Khách sạn nằm khá xa trung tâm và cũng xa biển nên việc di chuyển khá bất tiện. Trong phòng không được chuẩn bị nước uống, đây là một điểm khá bất tiện đối với khách lưu trú. Ngoài ra, nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp, thái độ hỗ trợ và chăm sóc khách hàng chưa tốt. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm của tôi tại khách sạn chưa đáp ứng được kỳ vọng.

Thái độ của nhân viên chưa chủ động và thiếu sự chuyên nghiệp trong việc hỗ trợ khách hàng. Khi khách cần hỗ trợ, nhân viên chưa thể hiện được sự nhiệt tình và tinh thần phục vụ cần có.

Pool and general aesthetic was good. It’s looks nice but overall was a bit disappointing. For the price it’s fine I suppose. Was offered breakfast once upon check in and not again.

Sheets and beds had an odd smell and didn’t feel soft or clean. Staff weren’t the friendliest or didn’t make much effort.

De airco was stil en de kamer was ruim.

Het bed was zeer en zeer hard. Was bijna niet op te slapen en heb zelfs een extra deken gevraagd om onder mij te leggen omdat het zo hard en slecht sliep. Ontbijt was verschrikkelijk. Drie (Engelse) ontbijt keuzes waarbij er geen verandering in het ontbijt gemaakt mocht worden. Deed het personeel dit eventueel wel zouden ze salaris vermindering kunnen krijgen van de eigenaar. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg en dat is niet te zien op de foto's. De foto's zijn erg geselecteerd op de beste kamers.

personnel pas accueillant du tout, ou plutôt indifférent à ses clients... literie épouvantable, à peu près dormir sur une planche en bois...je suis restée bloquée. pas de papier toilettes, difficile pour nous accidentaux... il y à bien un sèche cheveux, accroché au mur mais il faut se sécher les cheveux les pieds dans l'eau, on s'est dit qu'on allait profiter du voyage encore un peu. le ménage n'est pas fait pendant le séjour, serviettes non changées,, nous sommes restées trois nuis.bref pas terrible

Aside from the place but also the owner. If you are in the industry you should know how to handle you staff as well as your customers. No wonder the place turned awefuy bad. The owner itself is the problem.

The owner is not friendly, the room has a very bad smell specially the CR and when I complain they only sprayed downy which is very funny. The breakfast has only 2 options- sandwich or hotdog with rice only and we stayed for 5 days. Maintenance is zero. No service clean up on our rooms. We requested but when we arrived from daily outings no room service and the room is still not clean. No frontdesk in the evening only the guard. Do not arrived in the evening or you will sleep in the street.

AC not cold they ask us to move rooms but the AC is still the same. Toilets are rusty, water has foul smell, bed sheets has stains and pillows has black marks inside. The property was not maintained well

Honestly nothing, maybe just the location.

Breakfast was very poor, there was no hot water, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioning was too noisy, we weren't given the room we reserved, one towel per person, and no daily cleaning.

Price , location (being away from extreme tourist area like Alona Beach strip) be aware of the location when booking this , I prefer this area .

Beds need upgraded .

The decor has a real holiday vibe! The reception/cafe area is very cute. The staff was very professional and helpful. They assisted with contacting a driver to take us to the port, as we couldn't get a driver fast enought on the app "GRAB".

The smell coming from our bathroom, was terrible, making the whole room smell very very bad. The shower water smelt like sewerage and the temperature was cold to luke warm. I was scared to have a shower. Lucky our travel companion had another room, so we could access their shower which didn't smell as bad as ours. It is quiet far from everything and there is no swimmable beach within 5-10min walk. Overall, I would not go back to this resort.

Les sols des chambres ne sont pas fait, les éléments de douche sont rouillés, pas de ménage fait entre les nuits réservé, pas de serviette changée, pas de papier WC (uniquement des serviette à demander au bar), petit déjeuner catastrophique, personnel va tellement agréable!

Hot water from shower head was dripping, not so clean and bathroom fixtures are rusty, no clothes cabinet, no kettle, and the free breakfast was not good.

基础设备太少了，热水要放很久很久才热起来，个性的设计真的很棒，但是酒店该有的设施希望老板更加重视。

I’ve been there before it was okay but now it’s too much the toilet is stinky. No water in the toilet. The charging beside the bed is not working. The pool is very dirty you cannot even swim. At least change the water. The owners are not approachable! This place is intagrammable but need a maintainance. I’m kinda disappointed!

El personal era lo único destacable en este hotel y que al ser alejado es una zona tranquila.

La verdad es que tenía varios puntos… -El desayuno escaso, pocas opciones y el jugo era concentrado que parecía de sobre -Un día nos quedamos sin agua. Pedí aunque sea para lavarme las manos y los dientes y jamás me lo trajeron. -El baño se inundaba por lo que estaba siempre mojado, nunca arreglaron la canilla que perdía -El baño está separado por una cortina, por lo que no hay intimidad -La sábana era corta, por lo que no podías taparte bien -El colchón incómodo y las almohadas viejas, muy gastadas -La piscina tenía su agua turbia -Estaba un poco alejado de todo

Si bien el lugar era muy lindo tenía muchas fallas, el agua no funcionaba. Las sábanas estaban sucias, con la ducha el baño de inundaba completo, el personal no daba soluciones. Muy mala experiencia.

VERSCHRIKKELIJKE ERVARING! Horloge gestolen door de housekeeping (flink duur) Het personeel achter de receptie doet z’n best, maar ze zijn onkundig en onervaren. Ze worden door de baas alleen gelaten zonder goede trainer en teveel verantwoordelijkheden. Dit leidt tot slechte communicatie en te weinig kennis over faciliteiten. De kamer heeft ook zo zijn gebreken. Op het eerste oog ziet het er leuk uit, maar het is niet volledig. 5 dagen koud water gehad met douchen en het leek er ook niet op of dit probleem werd aangepakt. Het mist een kluisje (ook echt noodzakelijk als house keeping z’n handjes niet bij zich kunnen houden) , hangers in de badkamer, een badmat (aangezien heel de badkamer na het douchen blank staat). Al met al boek het niet en bespaar jezelf een heleboel gezeik.

Prenotato la casa per due, all'arrivo mi dicono che è in ristrutturazione e ci avrebbero dato la camera quadrupla standard. Contesto che la camera standard è un down grade rispetto a quanto prenotato, mi dicono che non possono rimborsare la differenza. Stanchi e stremati dalle ore di nave e tuc tuc accettiamo con la promessa che avrebbero cambiato stanza il giorno dopo. La prima quadrupla assegnata aveva il condizionatore che perdeva ed era allagata e sporchissima, la cambiano con l'altra quadrupla, anche questa sporca, lenzuola, tende, bagno, tutto in condizioni orribili. Il giorno successivo ci dicono che la nostra stanza non era comunque disponibile per il cambio, siamo andati via. Condizioni igieniche terribili, biancheria sporca, logora e strappata, muffa sui cuscini, anche nelle aree esterne, piscina, nulla è come nelle foto, foto della struttura appena aperta, ora è in condizioni di degrado davvero pessime, fate attenzione, parlo di pessimo rispetto allo standard delle Filippine dove ho alloggiato in decine di hotel e B&B. Davvero la peggiore esperienza. Allego qualche foto delle condizioni della camera all'arrivo.

When we arrived in person, we were extremely disappointed to find that the hotel did not match the images that were posted on booking.com. The accommodation was extremely dirty, worn down and poor quality. Our sheets were dirty, there was no hot water and the resort itself was covered in rust/mold. When we explained this to the staff, they told us that the manager would accept our refund (the manager was not at the hotel). We were appalled to find that the manager had denied our refund the following day. We attempted to contact the manager, however his provided phone number would not even go through. Due to this, we had to waste half a day going back to the accommodation, only to discover that the manager does not even live on the island of Bohol. He would’ve not even respond to messages/calls from his own staff. We then explained this via message to booking.com customer service, who did not help us, rather gave us a $35AUD “credit”. Quite disappointing on both ends!

The stay experience is very good, you can bask in the sun by the pool, and the traffic is very convenient. You can go to the seaside to watch the sunset on foot.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was amazing very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were exceptional, especially Farah. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Her service made our stay even better.

Sadly there’s a few things we didn’t like - there was no hot water in the shower for our whole stay, the location seems very out the way which we did not realise when we booked however you can get tricycles easily from outside the hotel. It was quite noisy at times at night - the corridors are echoey, and our balcony door didn’t close properly or lock so we could hear the road and a very active cockerel all night! Breakfast was very basic but was still tasty, the eggs were cooked very well.

O quarto é amplo. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas o colchão e travesseiros são bons. Tem cabides, tomadas e é super arejado. Os funcionários são pessoas muito doces. Tentam nos ajudar de todas as maneiras.o quarto era super silencioso e o ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente.

A nossa ducha de banho estava entupida, necessitando apenas de uma limpeza simples. Sentimos falta de um tapete de banheiro. Uma pena nao aceitarem cartão no bar, porém percebemos que é um problema em quase todo o País

but is actually unclean, the room looks nice but NO TV, NO REF, NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER.. but has complimentary breakkfast with no option - rice, sunny side up egg, 1 regular sized hotdog with orange juice. or sandwich option. the room stinks “mapanghi” the toilet doesnt look its been cleaned properly, the tiles has scums of old soap :( what a shame. it looks like it was a great place when it was still new but it wasnt maintained properly

Overall stay was good. They had a good internet connection for work.

They don’t have free coffee or tea. And they should put a water refilled/station outside the room aisles.
