The room was not worth its price. No additional services.

La atención y la calidez del personal. Es muy privado. Sin tanta gente, sin tanta bulla. Eso es perfecto para descansar.

Falta un mini bar en la habitación. Con el calor siempre tener agua fresca para hidratación. El desayuno podría ser más excepcional, algo diferente al de la casa. Más variedad de cositas

Caterine es una excelente host. Nos trató de maravilla. Nos encantó el hotel: muy mono, cómodo y súper bien ubicado.

dificil decir que fue mejor. al llegar me recibieron por mi nombre y me llevaron directo a mi habitacion. no es una entrada de hotel comun. moet es especial, desde que entras se escucha una musica relajante que va de acuerdo con la elegante decoracion de la recepcion. el desayuno se prepara con esmero, se lucen en combinaciones diferentes y la presentacion es de alta calidad. al segundo dia hice un upgrade con vista al mar y fue sensacional. la amabilidad de todo su personal invita a regresar con ellos. tienen un sistema de control de luces y aire acondiciona muy innovador con un ok goggle, pues prender/apagar luces, tv, aire y subir y bajar cortinas

El estilo es muy bonito. La ubicación también está increíble.

- Caja de seguridad no funcionaba, la reporté pero no la cambiaron. - Solicitamos una botella de vino blanco, nos dijeron que ya no había, que solamente por copeo. Nos llevaron un par del copas pero al día siguiente nos comentaron que teníamos una deuda en efectivo sobre ese concepto. Ya habíamos pagado el resto de los extras consumidos con tarjeta. Terminamos pagando en pesos mexicanos porque ya no teníamos cash. Solo no entendimos porque específicamente esas copas tenían que ser forzosamente pagadas en efectivo ya que hasta el transporte gestionado por el hotel se pagó con tarjeta.

A mudança de quarto fez com que ficássemos num banheiro com uma porta de vidro ruim, além da porta estar instável balançando não dava privacidade

Café da manha; acomodação com quarto em um andar e banheiro no outro, sendo uma escada horrivel e perigosa pra descer, principalmente a noite, e uma janela no corredor que ligava o banheiro ao chuveiro que era super desconfortavel pra locomover, principalmente se de toalhas.

I absolutely loved my experience at Moet Cartagena. Kathaye and Esteban made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I walked through the door, and went out of their way to help me arrange transport, prepare breakfast, and greet me with kindness. The breakfast was incredible, experience was intimate and homey, but luxurious with that beautiful pool. I will be back!

The bedroom in general was pretty confortable.

I had a terrible experience with this Hotel, the hotel ran out of power at 5am (for 12 hours) in the morning in the day I needed to check out. I was forced to get out of the properly and it was really uncomfortable to know a hotel with this category has no backup power to handle these situations. I wasn't able to rest properly and when the power went out, I was able to hear employees in the kitchen talking from my bedroom which basically woke us up before we were planning to start our day. Really bad experience with this hotel compared to other boutique hotel downtown in Cartagena.

Aucune insonorisation ! À ce prix là c'est juste honteux. On entend son voisin dire "OK google" (les chambres sont connectées)... Plusieurs chambres sont situées le long du couloir de passage et en face du lieu de convivialité où il y à la piscine. On entend tout comme si les gens étaient dans la chambre. Nous avons donc très mal dormi.

The only positive aspect of our stay was the hotel staff. They were kind and welcoming. Jinessa , Esteban and the woman who helped with our luggage. If it weren’t for them, my experience would have been much worse

Let’s start with the fact that the photos shown online do not match reality at all. Yes, the location is excellent, but the rooms leave a lot and I mean a lot to be desired. It is extremely overpriced for what they actually offer. The air conditioner is not powerful enough for the room, so it stays uncomfortably hot. The sheets were stained, there was no nightstand on both sides of the bed, and the walls were dirty, unpainted, and poorly patched. On top of that, the water went out during our stay and the internet didn’t work. The room didn’t even have a desk to work on or a proper place to put our luggage (on the floor) There weren’t any hooks to hang clothes either. Regarding breakfast, for Cartagena, a coastal city with rich local cuisine, I was expecting something more typical. Instead, they only offer waffles, and even then, when I ordered some, they brought me pancakes. It was so disappointing that it didn’t even feel worth complaining. The breakfast area wasn’t even set up; we had to wait for them to prepare it. Thank God it was only one night, but we will not be returning. I do not recommend this place; there are many better options in Cartagena.

A place for resting without being annoyed. All the staff wes very friendly (Katherine, Esteban and the rest of the team) and so helpful. Made us feel like at home. Breakfast was enough and delicious.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Boutique-Hotel, ausgewähltes und jeweils frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, zuvorkommendes Personal. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, sodass man die angrenzende Seitenstrasse fast nicht hört. Die Lage ist am Rande der Altstadt in einem guten Quartier; in 5 Minuten ist man an zentralen Plätzen. Insgesamt ist es etwas ruhiger an dieser Ecke, was der Erholung gut tut (keine laute Disko nebenan ;-))

Nicht alle Zimmer haben abgetrennte Bäder, was allenfalls nicht für jede Reisepartnerschaft passt. Das allenfalls kurz anfragen vorher. Aber das Hotel ist sonst absolut top!

This hotel feels like part of the historic ruins of Cartagena — full of charm and tranquility. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, almost like being in a spa. The rooms are not only very well equipped, but also automated and integrated with voice control via Google, which adds a modern and comfortable touch to the stay.

The only downside was that we arrived about two hours before check-in and were not able to access the room earlier. However, this seems to be quite standard practice in the region.

Queremos resaltar la excelente atención de todas las chicas como Katherin. Un servicio super personalizado, super pendientes de nuestras consultas, necesidades, inquietudes e incluso con requerimientos especiales. El desayuno también se encuentra en nuestro top 3, local, fresco y riquísimo.

La cama la hubiésemos querido más grande, pero nada más que eso, el resto, impecable.

Very nicely situated in the old town close to the city wall. Very nicely decorated and tasteful. Very nice size room with high ceiling and a very comfortable bed and great air-conditioning. Super shower. The staff were wonderful and could not do enough to help. They genuinely wanted you to have a lovely time. Everyone of the staff was great. Cartagena é uma cidade muito quente. Nas áreas comuns do hotel não há climatização com ar condicionado ou ventiladores de teto, somente ventiladores de chão (torre). É o único ponto não-positivo que tenho a comentar sobre. No quarto, porém, o ar condicionado era potente, refrigerava bem rápido, e tinha um ventilador de teto.

It was amazing!!

I liked the personal treatment, the quiet surroundings, excellent location to the old city wall and town center. Breakfast was a bonus as was the cool waters of the plunge pool.

I don't think much could have been better, I did however struggle with the language barrier, coming from Australia we don't have a need to speak any other language than English. We did get by with my limited knowledge of Spanish and the staffs couple of words of English. I was pleasantly amused with our broken communication.

Las habitaciones que te dan no son como las de la foto. Pagué por una habitación “Junior Suite” que no se parece en nada a la habitación que figura en las fotos de Booking. Es más, primero me alojé en una “habitación Deluxe” que en principio era de menor categoría y costaba menos, pero realmente era más amplia que la Junior Suite en la que me alojé unos días después. Lo peor fue la atención del administrador cuando le hicimos el reclamo. Tuvo muy mala actitud y nunca nos dio una solución.
