Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Cozy beds and we all slept well. Modern-looking living space and rooms. Acceptable toilets. Relatively close distance (~20mins walk) to the famous Jonker Walk street. (Treat walking along river as exercise after heavy meals :) ). Cannot compare to a luxury hotel but overall it is great value for the price paid if you are not too fussy.
Communication with the host felt impersonal as whatsapp text is the only option. First-time locating of the designated parking lot number is a hassle as they are not arranged in sequence. Whole check in/out process felt very Do-It-Yourself.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Parking arrangement is a major issue. You have to pay some deposit to get parking benefits and you should have the right payment gateway. Got to know about this on Whatsapp message sent by the property. While booking the parking says yes but it doesnt talk about the hassle. It is difficult for people coming from outside of the country as we do not have local payment gateways. If they need parking charge, it should be added while booking. You also have to give your car number on whatsapp separately. Not a good experience - just for parking arrangement,

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Nice spacious appartment, with good facilities. We had a Pool table in our appartment, plus there was a large swimming pool in the building. Good working airco.
I don't like the whatsapp approach of impersonal back and forth communication. The reason for the lower score is that the beds are very hard. We were with 6 adults and everyone was complaining about the hardness of the beds. The sleeping quality is priority number 1, i would trade a better bed for the pool table in the appartment anytime.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Quite near to town area.
The unit appears to have persistent unexplained noises occurring during the night. Frequent sounds resembling furniture being dragged or moved across the floor can be heard from the upper level, along with repeated impact noises similar to a heavy ball being dropped and bouncing on the floor. These disturbances occur regularly during late-night hours and can be quite noticeable.

The toilet in the living room is really bad-smelling due to a sewerage system issue. It has to be fixed asap as the current condition is harmful. The message was transferred to the agent. Hope it will be fixed before other guests move in. The air conditioning in both bedrooms needs to be serviced due to insufficient cooling. The rest all find no issue.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Convenient location, very homely. The air hockey table and arcade machine was good for kids and adults to unwind after a long day. Very spacious, water pressure from shower was superb (had a good relaxing shower after a long day outside). Definitely a place i would love to stay at again.
No hooks in the bathroom for towels (only 1 miserable hook). No place to dry towels. Power plugs lacking as well. Had to dry hair in the living room.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Location, location, location! Swimming pool was ok
No breakfast provided, in fact, we had difficulty getting HOT water to make our coffee and tea. Yes, you provided a water dispenser but the water was not hot enough and the cool water was warm! Disappointed that there was no kettle, microwave, teaspoons and limited cutlery for 4 people staying in the apartment

Reviewed May 24, 2026Nothing. Being someone who is a frequent flyer for AirBnb's this is the worse unit I have stayed in. To be specific 18-15, as the floors were sticky, the rooms were dusty, the aircond blowers were filled with dust and not to forget even the water filter was faulty.
Everything. I clearly got scammed on this property.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026The apartment is located very close to Melaka town, which made it super convenient to get around. There are also delicious halal food options just next to the apartment. The house was clean, tidy, and beautifully exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Had a really pleasant stay and will definitely come again with my family next time!
The air conditioner in the living room was not cool enough during the day.
