チェックイン時は迎えに来ていただきました。 部屋とベランダからは，他の建物に遮られる事なく，美しい山々を眺める事ができる。また，ベランダ下に広がる草原の木立の中には，鹿の親子が住んでおり，毎日のように遊び回る姿を見る事ができた。狐も住んでいるらしいが，こちらは見る事ができなかった。晴れた夜には，満点の星空を眺める事ができる。 キッチンには，多種多様な食器類は勿論の事，ラップやキッチンタオルなどの消耗品の他，塩，ブイヨンなどの調味料も用意されていた。ラクレット用の小さな四角いフライパンが用意されているので，駅前のコープでラクレット用のチーズを買って帰り，楽しむ事ができる。コンロはIHヒーターになっており，こちらにもラクレット用の四角い加熱エリアが用意されており，スイスを感じる事ができた。 大型の冷蔵庫・冷凍庫，食洗機，電子レンジ，掃除機，扇風機と家電は一通り揃っている。ランチボックスも用意されていたので，それをハイキングに持って出かけた。 地下室に専用の洗濯機と乾燥機が設置されており，20セントコインを入れる事で使う事ができる。洗剤も固形のものと，おしゃれ着用の液体洗剤とが用意されていた。部屋には，洗濯物を乾かすための物干し台が用意されており，乾燥機に入れられない物を乾かすのにも困らなかった。 最寄りのバス停までは徒歩5分，グリンデルワルド駅まではそこから5分，バスは30分置きに出ている。駅までは標高差があるので，駅に向かう(下り)のは良いが，上りは，特にスーツケースを持っては，かなり厳しいと思われる。フィルスト・バッハアルプゼー方面へ向かうゴンドラのフィルストバーン駅までは，下りで徒歩15分ほどだった。

Awe inspiring view. It was so peaceful that you could not hear the town below. If I wasn't out exploring then I was on the porch. Adrian was very helpful and gracious by picking me up from the train station. He diligently took the time to show me around and explain how things work. The grill was great. I noticed my neighbors grilled out too. The use of the laundry facility was helpful and I made use of the portable drying rack. The access to the bus stop was close. It made getting to the train station quick and reliable. There are a lot of stairs down to the house.

I wish the bedroom and living room had window screens. The shower faucet was very hot to touch even though I was using a mild temperature. The shower line leaked so it was a challenge to keep water from going everywhere. I could not locate a light switch at the top of the steps in the chalet entryway. It can be dangerous to navigate in the dark.

Apartment is well located with direct view on the mountains, pretty large fully furnished terrasse. Comfortable beds and fully furnished kitchen including basic ingredients. We got a welcome package, Swiss chocolate and free Nespresso capsules. Here, one can feel the difference, it is not apartment for visitors. Owners provides you his home to stay in. Everything inside is top quality, furniture, lights, beds. All info one would need is provided to you, trips, bus timetables, restaurants etc.

Excellent host, with thorough introduction to the property. Great facilities, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine access in the basement. Lovely balcony with beautiful views. Very peaceful but easy access into town.

Mega Aussicht und bis auf das etwas dunkle Bad toll und modern ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist herrlich. Gut erreichbar mit dem Bus und Parkmöglichkeit gegeben. Und nah an den Attraktionen von Grindelwald. Die Ferienwohnung ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen. Dafür hat man einen unverbauten Blick auf die wahnsinnig schöne Bergkulisse. Fuchs und Reh sowie Milan waren öfters sichtbar. Es hat uns alles im allen mega gut gefallen.

The apartament had an AMAZING view and the place was really clean and equipped with everything needed.

Perfect location. Place very quiet as it is just off the street. Has a great view from the balcony as you only see the mountains in front of you and no other chalets. Bus stop 2 minutes away Owner was very friendly and nice. Came for us at the train stations and showed us around so we knew where the bus stop is of the walk to the village (which is only 10 minutes away). Would definitely come back again. Very clean and had central heating. Also had washing machine facilities.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr ruhig: abends und morgens kann man Rehe beobachten, mit viel Glück sogar einen Fuchs. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gibt detailliert Auskunft zur Wohnung und zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das unerwartete Willkommensgeschenk gefreut! Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert über die Booking-App oder über Whatsapp.

Peaceful and quiet location with a fantastic view of the mountains. Adrian was amazingly helpful and kind taking the trouble to meet us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment.

My partner and I had a great time staying at this apartment. Adrian was incredibly helpful and provided treats and had tons of great recommendations for us. We walked into town multiple times, and then took bus back up which was quicker and easier than I expected. It was so peaceful and the view was phenomenal. I wish I could just stay there :)

The apartment was very well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay in this magical, picturesque location. The views of the alps from the chalet were unforgettable and our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Friendly welcome on arrival to show us around the apartment. Amazing view from balcony where we ate breakfast every day. There was also a BBQ on the balcony. We were lucky to see deer and fox from the balcony most days. A very quiet location. Well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed. Powerful shower. Useful to have use of washing machine and tumble drier in the basement. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away where you can catch a free bus into town around 10 mins away.

Ideal location and so very private. Stunning view. The apartment was spacious for us and included absolutely everything we needed. Bus stop was very handy for access to everything (shops, trains etc). Our host, Adrian, was extremely helpful, considerate and informative. Excellent communication. We were very impressed. It was an amazing experience staying in Adrian’s chalet. He came to pick us up at the train station, and patiently introduced the surroundings and everything in the apartment. The apartment was surprisingly well-stocked! It was nice, clean, well-designed, and we can find everything we need here. The view from the apartment is stunning, we even saw deers and foxes a few times! We also saw the galaxy at a clear night. My mum always wanted to visit Switzerland to see the view and it was even way more beyond a dream coming true for her. So thank you again for this amazing time :)

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Der Ausblick und der Balkon sind ein Traum, die Betten toll. Adrian hat uns mit besten Tipps versorgt, mit Leckereien empfangen und war sehr herzlich und verbindlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und eine tolle Zeit hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich ruhig oberhalb von Grindelwald und mit dem bequemen Bus ist man schnell im Ort.

If to describe Adrian's Chalet in one word, it would be "awesome." First the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Enjoying the mighty view of Eiger mountain and green meadow will be unforgettable. Also the furnishments in the Chalet was comfortable to use and we could even dim the lights as we preferred. Reserved parking space and bus transport to the train station was useful. After shopping near the train station, it takes 10minute by the bus back to the chalet. Sometimes we walked down to the station while enjoying the wonderful environment. 이렇게 좋은 샬레를 예약할 수 있어서 너무 행복했습니다! (We were so lucky to reserve such a great Chalet for our vacation!)

The only down side would be that I cannot give more than 10 points out of 10. ;)

Adrian was an excellent host. He kindly picked us up from the train station upon arrival and even dropped us off at checkout, which was especially appreciated as it was raining. We were also welcomed with some thoughtful treats. The property is in a fantastic location with convenient bus access. It’s well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. The view of the Eiger mountain is absolutely stunning.

台所な電化製品(食洗機、オーブン)は最新のもので、きれいで清潔でした。 駅からは急坂の上でしたが、バスが30分毎に出てました。駅まで車で出迎え、さらに送ったもらい大変助かりました。空港に向かう途中で財布を無くしたことに気づき、部屋を探してほしいとメールをしたらすぐに確認してくれてとても親切な対応でした。本当にフレンドリーで素敵な方でした。

I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home "I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host Adrian was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival."

This is my second visit to Switzerland. This time, I came with my wife for our honeymoon and we stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. Adrian’s apartment was perfect in every way. First of all, the view of the Eiger North Face was absolutely breathtaking—whether the weather was clear, cloudy, rainy, or foggy. It was so beautiful that we woke up early every morning just to enjoy the view. Secondly, the apartment is equipped with all the latest electronics and appliances. Adrian is clearly an early adopter. I’m also very interested in technology, so it was really fascinating. We listened to the radio while getting ready to go out each day, and watched YouTube on the TV. Doing the dishes was easy with the dishwasher, and being able to control the lighting brightness with the touch of a button was incredibly convenient. Thirdly, Adrian generously provided chocolate, coffee, cheese, and other treats for guests, so we were able to enjoy the true flavor of Switzerland without even having to go to a restaurant. Thank you so much—we actually felt a little sorry for eating so much! Lastly, the washing machine was available for use, and there were plenty of towels, tissues, and other essentials. It was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable throughout our stay. The charming and handsome Adrian and his lovely wife warmly welcomed us even though we checked in quite late at night, and explained everything in detail.
