no english speaking at all. supposed to have breakfast. the hotel looked abandoned/closed down. we were feeling we were alone in the hotel. there was no breakfast room, it was served in the room. only a toast bread with egg and coffee.

Спасибо отелю и красивому городу Фенхуан за гостеприимство. We received a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was very clean and matched the photos. The view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful with everything. Thanks to the hotel and the beautiful city of Fenghuang for the hospitality.

Der Check In und die Frühstücksauswahl (KFC oder asiatisches, fleischhaltiges Frühstück. Für Vegetarier ungeeignet. Man hätte mich auch zum Frühstückslieferanten (es gibt dort kein Frühstücksbuffet!!!) gefahren, der 15Min. entfernt liegt, natürlich ist man dann zeitlich sehr gebunden! Der Check In führte zudem zur absoluten Überforderung, der Angestellten. Das Zimmer ist absolut dreckig gewesen. Eigentlich wollte ich drei Nächte dort bleiben, ich habe meinen Aufenthalt abgebrochen.

Encontrarlo es difícil si llegas en bus y no en taxi. Aunque el taxi tampoco puede llegar hasta la puerta.

Chambre modeste mais tout le charme résidait dans le petit balcon donnant sur le fleuve, au calme. Propreté et confort ok.

Un personnel ayant certes du mal avec l'anglais mais ne cherchant quand même pas vraiment à dire bonjour. Chambre un peu sommaire pour le prix. Hall glauque : économies de lumière ?

Hotel is old and smelly. It said it included breakfast, but they just gave me a hard egg, a bread and a soy milk packed, which I had to ask for, as they were not going to give a thing.

Ottima posizione, un po complicato arrivare perché essendo sul fiume è possibile arrivare solo nelle vicinanze ma la vista ripaga. Camera e bagno un po datati ma puliti.

Il bagno troppo piccolo è datato.

Vam demanar canvi d'habitació perquè feia molt soroll i les vistes eren una paret. Vam pagar la diferència per una habitació amb vistes al riu. Va valer molt la pena. El personal és amable. Molt bona situació.

La reserva inclou esmorzar. No hi ha un lloc per esmorzar. Ho has de demanar a recepció i t'ho pujen a l'habitació. En el nostre cas : un ou dur, dos panets i un got de llet de soja.

Struttura carina, con affaccio sul fiume. Staff gentile anche se non parla inglese.

La colazione ci è stata servita in camera e non ha incontrato il mio gusto. La struttura è un pó piú spartana rispetto alle foto.

Estupendo alojamiento. Habitación muy cómoda y la ubicación muy buena de fácil acceso. Muy recomendable

La amabilidad del personal. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación con vistas al río, espectaculares. Buena ubicación para conocer y visitar el lugar.

Good location - very close to the ancient city and to the railway station. Room is nice and comfortable with a nice view to the river.

It was quite cold in the room but the AC was very noisy.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gebucht, das lohnt sich! Vom Hotel aus direkt am Fluss entlang ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. In Hotelnähe gibt es keine keine Karaoke-Bars, also gut für eine ruhige Nacht. Sehr gute Betten! Achtung: es gibt keine Didi‘s in Fenghuang. Das normale Taxi vom Bahnhof zum Hotel kostet 25-30 CNY und bringt Euch zu einem Haltepunkt ca. 150 m entfernt vom Hotel, ab dort geht’s zu Fuß bis zum Hotel.

Personal an der Rezeption konnte uns nur einen privaten Transfer für 50 CNY anbieten und sah keine Möglichkeit ein normales Taxi zu rufen.

江景房，有沱江景色可看。離磁浮鳳凰之眼站不算遠，走路時五分鐘。在上游區，離中心區走路不遠且商店也不少，鬧中取靜。

Hotel situato nel centro storico di Fenghuang ha camere caratteristiche con balcone con vista sul fiume. Il personale è molto disponibile anche se parla pochissimo l’inglese, ma con il traduttore è tutto molto semplice. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Non c’è la colazione e nella stradina dietro l’hotel ci sono molti ristorantini che però hanno cibo esclusivamente orientale

Por decir algo : el baño no es a los estándares europeos. La ducha no tiene separación del WC

Einheimisches Frühstück, super lecker und sehr freundliches Personal. Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Flusspromenade die sehr belebt ist. Die Fenster aus dem Zimmer blicken auf den Fluss ;)

Clean and big room. We were given free upgrade. Location is 20mins walk to old town.

Difficult to get to. Toilet door rubber stopper not working.

Room was okay, a bit small and definitely overpriced.

Hotel was a bit too far away from the action. But still in walking distance of course.

The location was excellent, bed was so comfortable, staff friendly, balcony views were impressive

Location was good, 15 mins walk from Maglev station. Right on the bank of Tuojiang River. Far away enough from the tourist crowd yet close enough to see all the key tourist locations.

Facilities are a bit run down

Very pleasant and helpful reception. She saved the Hotel 100%. Reception buy us breakfast every day from the bakery fresh.

Hot water was unstable so we can’t do a proper shower.

The hotel is by the river on the quieter side of the town. The staffs are friendly. They may not speak English very well but they try to communicate with us and we understand each other.

Unfortunately, there's a renovation going on at the time that we book. We got downgrade to another type of room. The hotel gave us discount but they should have informed us before hand. We also get one towel with holes in it. :(

Receptionist Ms Su was very helpful in providing info and support in arranging our next day trip to Furong Town.

Staff was marvelous (concretely Xiao Su, who was, very helpful and really kind to us). Location was awesome as well, in the middle of Fenghuang, without any noise and great views of the balcony.

Absolutely wonderful service above and beyond. The location was convenient for walking along the river, but not possible to access directly by car, as with most river-front properties. Very nice facilities and spotlessly clean. Staff so helpful and kind.

Rooms are nice for its price. 10 mins walk from the Meglev rail line to airport. Situated right next to river and 10 mins from busiest part of city. Staffs were helpful and polite. Lady guest were given a nice door gift.

Room or bathroom should have place for hanging up towels.

Hotel Fwnghuang Room 8315 Rest: The air conditioning worked very well. You could hear some noise from outside as there were many people in the alleyways. Room: The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve tried in a hotel, with two types of pillows. The bathroom had a shower, and we had a balcony with a hammock overlooking the river. Cleanliness: Very clean. WiFi: Not used. Breakfast: The hotel did not have a restaurant for breakfast, but they offered us a choice between oriental and western breakfast. We chose the latter, and they brought coffee, sandwiches, eggs, and Chinese buns. Location: Located almost at the end of the busiest area, but still well situated. Notes: The best rest during my trip to China was at this hotel, not only because of the bed and cleanliness but also due to the hospitality and attention of the front desk girl, who was always attentive and helped us with everything we needed.

I liked the location and the views of the room (we chose river/city views) and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they even gave us some goodbye presents. The room was very cool and super comfortable.

The location was excellent, just in front of the river. And the staff were super polite, they helped me a lot with any issue.

At first I didn't really like the room when I walked in, but the staff offered to clean it despite late. They also book a car to help me from the problems in my train, and was never hesitate to use a lot of translate to communicate. The staff in here is splendid, even though can't speak English. I have had a great time here. I recommend this place for your Fenghuang gucheng stay. But if you don't speak Chinese, or can speak a little, don't worry because the staffs are very patience, but have a good translate app on your phone beforehand.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Location was perfect - with a really beautiful river view from the balcony, a walking distance from the MagLev train stop.

it is difficult to find the hotel location, the breakfast meal and room facilities is not good. it is not worth the price paid.

We have had an amazing time at the hotel. Its location in the old town at the foot of the river is perfect, the views from the room spectacular and good cleanliness. From the first moment we were received excellently, explaining the important points of the city, the hotel services (laundry, super full breakfast, ...). The hotel has far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it.
