L'espai comunitari és una terrassa agradable, on es serveix l'esmorzar i on pots estar estones de descans. La senyora de la casa és molt atenta.

L'habitació que ens van oferir, estava... molt justeta de ser acceptable. No era com les de les fotos

Das Personal ist wirklich absolut fantastisch. Super lieb, hilfsbereit, auskunftsfreudig, zuvorkommend und mitdenkend, also alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein, es gibt durch AC und Ventilator absolut keine Moskitos. Wäsche konnten wir 2 mal kostenlos waschen lassen. Zum Frühstück gab es frisches Obst, jeden Tag eine neue Hauptspeise (Pad Thai, Fried Rice…) und auch frische Eier, wenn man will. Lage ist super, man kann überall hinlaufen! Insgesamt wirklich 12/10!

Lo staff é gentilissimo Ci ha dato consigli su dove andare e i vari mercati Inoltre per due volte abbiamo dovuto fare la colazione molto presto (6/6.30) e loro senza problemi ce l'hanno fatta comunicandolo semplicemente la sera prima Uguale per il check-in anticipato (siamo arrivate alle 9 di mattina, senza sovrapprezzo ci hanno fatto fare la colazione e dato la stanza pronta alle 9) super gentili Zona molto comoda, centro e templi facilmente raggiungibili a piedi

Il bagno privato in camera era simile ad un balcone Un po' scomodo il lavello ad esempio Però se ci si adatta va tutto benissimo!

ספציפית לחדר משפחה המקלחת והשירותים מחוץ לחדר, כך שזה פחות נוח, אך ידענו זאת מראש

No cleaning or towel change even in a long stay. Very little attention from the staff. No proper curtains so 6 am full light in the room+nearby rooster cages

Ma Guesthouse est parfaitement située dans la vieille ville de Chiang Mai. Le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et serviable, tout est fait pour que nous profitions au mieux de notre séjour !! L'eau fraîche est aussi disponible gratuitement, et on nous prête des parapluies si besoin ...

Une de nos chambres au 1er étage manquait peut-être de rangement, et la salle de bain sur le balcon assez surprenante mais plutôt efficace ! Mais celle du 3ème étage était spacieuse et sa salle de bain parfaite !

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre et salle de bain très propres. Proposition de laver le linge gratuitement. Je conseil vraiment.

Coup de cœur pour cette Guesthouse. Idéalement placé au cœur de Chiang Mai. La gérante nous a très bien accueilli, proposé des activités à prix attractif et lavé nos affaires. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était agréable, bouteille d’eau à disposition dans le frigo.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes ainsi que le super petit déjeuner. La literie est très agréable.

Ottima posizione in strada centrale di Chiang Mai, staff gentile e accogliente, ottima colazione a buffet con pad thai, frutta fresca, mango sticky rice e pane tostato da consumare nel delizioso locale aperto al primo piano con bancone che si affaccia sulla strada. Un servizio lavanderia gratuito per soggiorno. Camera confortevole con ventilatore e aria condizionata. Acqua a disposizione nel frigo comune.

come in altre strutture in Thailandia, la doccia non è separata dal resto del bagno per cui ogni volta si bagna buona parte della stanza

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este hotel. Desde el primer momento la dueña y recepcionista así como cualquiera de las empleadas nos trataron con amabilidad. Están atentas de ti en todo momento, si te falta algo, qué vas a hacer por allí... nos lavaron la ropa gratis y en pocas horas. El desayuno estaba buenísimo. Sandía, piña, banana y mango con sticky rice. Además la mujer mayor todas las mañanas preparaba alguna comida típica de allí. Había tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada también. La habitación estaba muy bien. Cama extragrande y baño en el balcón, pero nada incómodo. Habitaciones limpias y hotel muy limpio en general. Hicimos excursiones con ellas y nos hicieron descuento por estar hospedadas allí. La verdad que nos vamos con una sonrisa muy grande por el trato recibido. Da gusto encontrar a gente así cuando te vas tan lejos de casa. GRACIAS chicas.

L’hôtel est super et le personnel est au petit soin.

Établissement en plein centre, le mobilier et de type colonial, l’hôtel se trouve juste au-dessus d’un salon de coiffure et pédicure. Si vous avez besoin vous êtes sur place. Petite terrasse qui donne sur la rue pour déjeuner ou manger au top.

Attention, les personnes à mobilité réduite, trois étages parquet, glissant salle de bain sur le palier ainsi que les toilettes

La guesthouse est tout simplement magnifique, avec sa structure en bois et ses espaces communs chaleureux. L’équipe est d’un accueil et d’une aide précieuse pour n’importe quelle demande. Et surtout Ma, la propriétaire est d’une gentillesse incroyable et sa fille aussi. C’est un petit paradis.

I was here a few years ago and I couldn’t stop talking about Ma guesthouse since. It instantly became one of my favourite places in the world and I am so happy to finally come back! The staff is very friendly and the vibe of the guesthouse is very antique, cozy and welcoming. Thank you again Ma and the rest of the staff for making me feel like home despite being on the other side of the planet 🙏 I will miss you and hope to return soon 🥹

They were so sweet to us and the building, rooms and decor are so beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, really good A/C, cute bathrooms, and the staff were all so friendly. Definitely coming back 😊

Ma and her daughter were the hosts and they were fantastic from the beginning. Super helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was great and the fridge full of water was super handy. It was a great location too!

My only negative was the bed was pretty firm, but we stayed for 5 nights so it obviously still works.

Great location, AC worked well, comfortable bed, pleasant breakfast area, very friendly and helpful staff, they made us feel very welcome and also helpful setting up tourism activities.

We loved our stay! The team are the nicest and most caring people you will meet. Really felt like part of a familym The breakfast was ridiculously good every day. The rooms are old and quite small, but overall this is a lovely place to stay.

I love the room that I got. It has a fresco painted on the ceiling and the three dimensional ceiling with recessed, circular molding is extraordinary and beautiful. Very friendly staff, great breakfast every morning included and they even do your laundry at no extra charge! AMAZING….!!! 🥰

Fantastic staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful from beginning to end. The services offered were more than expected, with breakfast included and laundry, free chilled water etc. available at all times. The rooms were comfortable, equipped with AC and blackout blinds. Had a brilliant time at Ma’s Guesthouse and would highly recommend.

El personal es muy atento, la ubicación excelente, la habitación muy bien, solo la regadera del baño con poca presión pero en cuanto precio calidad está excelente, te incluyen el desayuno 😊 y es muy tranquilo.

As someone who has been to Chiang Mai more than once, this is by far the best place I have stayed. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helped us in every way when we were in the city. Next time I am in town, I will stay here again!

Le personnel est absolument adorable et le petit déjeuner ROYAL 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. Le charme de l’endroit très joliment décoré où la simplicité et authenticité vont ensemble. La possibilité de faire la lessive est un grand atout, et l’emplacement est excellent. Je suis très satisfaite de mon choix et recommande vivement cette Guesthouse. Amazing staff, super friendly and very helpful for anything. The room was very big and nice. The position is also good. The breakfast is also amazing (mango sticky rice, Pad Thai, fresh fruits and more). They also washed our clothes for free.

One of the two shared bathrooms has a toilet close to the shower, so if you want to go to the toilet after the shower the floor can get wet, but there is always the bathroom upstairs and anyways for us this wasn't a big deal

Lugar acogedor. Muy buena ubicación. Si buscas un hostel es perfecto. Te atienden como si vivieras con una familia, te dan agua, tostadas y café siempre que quieras. Personal muy atento y amable

Por poner un pero el baño compartido no limita ducha de inodoro por lo que si se ducha alguien y entras lleva chanclas porque está todo el suelo mojado

Wij kwamen aan met de nachttrein en kwamen rond negen uur in het hotel aan. Eigenlijk een dag te laat (we hadden geen rekening gehouden met één overnachting in de trein). Als een vliegende handveger werd onze kamer in orde gemaakt en of wel toevallig iets wilde ontbijten. Het ontbijt is leuk, goed en gevarieerd. Je kunt trouwens de hele dag een boterhammetje roosteren en hier jam en/of boter op doen. Personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam en tijdens ons verblijf van 4 nachten werd twee keer voor niets onze was gedaan. Het hotel is ook leuk ingericht en ligt behoorlijk centraal in de oude stad, vlakbij een stadspark waar nu toevallig een grote bloemententoonstelling was ingericht. Ook zijn er meer dan voldoende restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt. In Chiang Mai is verder van alles te doen, te bezoeken en te beleven. Heerlijk eten op de nachtmarkten trouwens, je slap lachen bij het Ladyboy Cabaret op de Ansuan Nightmarket, leuk olifanten bezoeken en nog veel meer. Wij hebben vanuit Chiang Mai ook nog Chiang Rai bezocht (ver rijden maar meer dan waard) met zijn schitterende witte tempel en op de heenweg de heet water bronnen. Mede dankzij de goede zorgen van Ma hebben wij een uitstekend verblijf gehad.

Hier is werkelijk niets op aan te merken.

We had a triple room with a huge double bed and a large single bed plus there was plenty of room for suitcases and bags. Shared bathroom was never a problem as it was always unoccupied. Always tea, instant coffee and bottled water available. Breakfast was wonderful with a hot Thai dish, fruit, rice, banana bread and toast. The staff are the most helpful and friendly people always being kind. Location in the old town was great and meant that the property was authentic.

The location is incredible, very close to coffee. The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond every moment. The breakfast was very fresh and very nice. The room was very quiet and very unexpected for being on the main drag

The bed was very hard. This isn't normally an issue but I have been having hip issues. The shower combo with the bathroom is a little awkward but it worked.
