The room was a little bigger than I imagined and the staff is very nice! There were towels folded into a swan on my bed when I arrived, I wish I had a photo to share.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Overall, we had a good stay in Phuket and everything was great. The room was comfortable and everything went smoothly during our stay. The only downside was that there was no lift, and getting to the higher floors meant walking up quite a lot of stairs, which could be difficult with luggage. Aside from that, we were happy with our stay.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Boa localização, próximo a bares, restaurantes e da Bangla Road, mas não tão perto a ponto de o caos chegar... Dá pra dormir em paz. O quarto tem um bom tamanho para estadias curtas e o ar condicionado funciona maravilhosamente bem.
O hotel fica numa viela que praticamente inviabiliza a entrada de carro. Além disso, não tem elevador, só escadas. Quem for com mala grande pode ter problemas - felizmente não foi meu caso, mas acho bom alertar.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Room was clean, well-maintained. Decent balcony size. The location was the best part. Situated in the main area but on a quiet street. All main spots in the area are easily walkable. You can also walk to points that will help you get public transport like bus and shared vehicles. There is a 7-Eleven right outside within 50m.
Washrooms could be a little better. Had a bit of a smell problem. Also, the bathroom door had open slots that allowed the smell to come into the room. No lift so getting to second floor with luggage was a bit of a hassle but someone helped us with some of our luggage.

It is quiet, opposite a nice Tuekish restuarant. 7 Eleven, Tops daily and pharmacy within 5 meters. Short walk to the beach and bangla road. Amazing location, comfortable room, awesome staff

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026I really liked the location of this hotel. It’s nice and quiet, but only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and maybe 10-15 minutes into the main Patong city center. The two ladies at the reception were so sweet and super helpful! They helped us with everything. The rooms are also quite big and have everything you need. The only real downside was my bedding. I had some stains on my sheets (probably just stuff that didn't come out in the wash), and when I told the receptionist, she was very sorry and changed them right away. Unfortunately, the new sheets also had some spots on them. Honestly, this shouldn't really happen, but my two friends in another room had clean sheets, so I think I just got unlucky. Also, a small tip for the hotel: it might be time to change the shower doors because there was a little bit of mold on them, but it wasn't a huge deal for me. All in all, I’d still definitely recommend this place!
