Appartement vue sur Tower Hassan

Il est bien situé pour pouvoir se promener sans la voiture et il est dans un quartier très calme.

Il manque juste du petit matériel dans la cuisine comme des éponges, torchons...

L'emplacement proche de la Tour Hassan II, la possibilité de se stationner facilement et la proximité du tramway. La propreté de l'appartement, les pièces spacieuses, l'équipement comme la machine à laver bien pratique. Appartement à recommander !

Dommage pour nous qui aimons le café, que cafetière fuit 😅

The apartment was nice and comfortable. It had everything necessary for a few nights.airconditiong is good.host was quick to respond we had couple of issues which got resolved very quickly.

Although the apartment is near some tourist attractions, there are not many decent restaurants nearby. There are a couple of cafes which do some food. The entrance to the apartment could be better lit and there is no lift. There is an outside courtyard but no furniture to sit.

Loved the location and the modern look of the apartment.

Would have loved a mirror outside the bathroom to allow more people to get ready at once. Would have loved an extra set of sheets since the kids bed is not a double but 1.5.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet gut und ruhig.Das Appartement ist sehr gut geschnitten und sehr modern ausgestattet.Es ist alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Sehr gute Lage mit guter Anbindung an die Bahn. Preis Leistung war super.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est exceptionnel. Proche de tous les monuments importants, du port de la mer, du tram, du souk et du centre-ville. L'appartement est très propre et confortable. Merveilleux séjour.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles nötige in der nähe. Bäckerei, Kaffee, Restaurant und Tram. 5 Minuten von Stadt Zentrum entfernt. Aber das beste ist die Moschee gerade vor dem Haus.

Je recommande fortement. Emplacement, transports facile rapide et peu honnereux vers toute la ville .(taxi tram) Monuments à visiter à proximité direct avec l appartement. Appartement propre cosy fonctionnel une cafetière nespresso mise à disposition (mon petit plus ) Quartier très calme. Propriétaire disponible et affable. Merci 🙏

THERE IS NOTHING I LIKED

When we arrived, the main door was closed and we had to wait for someone else to enter the building to get in. Flat is on first floor, no lift. Once we put the code in the lock, the flat was messy and someone had clearly been staying there. Their clothes were everywhere, luggage opened, rubbish in the kitchen. As an instinct, we left and went downstairs at the entrance. The owner said it wasn't possible, the cleaning lady must have been there. Spoiler, she was not and either a guest overstayed or someone was squatting! She arrived an hour later (we had been waiting outside) and we went upstairs together. I sent pictures to the owner of the state of the flat. I then also notice that the shower was broken and the ceiling was completely leaking in the bathroom, humitidy like a steam room. I messaged the owner saying we couldn't possibly stay there and he agreed by message on a refund. He never accepted my refund request and he still got the money while we had to find an alternative accomodation. Booking wasn't good liaising either, they gave us 15% credit coupon though after replying to each of my messages after 4 days...

The location is great ,close to everything. Very secured. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The flat was incredibly equipped and clean. Will go back for sure

Excellent location next to Hassan Tower. Very spacious and tidy. Self check-in to access apartment.

Unfortunately there were grains of sand on my bedsheets and the main bathroom smelt like sewerage. Self check-in process was complicated by the fact that the front door to the building was locked - we had to call the host although happily this was resolved easily. Also, we didn’t know about the tourist tax! We had to PayPal transfer afterwards.

Apartment was clean, spacious and in a handy location if you want to stay outside of the medina.

We understood the apartment had parking. I'm not sure if this was our mistake as I notice the entry on booking.com now says there's no parking. However I messaged the property well in advance and asked if we could park in the car park if we arrived early and was told this was no problem. When we arrived at the property there was no parking and street parking was completely full. When i rang up I was told the carpark was taken and we should park in the street. We also couldn't get into the apartment as the instructions were sent to me only 2 hours before we were due to arrive on Whatsapp and I couldn't use mobile data in Morocco. I checked that morning and there was no message so thought there would be someone at the property. Other places have messaged instructions at least 24 hours beforehand. It ended up taking us 1 hour after we arrived to find parking and get into the apartment which was frustrating as we didn't have much time in Rabat. There was also no information in the property about how things worked. This would have been useful as the shower is very unusual (good but we couldn't turn it on without instructions). We also weren't sure whether we had to take rubbish out etc. I messaged the contact and got quick responses so it was OK but a basic info sheet would have been useful.

I love everything in this apartment.

The fact that the apartment complex doesn`t have Air Conditioner, in summer is very hot.

Can highly recommend,the apartment is in the center of the city, markets are near u can visit landmarks just by walking. Very clean apartment also wifi is very good Communication with the landlord was perfect. .

The property is fitted out to a very high standard with all that you would need for a stay. The location is very good with easy walks to many of the attractions of the city. The host was very helpful and responsive.
