La Serena Boutique Hotel

Хорошая постель, тихо, рабочий телевизор, место удобное тихое.

Нет мыла в ванной около раковины, требуется ремонт везде,

The property was extremely clean and the beds were amazing. Big room, very clean and comfortable the hotel would be well suited for that purpose.

욕실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 심했어요. 사진과 느낌이 달라 다시 가고 싶지 않아요.

A perfect overnight with helpful staff, close to our intended location. Very accommodating staff who helped us manage time and arrangements. The location was good for the event.

Overall good value for money, would stay again. The hotel is in a very good location in the centre of city and close to everything. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Great location!

The hotel had no hot water, I had to take a cold shower. There were noises like a water bump and banging on the door/window during the night.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was big and very clean! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The location couldn’t be more convenient. There’s a shop right inside the building, which made grabbing snacks or essentials super easy, and there’s a bank directly across the road
