我去过几十个国家，通过BOOKING平台订房也有几十个酒店。这个酒店是我住过的最差的酒店！我们一行预定了15间房。按到店支付的房价订房后，酒店就要求我们提前支付50%的房款。在跟BOOKING交涉后，BOOKING回复邮件，不用理酒店的无理要求。可是我们8月31号到达酒店后，酒店以我们没有支付50%款项为由，拒绝提供我们预定的15间客房。经交涉只提供6间房，价格还高于我们预定房间的房价。时值晚上11点多钟，我们不得不接受该酒店的勒索，接受这6间房。同时又不得不在其他酒店临时找了9间高价客房。酒店同意提供后面3天的客房（我们一共预定4天），但是要按我们预定的两种不同房型价格高的支付房费。我们向酒店要住房发票，酒店先是要求另外支付税费，我给他们看了订单上含税费的内容后，酒店又提出离店是才能提供发票。离店时又以房间还没有检查不开发票。经过激烈交涉，酒店开了发票但又拒绝盖章。几经交涉，虽然最后盖了章，这家酒店对待客人的恶劣态度，让人真是无语！酒店的服务同样一团糟，我们15间房分散安排在5栋不同的别墅（其他别墅都是空的），其中9栋一天要挑几次电闸，酒店也不同意换房。酒店应该提供自助早餐，9月3日酒店以员工要国庆休息取消自助餐，只提供一份点餐。4号我们感觉点餐分量不够，要求增加一个鸡蛋，酒店居然拒绝！在我们强烈要求恢复自助早餐后酒店才同意增加一个鸡蛋。其实，酒店根本就不是什么员工需要休假，而是3号以后只有我们15间房有客人。我们体量了酒店的困难，酒店却得寸进尺。这样的酒店会坏了BOOKING的名声！我们强烈要求BOOKING就这家酒店的糟糕服务提供赔偿。

I like the Tuyen Lam Lake

I don’t like the service. The Tuyên Lam lake view is so nice with tree and water and I do not understand why some steel pillars constructed among those natural view. It seems this property does not respect the environment. I never stay this hotel anymore.

Very limited options for foods and there were lots of cats. I have high fear for cats so i cant have my meals in peace. No toileteries in the bathroom and the toothbrush packet was already opened. I am not sure if the bed had bugs as mt whole body was very itchy.

Phòng ghi ko rõ ràng là wc ko có trong phòng, nếu wc tập thể thì nên ghi rõ ràng. Tôi buộc phải đổi phòng có WC riêng giá cao, nhưng khi qua phòng khác thì phòng ko sạch sẽ , còn tóc, và chất bẩn trên dra giường, mặc dù đã đổi 3 phòng. Ăn sáng thì dở và lâu.

To be honest, I didn’t expect this place to be SO incredible. After experiencing some terrible service in Da Lat, arriving here felt like entering a total paradise! It is so amazing that I’m literally thinking about dropping everything and staying here for a whole month! ​The Territory & Vibe: The resort grounds are huge, absolutely stunning, and perfectly clean. It feels like a massive, peaceful blooming park. The lavender is in full bloom right now, and the fragrance of flowers completely wraps around you! It’s so quiet, the birds are singing, and there are incredibly sweet, friendly cats walking around the property. ​Forget the City Flower Park: Honestly, it is SO much better to just come and stay here than to waste your time on the public Flower Park in Da Lat city center. Compared to this resort's pristine territory, the city park is just total rubbish and a tourist trap! ​The Rooms: We stayed in a beautiful wooden room. It is extremely warm, cozy, and smells amazingly like natural wood. The beds are super comfortable and warm, and the bed sheets are 100% high-quality cotton — real, pure cotton, which is rare! The room has absolutely everything you need for a perfect stay, including a great, properly working fridge! ​Food & Service: The staff here is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and helpful. Upon check-in, they gave us a lovely voucher and a map of the huge territory. The breakfast is included in the price and it is just spectacular! Very delicious and amazing value for money. The resort restaurant offers a great variety of Western/European dishes, everything is top-notch. Plus, if you want more variety, you can easily order Grab Food delivery right to the resort, which is super convenient. ​This place is magnificent, peaceful, and absolutely luxury in every detail. I highly, unconditionally recommend it to everyone! Thank you for saving my vacation!

A beautiful room with a comfortable bed. The room has everything we need and there are awesome views all around. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was polite and pleasant.

Tivi đời mới, nước nóng mạnh , giường và gối rất êm. - Xe điện đưa đón trên đoạn đường len lỏi qua những hàng cây xanh, những căn villa nằm rải rác thấp thoáng trong rừng rất đẹp. - Resort nằm trong quần thể khu vui chơi đua xe Go Kart rộng lớn, lái xe nơi đây siêu thích vì xung quanh là núi rừng và hoa ! Cảm giác ngồi xem cũng chill lắm! Resort tặng vé chơi trải nghiệm nên rất hào hứng

- Resort đang xây dựng nên mọi thứ đang khá ngổn ngang, chưa hoàn thiện trong khu vui chơi. - Điểm không thích là khu ăn buffet. Thức ăn rất ít, giờ ăn chỉ có 2 tiếng (7g30 đến 9g 30). Thức ăn lèo tèo vài món với số lượng nhỏ giọt, không đủ ly và muỗng đũa! Nước phở khá nguội , rau ít. - Do resort biệt lập và khá rộng nên đi đâu cũng phải gọi điện chờ xe điện đến đón. - Wifi chập chờn không mạnh

Мы бронировали номер с шикарным видом, это собственно и была основная причина по которой мы выбрали данный отель, а по приезду нас заселили в абсолютно другие номера с видом на стройку и брошенные автобусы, добиться забронированного номера не получилось все происходило поздно вечером и нам пришлось остаться там.

Beautiful property for a nature getaway! It felt like a dream and a perfect location for slowing down from the city life. All of the team I had interactions with were lovely and friendly, even though the English was a bit limited. The room was perfect in terms of location and a very short walk away from the main reception/restaurant area. I had no neighbors so I felt completely immersed in nature!

Very far out of town it was - grabs got expensive travelling in and out for activities. Also, long waits for grabs. Possibly inform guests upon booking if they would like to rent motorbikes, as when I asked on arrival, I was told there wasn't any more available. Breakfast was way below average, especially considering the low occupancy of the resort during my stay - could be MUCH better. A la carte menu offering was okay. Housekeeping never cleaned my room - The first morning I took it easy, HK saw me up and about in the room, but just dropped clean towels on outside table (not saying anything). Same thing happened the next morning - disappointing considering what you pay at a resort. Inconsistency in bathroom amenities provided (different shampoos on different days). Makes no sense that room mini bar items are more expensive than in the restaurant?

Добрый день, отдыхали в Вилле9. Было вечернее заселение, номер для связи указанный на ресепшене не правильный. Поэтому имейте ввиду что Вас никто на завтрак и при выселении забирать не будет. Вам придется пешком с детьми и чемоданами идти в гору 1км. Уровень сервиса на ресепшен, показываю свои вопросы через переводчик с русского на вьетнамский но с их стороны никто не желает даже через переводчик Вам ответить. Мой номер небольшой, постельное в пятнах, в ванной жуки и комары. Тапочки уставшие и обе на левую ногу. Пфф.. я сгорел от них((

This feels a bit like a Disney movie. Beautiful gardens, views! It's very peaceful and I recommend you booking after reading this review! It's a very unique experience. I Enjoyed my morning walks.

The breakfast was not great! Hope you can update this. It's low seasons, so I think in summer it will be better with a buffet :)

The cabin itself was so cosy, bed was comfortable & the views were stunning across the lake. It was nice and peaceful too.

The whole area feels very unfinished - aside from the half build cabins everywhere, there is also just a real lack of amenities given you are so far away from the town. Breakfast is not a buffet like shown in all the photos - it is a very limited set menu that must be ordered. Dinner is a similar situation - the menu is limited, and sitting in an empty restaurant is hardly inspiring you to order - we chose to get Grab delivery instead (but mind, the driver forced us to give a large tip for coming so far out of town). The stunning views at breakfast were very much ruined by the insanely loud blaring of pop music - not really the tranquil space that you imagine from the photos. The place has a lot of potential so maybe in a couple years it will be worth visiting, but for now the inconvenience is not worth it just for the views.

Breakfast was great, beautiful location on a lake surrounded by trees and nature. Log cabin rooms were amazing, spacious and well kept. Facilities are decent as is the restaurant with a good variety of food on offer. Pot noodles are also available in the rooms which are handy. Big TV, easy to set up Netflix or read on the balcony by the trees. Pickle ball courts are also available. Local temple is really worth checking out also, the cable car by it, less so.

Nothing really, its far from town and shops so bring supplies if needed but its really an introvert´s dream or if you just want to get in touch with yourself and/or nature a bit more. I´d definitely recommended it.

We loved the view of the lake, the amasing location of the resort, the gardens and absolutely amasing service. The resorts restaurant sits on a stuning view, we enjoied the food and tge scenery. On our second day we moved to a room in the villa since it was too cold for us to stay in the wooden cabins. The room was so great, big shower with hot water, great view from tge room and easy walk to the lake. Its only 15 minutes from dalat and the hotel helps to organise taxi or you can rent a motorbike. Overall a wonderful experience

The wooden cabin was too cold for us in the first night, its december, and the shower leaking to the floor and the current was very thin so we asked for a solution and were upgraded to the villa which was really wonderful cosy and fun to stay in for 4 more nights. I wish for them to have more vegeterian options but still they tried to help and change things to make them vegeterian.

De bungalow zit op een leuk resort waar je rustig twee uur kunt rondwandelen zonder iemand tegen te komen. De bungalow was schoon, mooi ingericht en was van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een grote tv met Netflix! Het personeel van het resort was ook ontzettend vriendelijk

Doordat de badkamer geen stopcontact heeft, is het wat lastiger om de föhn zonder spiegel te gebruiken.

Staff is wonderful . We had issues with hot water for shower so they opened up another room for us to use the shower. Since It was raining so much during our stays, they let us check out late without any fees . The location is beautiful.

Kinda far to the main city. We had to take taxi to the town and it takes 25 mins . I wish the resort restaurant has more food options that would help us minimize going to the town .

Très joli hôtel à l'extérieur de la ville. Le personnel est attentif et très sympathique. L'endroit est magnifique avec beaucoup de végétation, je recommande d'aller se promener sur le domaine. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et le lit est confortable.

Le seul point négatif est le bac de douche qui n'est pas du tout intégré, impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder la salle de bain.

Incredible location, beautiful rooms material. Very calming and incredible view, beautiful setting even with the rain. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite. This is the nicest place I've stayed in. . Both myself and my partner loved it here.

Servicen var over alt forventning! De gjorde virkelig alt for vi havde et godt ophold, og det lykkedes i den grad. Udsigten var fantastisk og hele naturen omkring hotellet var smuk. Rigtig mange faciliteter, som ikke står nævnt. Maden synes vi også smagte super godt, og endnu engang blev der ydet ekstra service, så vi fik mest ud af maden.

Lidt fugtig i hytterne. Men vi ankom også i en periode med meget regn

одно из моих любимых мест ! всем рекомендую, отличный услужливый персонал и хорошее качество жилья. Так же имеется своя ухоженная территория и очень неплохой ресторанчик с отличным видом на озеро и лес. Надеюсь ценовая политика не изменится . сейчас это для меня одно из лучших мест по соотношению цена/качество. из недостатков могу подметить что везде слишком хорошая слышимость , буквально можно услышать телефонный разговор в соседнем номере , но я не могу снизить оценку - слишком люблю это место . там своя магия 🥲

Отель не так плох. Отзыв для привлечения внимания персонала и владельцев отеля. Я не привереда - я крайне редко оставляю подобные отзывы. Мы жили тут неделю. Первые два дня - великолепно, тишина и покой. Завтраки по меню - отлично. Красивая территория отеля. На ужин заказали salt coffe - принесли большую порцию в красивой чашке. Убирались первые два дня отлично.

1. Вода в ванной не уходит - потоп. Войти в ванную комнату после душа невозможно. Просили переселить в другой номер. Сотрудники сказали, что во всех номерах так 2. На третий день и до конца нашего проживания С 7 утра пилили под окном железные балки. Попросили персонал, что то с этим сделать - они просто улыбнулись и ничего не предприняли. Если на территории идет стройка нужно об этом предупреждать. Мы ехали за тишиной и покоем. 3. Слишком сильная слышимость в номерах. Шумоизоляции 0. На четвертый день пребывания в соседнем номере стали петь караоке весь день и ночь. В 10 вечера мы попросили персонал что то предпринять. Ничего предпринято не было. Засыпали под караоке в 1 утра. 4. Последующие дни пробовал заказать salt coffe принесли в два раза меньше, чем в первый раз. Показали фотографию с первого дня. Официант просто перелил кофе в такую же чашку - получилось половина. Попытались объяснить персоналу, в ответ улыбнулись и ничего не сделали. 5. Работники ресторана ни слова не знают по-английски. Это не допустимо. Даже охранники с нами свободно говорили по ангдийски, а ОФИЦИАНТЫ не могут принести соль. 6. В первые дня завтрак был отличный по меню, потом был шведский стол, состоящий судя по всему из продуктов, которые не съели за предыдущие дни. Жареный бекон и сосиски, которые явно были разогреты второй, а то и третий раз. 7. Обратились на ресепшен с просьбой о стирке, Это отель позиционирует как 4 звезды. Когда мы отдали вещи, нам никто не обозначил цену. Мы сдали в четверг рано утром, а получили в пятницу поздно вечером. Часто в отелях это бывает как бесплатная услуга. При выселении нам выставили счет 360 к донгов - это беспредел. Выяснилось, что они посчитали каждый предмет. А пакет с вещами весил не больше килограмма. Хороший по задумке отель в итоге благодаря персоналу превратили в дыру, которая стоит немалых денег по меркам Вьетнама.

Really great location with an amazing view over the lake. The resort looks really pretty and luxurious. The staff is really friendly and we really loved being in the nature. It’s so peaceful!

We eat vegetarian and during the rainy season there is not a lot of choice. I don’t know how this is when it’s high season, but it’s good to know when you eat vegetarian ;)

it is like a 5 star property in middle of pine tree forest. Staying here gets you free entry to Lavendar farm, a must visit for all nature lovers. we woke up to the sound of nature and smell of rain. it was a beautiful experience.

The Lavender is an amazing place to stay. The bungalows are pristine, cozy, and feature beautiful balconies that bring us closer to nature. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to assist, making us feel completely at home. The food, whether for breakfast or dinner, is tasty. And the smoothies here have consistently impressed us. However, the true highlight is the stunning view of the lake which is surrounded by lush nature and forest, it truly feels like we've stepped into paradise. We highly recommend this amazing retreat, you’ll fall in love with it!
