Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Great location and walking distance to the town center. Safe and convenient. The location was where all the patios with well kept gardens are located. The host was awesome. As we barely made the flight from Toronto to Madrid our bags did not arrive. Luckily, the host had a hotel and offered to keep our luggage when it arrived two days later. He provided us extra coffee pods when we ran out.
Sometimes it’s a bit noisy as a patio garden was Right next to the apartment.

Reviewed May 5, 2026This is a clean property in a great location with comfortable beds, good shower and a kind host. Close to patios and many tourist sights. Good restaurants nearby.
A number of the apartments (including ours — No. 1) are below street level so inevitably a bit dark etc. They have done their best to fix this with a bright, white renovation, but you still have to come through a damp stairwell with icy aircon blasting to remove moisture. Once inside it is more pleasant but upper apartments would definitely be nicer. We also had an issue with a loose bedside light fitting, which the host has said they will fix for future guests. Oh and it is in the old town so taxis have to drop you about 200m away (did not bother us but might be an issue for some).

Reviewed May 5, 2026Modernes helles Appartement, innerhalb der zauberhaften Altstadt.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026A 7 min walk from the public parking spot was the reason we chose this establishment ( super important as in the old city parking can be a nightmare!) Even if you have big luggage it doesn’t seem like a problem to walk to the apt. Super central, location was super. We booked the one with the small balcony. Everything was spotless and comfortable. It’s on the first floor so no need for an elevator. After ten days in the south of Spain we changed 4 apts but that was the ONLY one who had a few coffee pods and a big bottle of water waiting for us. It’s not about the money it’s the gesture that counts. Highly recommended.
Nothing. Everything was as expected.
