Wunderschönes Zimmer mit perfektem Blick auf das Meer. Die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal und allem voran Bernad war stets aufmerksam und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Perfekter Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und zur Ruhe zu kommen.

Location is a little isolated but its beautiful and by the beach. Although we were looking to stay near the busy / activity areas, Room is as in the pictures, The reception staff was a gem and went out of her to help us out.

Flies / Musquitos, should mention that their property is far away from the city's activity areas. no credit card acceptance and no exchange of currency.

Живу давно. Много, где побывал. Отзывы пишу редко (или все совсем плохо, или восторг). Молодые любители "драйва", этот вариант проживания, возможно не оценят. Взрослые люди и семьи,- будут , как и мы в восторге. Некоторая отдаленность от "цивилизации" компенсируется возможностью аренды на месте средств передвижения (а велосипеды, вообще бесплатны). У нас был автомобиль, но когда мы куда-то выезжали,-то возвращались, как домой. Ну и самое главное: АЛИНА! (хозяйка отеля). Про нее написать у меня не хватит ни слов, ни образования! Приедете все сами поймете!

Стеклянные двери на балкон вымыты настолько чисто, что я пару раз чуть не врезался в них! ЭТО, КОНЕЧНО ШУТКА!

Just a lovely place to spend quiet time. Staff very helpful and caring. Room facing the sea was beyond my expectation. Two wonderful ladies preparing food of good quality through the day. Host, Aline would always on hand if you needed any advice/help. 11 out of 10, can't wait to stay at Butterfly Rose again. Happy memories.

Прикована от имени подруги которая там жила. В чудесном месте я встретила свой ДР. Поздним вечером при заезде меня ожидала хозяйка отеля, проводила в номер, где уже ждали торт, поздравительная песня и большой бенгальский огонь. Такое щедрое поздравление и внимание от руководства, апплодисменты. Именно хозяйка создаёт атмосферу уюта и стиля. Рекомендую это место. Качество выше цены, несомненно.

The property was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. It’s quite literally in the middle of nowhere, far from any tourist areas in Phu Quoc, so that’s something to be aware of. For the right traveler, though, this is exactly the appeal—if you’re looking to relax, disconnect, and escape crowds and noise, this place is ideal. The owner is extremely friendly and genuinely cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms and facilities are spotless, and the overall service is excellent. That said, the location is quite isolated. The nearest village is about a 15-minute scooter ride away, and there are no supermarkets nearby—just a few small local shops for basic snacks and drinks. If you’re looking for nightlife or social activities, you’ll need to go elsewhere. This is more of a retreat than a typical hotel. It offers private access to the water, though not a traditional beach—you reach the sea via a pier and a small ladder. The area is clean, quiet, and exclusively for guests. There were very few visitors during my stay, which made it a perfect place to truly unwind and disconnect.

There weren’t many things I didn’t like, and to be fair, most of them aren’t really related to the property itself. One issue is the condition of the sea. The water isn’t muddy—it’s actually quite clear—but during my stay there was often a noticeable amount of debris floating on the surface. Most of it was natural, like seaweed and vegetation, but there was also some plastic and other waste. The owner does her best to keep the area clean, but things like seaweed and currents are obviously beyond her control. The conditions also vary from day to day—sometimes the water is cleaner, sometimes less so—but you should expect some floating debris most of the time. Another point is the location. The property is quite isolated, which can be a downside if you plan to visit attractions like VinWonders, the cable car, or Sunset Town, as getting there by scooter takes a considerable amount of time. Food options are also limited. There’s no GrabFood delivery in the area, so you’ll mostly be eating at the resort’s restaurant. There is one nearby option—Rory’s Bar, about a 10-minute walk away—but beyond that, there aren’t many alternatives, which can feel limiting during a longer stay.

Super lokalizacja, spokojna okoliica. Ładny widok na zatokę, czyste pokoje. Bardzo pomocna właścicielka która dała nam dobre wskazówki dotyczące atrakcji na wyspie.

L’accueil chaleureux d’Aline, qui est aux petits soins et nous a permis de pêcher, faire du paddle et de nombreuses activités gratuitement. Plage accessible au pied de l’hôtel, avec un ponton qui permet de rejoindre facilement l’eau (escaliers) et d’observer des étoiles de mer. Propreté et confort des chambres, avec une haute qualité de service.

En plus de l'emplacement paradisiaque de son hôtel, Aline est exceptionnelle de gentillesse, elle se met en 4 pour vous faciliter la vie, et son staff est également tellement aimable! Accès à la très belle plage facile, nourriture délicieuse faite à la demande, calme et tous les conseils d'Aline pour passer des journées rythmées, ou au calme, selon les envies. Bon point de départ pour rayonner dans l'île en scooter. Le lever à 6h pour le sun ruise devrait être OBLIGATOIRE. Super séjour.

L'ambiance est chaleureuse tout en gardant notre intimité. L'accès à la plage et à la mer par le ponton est génial. La chambre était conforme a la description avec une vue époustouflante dès le réveil. Aline est très serviable et très réactive pour aider ses hôtes dans toutes les demandes. Le restaurant est bon avec un large choix. Je recommande.

Tout était parfait, propreté, ambiance, petits déjeuners, restaurant excellent, mise a disposition de paddles kayak chaises longues etc . Annie parle français, anglais et vietnamien, d une gentillesse incroyable, tout pour passer un très bon séjour, on hésitera pas à revenir chez elle.

Informații eronate la rezervare. Locatia proasta. Nu are plaja. Accesul la apa este pe pietre. În zona sunt lucrări de construcții și un peisaj dezolant. Difera mult de fotografii. Dimineața devreme am fost treziți de un generator de curent aflat exact sub camera noastră ( fără sa fim măcar anunțați)

Trop isolé. Alentours très sales. Petit déjeuner très light avec des suppléments injustifiés comme par exemple le beurre du petit déjeuner...jamais vu en 5 semaines au Vietnam.

Le point fort est certainement la gentillesse de la propriétaire et de son personnel. Très attentionnée et de bons conseils. La chambre vue sur mer est magnifique. Digne d'un 5 étoiles pour la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est bien. Le prêt de vélo est apprécié.

Évidemment avec notre problème de genoux et de hanche, la côte et les escaliers ont été difficiles pour nous. À prévoir si vous avez une mobilité réduite. C'est un endroit isolé. Les GRAB hésitent à s'y rendre. Heureusement on peut louer un scooter. Les repas au restaurant sont corrects.

After reading the reviews we thought can the Butterfly Rose really be that good?? The answer is, yes it is!! Aline is a Wonder Woman and the rest of the team are so helpful. The room and view were amazing, we instantly relaxed. Although there is no beach as such,the garden, hammocks, sunbeds and jetty are a little haven to enjoy. We enjoyed snorkelling out to the rocks and seeing the many starfish. Breakfast and the restaurant were super tasty and we wandered down to Rory’s a couple times for happy hour. We hired a scooter and had booked massage at a good price! We had been using the taxi apps while in Duong Dong but unfortunately although we prebooked they wouldn’t come out to this side and cancelled last minute. Fortunately for us Aline saved the day and got us a replacement taxi which got us to the airport just in time. We would recommend booking through Aline for the airport taxi for peace of mind!

The place is a great picturesque escape. We enjoyed private beach, our 2,5 year kid had always smth to do there - we didn't need special entertaiment for him. We enjoyes kayaking, swimming on SAP, sunbathing. The water in the sea is not always clean for swimming, but on SAP you can find lots of starfishes in the sea which is very attractive. The owner Aline is a wonderful and caring women, we really felt like home and could relax in this place! You don't have much people around, you know all the guests and it really brings a lot of comfort! The room was spacious, many towels. You can always use a common area in the restaurant to work and have some tea/coffee during the day.

I'd like to have some more options for breakfast, like porridge e.g. (when you stay more then 3 days, its hard to chose anymore). The area itself doesn't provide much options for food (one aussi bar nearly and a village 15 mins drive), if you don't ride a bike you'll have to eat at the hotel all the time. Though the ladies in the kitchen are really good cooks! Thanks for them. Hard to call a taxi - long wait.

Tout est bien chez Aline 😁 le restaurant sur place est un vrai plus, tout comme la location de scooter, pour un français c'est pratique et agréable de pouvoir parler français 🤓 les chambres sont spacieuses, la vue est superbe, on mange bien, Aline est très sympathique et donne plein de conseils... très bon séjour 👍

La décharge juste à côté, qui évidement n’est visible sur les photos et vidéos ( ici, insta et Facebook) c’est lorsque vous arrivez que Aline vous explique que c’est les voisins qui ont stoppé les travaux.seulement il n’y a aucune séparation entre son terrain et le leur. L’eau est bonne, mais pas de plage, uniquement accessible par le pontant et ne vous attendez pas à une eau turquoise ou limpide, elle est verte et il y’a toujours des déchets. 🙄 Le ménage n’est pas fait dans les chambres, pendant votre séjour, c’est vraiment la première fois que je vois ça … j’y suis restée 6 nuits et j’ai annulé ma deuxième semaine au retour de Hanoï. Aline qui est vraiment très sympathique, nous a proposée de descendre en ville, au Sunbeach avec elle et ses parents le deuxième soir. Juste avant, elle a fait arrêter le chauffeur devant un grand supermarché ( King-Kong ) et là, elle nous a proposé d’acheter des souvenirs, ce qui m’a paru un peu étrange car nous venions d’arriver au Vietnam. J’ai compris lorsque nous sommes revenus et qu’elle m’a glissé discrètement à l’oreille que nous ferions moitié /moitié pour le taxi et que ce serait ajouté à ma note finale lors du départ. Au lieu de dire franco les choses. La, ça s’appelle du profit, car en réalité, le Sunbeach était une excuse, puisqu’elle est ressortie avec plus de 5 caddies de courses. Pour ma note finale, je ne sais pas ce qui m’a été facturé, car l’addition était faite à la main. Des gribouillis sur une feuille. Aucun détail. Bref…

Obiekt jest bardzo czysty, standard obiektu jest wysoki. Wlascicielka jest przyjazna i bardzo kontaktowa. W hotelu na pewno mozna odpocząć i zaznać spokoju od bardziej turystycznych miejsc na Phu Quoc. Jeżeli będziemy wracać kiedyś na wyspę na pewno się zatrzymamy w Butterfly. Na plaży przy hotelu jest mnóstwo rozgwiazd i jest bardzo czysto.

ALINE : la propriétaire, la responsable de l'hôtel. Un petit bout de femme Francophone, dynamique, gentille et de bon conseil. Même si nous parlons anglais et que nous disposons de traducteurs sur nos téléphones, il est très agréable après 3 semaines de voyage d'entendre une personne parler français dans un hôtel. Les équipements de l'hôtel en libre service : vélos, masques et tubas, padles, relax et hamacs en nombres, ... Scooters disponibles en location pour quelques euros. La chambre très grande avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et au calme. Aline vous envoie un what's app d'accueil vous donnant tous les lieux d'intérêts, activités et restaurants. Les repas sont très bons.

Si j'ai une petite remarque à faire, ce serait sur le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé très bon mais un peu léger. Dans notre réservation les petits déjeuner étaient compris. Nous avions le choix du petit déjeuner, ce qui est très bien, entre petit déjeuner continentale, ou vietnamien. Etaient compris jus frais, boisson chaude, fruits frais, et un plat principal type Pho ou sandwich vietnamien ou croissant. Je pense que des tartines pourraient être aussi inclues dans le pack de base. Toutefois si vous avez encore faim vous pouvez prendre d'autres choses mais en suppléments à des prix très correctes.

Tout était parfait, l'accueil et la gentillesse d'Aline la propriétaire francophone les services rendus, taxi, scooters, vélos, la gentillesse et disponibilité des employées, l'établissement très bien entretenu avec vue sur mer de notre chambre, (top pour le lever du soleil) les repas, enfin que du bonheur d'avoir passé quelques jours à Butterfly Rose Resort dans une ambiance familiale. Quand nous reviendrons à Phu Quoc, ce sera ici. Merci Aline et continue ainsi.

Phantastische Aussicht und generell ein liebevolles Resort. Aline hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war uns bei der Rolleranmietung behilflich. Sehr leckeres Frühstück wie auch a la carte im Restaurant.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: nebenan ist eine kleine Baustelle, welche das Idyll ein wenig stört wenn man am Meer abschalten möchte. Außerdem war das WC in unserem Zimmer unglücklich im Bad platziert, sodass man sich nur schräg darauf setzen konnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort trotzdem sehr genossen.

Wir haben einen Roller gemietet der von Anfang an immer wieder ausgegangen ist, Nachdem wir gerade mal insgesamt 70 Minuten gefahren sind, sind wir liegen geblieben und es hieß das Bezin wäre leer- eigentlich kann es so schnell nicht leer sein. Wir gehen davon aus, dass der Roller einfach nicht voll war als wir ihn bekommen hatten. Den Tank mussten wir trotzdem zahlen, das waren aber umgerechnet nur etwa 3€ und es handelt sich hierbei wahrscheinlich einfach um ein Missverständnis. Die Gastgeberin hat uns dann auch direkt abgeholt und den Roller umgetauscht. Sie ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Frau. Das einzig wirklich negative für uns war die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum, die fühlt sich mit dem Roller abends wie eine Ewigkeit an. Der Zugang zum Wasser erfolgt über einen Steg

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is good and includes juice, coffee, and a dish of your choice (pho, bánh mì, or croissants). Aline, the hotel owner, is very kind and helpful. She assisted us with arranging a taxi from the airport and organizing a snorkeling tour.

The beach is not particularly impressive. We had hoped to see some fish but didn’t find any. This may have been due to the weather, but overall the water was not very clear.

Free cayak/ sup boarding, red see stars rnear the beach :):) renting a scooter was very comfortable as well.

Beautiful huge and bright room with balcony facing beach. Plenty of beds to lay at the beach and free Kayak and SUP. Recommended for a longer stay and plan at least one day to enjoy the hotel and the surroundings. Getting taxis on short notice might be difficult, so always book in advance or even better rent a motorbike from the hotel to move around the island.

The beach is not as clear as in other parts and a bit rocky. I recommend wearing water shoes to avoid accidentally stepping on something harmful.

Jättemysigt och personligt ställe alldeles vid havet på en lugn del av ön. Ägarinnan var väldigt gästvänlig och trevlig. Rymliga och fräscha rum och badrum. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta ställe!

Aline ist eine energiegeladene ausergewohnliche nette Gastgeberin, die sich in jederweise um ihre Gäste und ihre zufriedenheit kummert. Das Zimmer war ein Traum, die Badewanne eine absolute Pluspunkt. Die Terasse, besser geht es nicht. Der Ausblick ein Wahnsinn. Wir wurden jeder Butterfly Rose empfehlen.

Very nice and cozy place. Room was clean and nice and had a great sea view! Nice private beach, lot of sunbeds and umbrellas free to use. As well you could rent bike or kayak or paddleboard as well. It is in the east of the island, so there is nothing in the neighberboohd and you have to go by scooter. On the other hand it is super calm but if you want discover an islnad you have to ride to other parts. Private beach is nice, not so pictures as the main beaches but we enjoyed privacy and it was not crowded. Near the house is some bulding in cinstruction but it doesn't meeter a lot. Very good restaurant when you can buy a good dinner. Unfortunatly If you want BBQ you have to tell a day before which we didn't know and hadn't notice a small sign in the menu.

Tout, cet endroit est un havre de paix. On s'y sent bien instantanément! Non seulement le lieu est joli, avec la plage, le ponton, le tout aménagé avec goût, mais aussi et surtout cet endroit c'est un lieu de rencontres, à commencer part Aline, la patronne, à la personnalité pétillante et généreuse ! Elle fera tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Cet endroit c'est chez elle et elle veut que vous vous sentiez chez vous aussi.... Les espaces sont spacieux, bien équipé et la nourriture est sublime. Mention spéciale pour son Phô et son bœuf luk lak. On a tellement aimé qu on a changé nos vols pour rester plus longtemps et on est parti le cœur lourd ! On reviendra, c'est sur. Gros bisous Aline et encore merci pour nous avoir accueillis comme ta famille ❤️

Я в восторге, лучшее место для спокойного отпуска, тихое и с потрясающими рассветами. Владелица отеля Алин очень гостеприимная, решает любые проблемы и помогает по всем вопросам. Завтраки тоже супер. На выбор вьетнамская или европейская кухня + фрукты каждый день. Ещё у них есть сапы и надувная 2-местная байдарка (но надо подловить день, когда нет волны) Если ещё буду на Фукуоке, точно вернусь сюда. Все 100/10

Klidná část ostrova, majitelka byla velmi ochotná. Mohla jsem si nechat vyprat prádlo za 100VND. Přístup do moře je z mola, ale dosáhnete nohama na písčité dno.

V pěší vzdálenosti je jen malý obchod. Ne tržiště musíte dojet na motorce. V hotelu si můžete objednat jídlo, ale v omezeném sortimentu.

I had high hopes having read the reviews for this place and I was not disappointed. Butterfly Rose Beach Resort is a little slice of peaceful paradise, away from the crowds and built up areas on the west side of the island. Aline a brilliant host. She’s very friendly, generous and helpful. Her food is incredible. The rooms and beach area are gorgeous, and the sunrises are magical. Don’t hesitate - book this place!

Aline est une super hôte . Elle vous met à l aise de suite , pas de chichi , la vue de la chambre est incroyable , une impression d être seul au monde . Si vous cherchez un peu de calme et de repos c est la qu il faut venir. Vous pouvez manger quand vous le souhaitez a bas prix et c est très bon . Le petit déjeuner au choix( européen ou traditionnel) est excellent. Vous avez un p’tit restaurant juste à côté avec une ambiance Australienne et de la bonne musique. Vélo , paddle , cayak a disposition et scooter à louer sur place . Bref on a adoré séjourner ici .

Её внимание к деталям и желание сделать мое пребывание комфортным создавали атмосферу уюта и заботы. Одним из самых ярких моментов моего отдыха стало празднование дня рождения. Алин организовала все на высшем уровне! Она заранее узнала о моей дате и предложила удивительный план празднования. Вечер начался с ужина на берегу моря, где мы наслаждались изысканными блюдами, приготовленными специально для этого случая. Алин украсила стол цветами и шарами создав невероятную атмосферу. Она также подготовила торт, который стал настоящим сюрпризом! Я была тронута её вниманием и заботой. Весь вечер был наполнен музыкой,танцами , смехом и радостью, а Алин присоединилась к нам, чтобы разделить этот особенный момент. Еда в отеле — это отдельная тема для восторга! Я наслаждалась разнообразием блюд: от свежих фруктов и выпечки до изысканных местных деликатесов. Каждое блюдо было приготовлено с любовью и вниманием, что делало мои трапезы поистине незабываемыми. Номера в отеле оформлены с великолепным вкусом и вниманием к деталям. Каждый номер — это уютное пространство с комфортной мебелью, современными удобствами и великолепным видом на море. Уборка проводилась по требованию,и я всегда возвращалась в чистое и аккуратное помещение. Атмосфера в номере способствовала полному расслаблению после насыщенного дня. Досуг был организован на высшем уровне. Я имела возможность попробовать катание на сапах (SUP), что стало одним из моих любимых занятий!

Все было идеально

Очень чисто, кристально белые полотенца и белье. Позитивная, открытая, добрая хозяйка и персонал в целом. Высокие потолки, в номере было окно с видом на горы и огромный балкон-терраса с видом на море. Ухоженная красивая территория, полная безопасность и спокойствие за свои вещи. Шикарные восходы из номера и супер звёздное небо. Я разбила байк хозяйки, при этом хозяйка волновалась только за меня, никаких отрицательных эмоций, все решили оперативно, позитивно и без лишних трат. Отличный трекер на гору был. Рекомендую этот отель 10 из 10!

Et cela va au-delà d'une simple relation "prestataire - client". - Chambre très propre - Lit spacieux - Superbe terrasse - Beaucoup de rangements (c'est rarement le cas donc important à noter ici) N.B: Malgré une coupure d'électricité généralisée sur l'île, que son établissement comme beaucoup d'autres subissent, Aline s'est démenée et se démène toujours actuellement pour offrir un séjour des plus confortables à ses clients. Félicitations!

Я проживала в цьому готелі з жовтня до листопада, і це був один із найтепліших досвідів за весь час моїх подорожей. Власниця готелю, Алін - неймовірна людина. Вона допомагала абсолютно з усім: від покупки фруктів до поїздок у банк та навіть організовувала День народження. Її людяність і турбота створили справжнє відчуття дому далеко від дому. У готелі дуже чисто, прибирають старанно й регулярно, що для Вʼєтнаму це рідкість. Сніданок смачний, їжа завжди свіжа. В багатьох дрібницях відчувається приємний французький вайб — у стилі, у ставленні, у дрібній красі, яка робить будні особливими. Море більшість часу було чисте, тож купатися - одне задоволення. В доступі є сапи безкоштовно, недалеко можна подайвити і побачити морських зірок. Пляж - чудовий, широкий і затишний. Територія готелю простора, тому навіть працювати на свіжому повітрі було дуже комфортно. Це місце подарувало мені спокій, комфорт і відчуття, що про мене щиро дбають. Щиро рекомендую!

This is a superb small boutique resort an idyllic location with gorgeous views. The owner is gracious and accommodating host and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was very good and the food at the restaurant excellent. Free paddleboards, kayaks and bikes were a plus. We can strongly recommend it.

It's a little isolated but that's part of the charm. Everything generally was great.

Väldigt familjärt. Personalen är mycket bra och otroligt vänliga och hjälpsamma. Ägaren Aline är fantastiskt hjälpsam och flexibel. Bra mat och frukost på boendet. Det ligger även bara 5 minuters promenad från ett grymt ställe som heter Rory's bar. Där är god stämning och du kan spela biljard, shuffleboard, gryt fin minigolf bana, bada i pool etc. Vi hyrde vespor av Aline varje dag till en billig peng och åkte till västkustens fina stränder och öns huvudstad. Man tar sig från boendet till i stort sett allt på ön inom typ max 40 minuter med vespa. På det sättet är boendets läge perfekt. Vi hade grymt fin havsutsikt från våra rum som hade både dusch och badkar som vi utnyttjade flitigt.

När vi var där så blåste det väldigt mycket på östkusten och gjorde havet ganska ruff. Det var en anledning också att vi tog oss till västkusten på utflykter. Där blåste det betydligt mindre. Men det har ju mer med väder och vind just då att göra och inte själva boendet. En annan sak var att det tog lång tid innan varmvattnet kom i kranarna och det höll inte länge. Kan ju bero på att många använde det samtidigt i hotellet.

We were lucky enough to visit Butterfly Rose. An idyllic, quiet place where you can really enjoy Vietnam at its best. It is located in a quiet area, so it is recommended to rent a scooter to get around. The breakfast was fantastic. Freshly squeezed juice, delicious omelette and fruit. The staff are friendly. Aline is absolutely wonderful and does her utmost to make her guests have the best possible time. She helps with everything practical, and meets her guests with kindness at all times. Rarely have we experienced such hospitality on our travels. You will not regret it if you make the trip to Butterfly Rose Beach Resort

The bed was a bit hard for us, but that's to our taste. There is construction activity on the neighboring property, but this is not perceived as a nuisance.
