Overall, we had a great stay. The room was clean, the staff were courteous, and the location was convenient. There were a few minor delays during check-in, but they were handled professionally. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

I like that it's not as crowded and is very serene, despite it being in Panglao where there are many tourist spots. The staff are indeed friendly and accomodating. The rooms are also well-lit and spacious. The room was fully airconditioned which is cool. The room also had good aesthetic. They also allowed to store my mom's insulin medication for her diabetes in their fridge at the restaurant since there are no refs in the rooms. Hope they'll add refs in the rooms tho for more privacy and convenience.

I just did not like that our room reaked of sewer smells after like 2-3 hours of being there. At first it was faint and thought it would just go away overtime but it only got worse. The staff offered us to switch rooms but they never did. They just wiped the whole room around with air freshener which only worked for a few hours. We had to sleep there enduring the smell to be honest. We booked during Mother's Day since my mom wanted a quick getaway and relax away from the city. We chose the hotel since it's more or less in an off the beaten path in Panglao. It also looked good in the pictures and the price was affordable too so we thought it would be a great deal. Sadly it was not that of a good deal.

The room was not clean and did not meet acceptable standards. The curtains were dirty, the bedsheets were dirty, and the shower walls were also dirty. In addition, there was a water stain on the wall, which was concerning. Overall, the room was not in a satisfactory condition, and this negatively affected my stay. We won’t advise this hotel to anyone.

La douche et les joints n’était pas bien entretenus. La piscine est entourée par le bâtiment de l’hôtel donc à l’ombre et sans transats, ce n’est pas propice à la détente et au farniente. Pas de possibilité de modifier les réservations : réduire à 2 nuits aux mêmes dates coûte plus cher que 3. Logique. La plage à proximité n’est pas très propre.

Everything including the lobby and the people were excellent.

The room was too small. According to the images in the advertisement on Booking.com it was a larger room with somewhere to put belongings and some space. Travelling in the area for 3 days and not being able to open a bag unless it was on the bed or step out of the shower without getting the sheets wet was a deal breaker for me. I didn't stay. Images with a fish eye lens should be outlawed.

The rooms had mold on the ceiling and there was mold in the showers. When checking in we were only given one room card so if one person needed to take the room key the other person couldn't use the A/C. Additional room keys were available for $500 pesos per card (refundable after the keys were returned). They called the resort (it was really just a hotel) eco-friendly, but that usually means they don't replace the towels every day, not tissues instead of toilet paper.

Promised a free shuttle to and from Siquijor pier but it doesn’t work all the time and you have to pay for this. Closing everything in 19:30 and No one to talk to till 7am. Far from all attractions and restaurants.

It's really crazy, you have several roosters in a cage under your room window and they've been screaming since 3 a.m., so don't count on sleeping here, even though the beds are quite comfortable. And this was really every night, so after 4 nights I was looking forward to leaving and go to another hotel and going to finally sleep, after a few nights here, I'm really exhausted. They changed our bed linen and towels, but they also show signs of long use and were stained. What I was also sorry about was that the pool was fine, even the children appreciated the fact that you could jump into the water here, but it's in the courtyard of the hotel, there are room doors around the pool and you don't have a single deck chair here, so take a bath as much as possible and go back to the room..

Saubere Zimmer, bequemes Bett, erfreulich viele Kleiderhaken, insgesamt gute Zimmerausstattung. Ruhige Lage (kein Verkehrslärm, dafür minimaler Tierlärm), trotzdem sind viele Restaurants/Cafés mit dem Roller in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Gehobenes Restaurant sowie Strand in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Tür zur Dusche hat nicht ordentlich geschlossen, aber an sich kein Problem

I like the ambience of the hotel, it's clean and accessible. The staff are lovely, kind, respectful, responsive and ready to help anytime.

The pictures are deceiving . The pool is small with an open roof and I see birds nesting on the roof leaving some droppings on side of the pool so I wonder if there’s droppings in the pool as well. There was a domestic flight on the first evening that we were there so we were afraid to go outside. You will wake up with dogs barking and birds chirping. I think it’s expensive paid over 500 dollars for 2 nights with no other amenities , no breakfast . The shower and toilet is separated , glass covered that you can see the definition of the person showering when the lights are on and you would not want to have a bowel movement there when everyone is in the room . You end up going to the bathroom outside the room . It is in a neighborhood with old homes . There is no good view at all from our 3rd floor room . No elevator so we have to carry our heavy luggages upstairs .

周辺に何にもないです。ビーチまで歩きましたが泳ぐ気持ちになれませんでした。チェックイン時素敵なトートバッグを頂き嬉しかった。部屋もが少し早めのチェックイン出来ました。アロナビーチ行く必要あります。

Really nice modern hotel. Rooms are clean and have air con, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They helped us with booking a private transfer. Hotel also provides a free airport transfer every hour which is very helpful.

Dusj og toalett er innenfor "åpne" glassdører på rommet som gir fuktig luft i rommet. Personalet var noe ukoordinert i forhold til en bestilling vi hadde gjort.

Staff at Hotel are truly fantastic. They listen, understand and then genuinly assist you when required.

Im Raum gibt es keine Möglichkeit Klamotten abzustellen, nur eine Stange wo man paar Hemden, Tshirts aufhängen konnte. Der Boden war sehr rutschig nach dem duschen. Die Wände könnte man streichen, es waren viele Flecken zu sehen.

El hotel está localizado en una zona residencial por lo tanto es tranquila. Además, el hotel ofrece transporte gratis a Alona Beach cada hora. Las camas son cómodas y en el balcón hay tendedero para poder colgar prendas de ropa.

El servicio de habitaciones es deficiente. Nuestra estancia era de 4 días y el segundo día cuando entraron a limpiar la habitación solo repusieron las aguas y vaciaron basuras. Tuvimos que avisar para que repusieran papel higiénico, cambiar sábanas, cambiar toallas… La piscina no tiene zona para dejar las cosas o tumbarse, todo el espacio disponible que había para poner una piscina, es una piscina. El desayuno cuesta 300/400 pesos pero no vale nada la pena. Solo hay pan, huevos y noodles. El café es de sobre y ni siquiera tiene te de sobre…

일단 정말깨끗해요 신설같은데 공사시공을 잘못해서 수리해야되는곳들이 눈에 보이긴하지만 수건이나 침대 방 등 정말 깨끗합니다 그리고 샤워기 필터 꼈는데 2일이나 지나도 새거같아요 물은 거의 한국수준이에요 가성비로는 정말 만족합니다 이가격에 정말 좋아요 하지만 여행와서 너무 가성비로만 가기싫어서 2틀은 이곳 2틀은 비싼곳 해서 묵었습니다 비싼곳은 가격이 여기보다 6배 비싼데 수건, 물, 이불은 여기호텔이 더 맘에들어요 젊은커플들 강추합니다. 아그리고 바로옆에 오토바이 렌트가게가있는데 친절하고저렴해서 좋았어요

냉장고가없고 슬리퍼가 없고 엘리베이터가없어요 이세가지가 없어서 아쉬웠어요ㅜ

The room is big and appropriate for our accommodation. Its ok to stay for one night if you needed a quiet place to stay.

I wouldn’t suggest staying here for long. It’s missing some basic amenities like a TV and fridge, and the towels had a bit of a smell. We stayed for one night and two days, and when I asked for extra water, the guy said he couldn't give us any since we were checking out. But he did end up giving me one bottle after he saw I was disappointed.

Hned pod oknem pokojů je výběh pro kohouty. Ti začínali pravidelně kokrhat ne 3.30 táže pokud hledáte klidné ubytování tak tady ne.

From the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and efficient. Our Triple room beautifully designed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The free Wi-Fi was fast. It felt like a much more expensive hotel! A solid choice, and we would certainly stay here again.

All the staff were nice, warm & professional. The room is clean, nice bed & bedsheets. Good air conditioning & lightings. Customer service is great!

Resort has no Elevator which is the most important factors for convenience especially if the room is at the 3rd floor, you have a heavy luggages, for seniors that can’t tolerate using the stairs or disabled. No refrigerator in the room to store drinks or snacks. It’s disappointing to stay if you booked for 2-3 days. You need a refrigerator to store your food.
