Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Easy to find. It is 200 yds from the start of the Greenway. Good parking facilities. Very nice welcome by Mary Creed. All members of staff were charming & very willing. Everywhere spotless. Good-sized room, comfortable bed and nice shower facility. Good television. Excellent swimming pool and new sauna, with a young woman who was very welcoming & very helpful. Nice breakfast with lots of choice. A very good hotel.

I feel areas of the hotel would benefit from a deep clean, floors in ladies bathroom under sink surrounds off the lobby, entrance doors to bathrooms sticky, did not feel clean. I feel there is a regular deep clean of bedrooms, behind bedside tables was due a quick dust. Staff at breakfast times are very busy. To assist Staff it would be beneficial if extra butters were available at breakfast self service area, also a self service ketchup dispenser.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Liked the location the ambience very cosy! The outdoor garden area with music and bar is a great addition to the hotel and perfect for the good weather we have been having! The bar area is a great spot to have a drink or food nice buzz!
The dinner in hotel was beautiful but was not overly happy with the breakfast even though the hot breakfast was served to your table it was not freshly cooked and the bacon was over done and tough tge same with eggs just a little observation which in no way took away from the overall experience of staying in the hotel and we deffo would stay again.

Windows in room 201 top window would not opened out poor ventilation.One staff member was rude upon check in and blamed her colleagues for handing her the in correct key cards.Breakfast was reheated full Irish.Function room poorly ventilated
