания жилье. Т е. Отель мог бы летом подобные номера не сдавать (у них есть и с кондиционером) Booking, кстати, ничем не помог) В итоге, мы отказались от проживания здесь, с нас содрали кучу денег. А рядом оказался неплохой отельчик, комната с кондиционером обошлась на 30% дешевле и была несравнимо комфортнее. 100 раз подумайте, прежде чем выбирать размещение в Albergo Al Gobbo. Это АД, Также неприятно удивила процедура с документами: паспорта забрали примерно на полчаса и унесли в другое помещение. Я беспокоилась за свои документы.

Tiene buena ubicación, está cerca de la estación de trenes y hay muchos lugares cercanos para comer.

Desgraciadamente tengo que decir que le hace falta una fumigación al lugar. Yo no pude dormir porque en mi cama había insectos que me dejaron unas ronchas muy grandes por lo cual estoy con medicamento.

La ubicación estuvo perfecta, esta bastante cerca de la estación de tren y puedes llegar a todos los sitios caminando. La atención es personalizada y muy buena ya que se siente bastante familiar,

Läget var mycket bra nära tågstationen och i trevligt kvarter. Charmigt och rent med bra bemötande och trevlig personal.

Excellent location and the female staff were lovely. Bed was comfortable and price was competitive. Room and facilities were clean.

I felt the male member of staff was quite rude to me personally. Lack of air con in the room was a killer and brutal in summer heat of Venice.

The room and bathroom were very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Most importantly the room has air conditioning. The location is amazing, can't think of a better start to explore the city. Also the guy at the reception is very kind and helpful

Es cierto que indica sin aire acondicionado, pero los ventiladores en verano sinceramente no valen, extremo calor y demasiado control baño compartido,he estado en otros lugares que te dejan la toalla en la habitación, sin contar que me picaron los mosquitos al tener las ventanas abiertas, mala experiencia no volvería.

FUYEZ SI VOUS VOULEZ PASSER DE BONNES VACANCES !!!! Mon amie et moi avons booké 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons vécu l’enfer. Tout d’abord, le propriétaire est exécrable. En effet, lors de notre arrivée, celui-ci nous a engueulé parce qu’on lui demandait plus d’informations sur un papier écrit en italien qu’il nous faisait signer à l’aveugle. Il faisait aussi des remarques inappropriées lorsque j’ai enlevé mon pull dans l’accueil. Mais ce n’est rien par rapport à ce que nous avons subi ensuite. Nous avons passé une première nuit correcte mais nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir deux punaises de lit dans la chambre au réveil. Nous alertons donc immédiatement le personnel de l’hôtel qui fait appel au propriétaire. Celui-ci commence à s’énerver en nous disant que nous étions responsables de la présence de ces punaises dans la chambre, que nous les avions ramenés dans nos sacs. Nous sommes choquées de l’audace mais ne disons rien. Il nous change ensuite de chambre alors nous décidons de laisser nos affaires dans la salle de bain et de sortir pour profiter de notre journée même si nous étions secouées. De retour à l’hôtel à 23h30, nous procédons à un check de la literie car nous ne voulons pas redormir avec des punaises de lit. Quelle fut notre surprise lorsque nous trouvons plusieurs nids de punaises sur le bois du lit. Il y avait des défections et larves de punaises, ce qui nous indique qu’elles étaient bien installées depuis longtemps. Nous rappelons le propriétaire qui s’énerve de nouveau et devient violent en retournant le sommier avec puissance en le jetant par terre et en criant. Il nous accuse de mentir et met son doigts dans le nid de punaises pour nous « prouver » que nous mentons. Cependant, son doigt se retrouve recouvert de sang des punaises qu’il vient d’écraser. Il recommence à nous blâmer alors que nous n’avions même pas dormi dans ce lit.

Friendly helpful staff, large room, very comfortable bed. Good choice of restaurants immediately outside hotel. 5 minutes to train station, plus no bridges, this was reason for booking this hotel. Great value for a one night stay.

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour à Venise. Nous avions pris l’option « salle de bain commune », la salle de bain était propre et il n’y avait pas d’horaire de restrictions. De plus, nous avions un petit lavabo dans notre chambre.

A cause de la canicule, il a fait très chaud malgré le ventilateur de plafond présent dans la chambre, qui de plus faisait un bruit désagréable.

La verdad NO me gustó en absoluto todo lo que tenga que ver con ese hotel. Comenzando por la atención, dónde quien aparenta ser dueño y administrador del establecimiento, fue muy grosero tanto conmigo como con mi acompañante. Le pedimos muy amablemente que si mientras conocíamos Venecia, nos permitia guardar los equipajes, nos contestó de manera altanera, grosera y hasta burda diciéndonos que no podía ya que tenía que esperar a más clientes por atender. NO recomiendo en absoluto éste hotel.

We found bed bugs in the pull-out bed after our son woke up covered in bites. We were moved to another room, but found additional bed bugs in the second room’s pull-out bed as well. After reporting the issue, the owner accused us of bringing the bed bugs into the property and told us we had to leave. This was disappointing and stressful for our family.

Fuimos con un poco de miedo porque intentaron estafarme mandando un mensaje, nos pusimos en contacto con el alojamiento y ya ellos nos avisaron que ese mensaje no era suyo y que estarían tratando de estafarnos. Por esa razón, teníamos tanto miedo de llegar y no encontrarnos nada y la verdad nos sorprendió cuando llegamos encontrarnos con un albergue muy pintoresco y recogido. Está al lado de la estación y el barrio de Cannaregio es maravilloso para comer y caminarlo de noche. El alojamiento estaba muy bien, es un albergue llevado por una familia, el dueño es un poco mayor y un tanto serio pero muy amable. No tengo ninguna queja en ese sentido y la verdad que está muy bien por el precio que nos costo.

The guy managing the place was really nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and we had a great view over the square and the church. The toilets were clean and the showers were clean too. Really, no complaints. Great value for money:)

El baño era compartido y estaba sucio ! La atención por parte de las personas mala muy mala, el señor que siempre está en la recepción no facilitó toalla para bañarse, el precio muy alto para tan mal servicio, no hacían limpieza en la habitación

Buena localización. Cerca de la estación. Algo más lejos de los sitios turísticos, pero no estaba mal.

El dueño no ha sido nada amable en general. Te hace dejar las llaves en recepción cada vez que te vas. Si tienes baño compartido también tienes que pedirle que te prepare para duchar, no son nada flexibles y sentimos que el hostal más que un hostal es una casa en la que nos dejaron una habitación.
