Guangzhou Yashay International Apartment - Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Centre

Attention ! Ne réservez jamais cet appartement, c'est une arnaque : l'appartement n'existe pas et il n'y a personne à la réception. J'ai réservé 4 nuits, je suis allée sur place et l'appartement est introuvable. J'ai finalement appelé Booking pour annuler mon séjour et j'ai dû réserver dans un autre hôtel. Le lieu est très sale et ne correspond pas aux photos sur Booking. Il y a des gens qui habitent dans l'immeuble, mais cet appartement n'existe pas. J'espère que Booking va me rembourser. C'est dommage, car les personnes dans l'immeuble m'ont dit que des gens réservent tous les jours dans cet immeuble pour des appartements fantômes. Méfiez-vous !

There was no fridge or kitchen in the room as was advertised on booking.com. Staff do not understand any English. We checked out 2 days early. They sell sex toys in the room. The shower was leaking

Service à la réception excellent, le personnel est très accueillant, chaleureux et serviable, toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et très bien entretenues. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, très proche du salon, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour les déplacements. Tout est parfait, je recommande vivement cet établissement. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour.

Watch out, we got scammed here!!! We booked two nights for 1400 RMB. They first gave us a room that stank like rotten water from the sink and was not inhabitable. When we complained we got a neighbouring room that was also an smelling rotten very strong from the sink. We slept there one night because we had to. The next morning we wanted to check out and go to another hotel for the second night. They refused to give back any money and just cashed in the 1400 RMB for one night! Disgusting and I would not recommend anybody to book a night here. Also, the lights didn't work and it was loud.

Ребята на ресепшен молодцы! Всегда готовы помочь 👍 Отель расположен в 15 ти минутах езды от выставки Canton fair, удобно и быстро добираться. Такси стоит всего 15 юаней. Недалеко от отеля ( 15 минут пешком) ночной рынок, где на мангалах жарят всякую вкусняшку ( креветки, осьминоги, рыбку, овощи : баклажаны, зелень и тп)Также на этой улице много кафешек и несколько ресторанов. Единственное плохо, что деньги в отеле не поменять(

Всё норм) Завтраков нет только, рядом тоже не позавтракаешь, совсем рядом с отелем только очень дешевые тайские столовые, где кушают рабочие. На улицу, где открывается ночной рынок, с утра не по пути. Номы завтракали на выставке , там много кафешек

القرب نوعاً ما من الكانتون فير لكن في الغالب تحتاج الى وسيلة مواصلات. تحتاج تمشي تقريباً ربع ساعة حتى تصل الى اقرب محطة مترو للذهاب الى المعرض

1- المكان غير مخدوم أبداً. لا يوجد اي مطاعم عربية قريبة 2- يوجد مطعم صيني تحت الفندق ( فالريحة تصل للغرف الي فوق المطعم) 3- لا يوجد دولاب للملابس 4- يوجد رائحة غير جيدة في الحمام 5- الدور الارضي بلا مصعد 6- العزل ضعيف جداً جداً .. تسمع صوت الناس في الغرف الي جنبك والناس الي بالشارع

В номере очень сильно пахло канализацией

Расположен в 10-15 минутах на авто от выставки. Стоимость приемлема.

Все время шел запах канализации из санузла, это омрачало проживание. Также вместо привычного телевизора висит проектор, в котором сложно разобраться, каналы тв так и не нашли.

The apartment is decorated in a simple style and equipped with shared washing machines and dryers, making it very convenient to do laundry. There is a bus stop right next to the exit, and you can take a bus directly to the exhibition hall. You can also visit Poly Plaza nearby, where there are many restaurants and cafes. The place is very clean and the staff at the front desk are particularly friendly.

The hotel is very easy to find and is close to the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall. It's very convenient for transportation as there is a bus stop right downstairs and there are buses that go directly to the exhibition hall. The staff at the front desk are very polite and make you feel good as soon as you enter. The room is very large and clean. The bathroom even has disposable toilet seat covers prepared, which is so considerate!!

Free bottled water. Clean. Very friendly staff. Good shower. New free toothbrushes every day with mini toothpaste. New free slippers every day. Good air conditioner. Good wi fi.

Convenient location Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. The receptionists were the highlight of my stay. Kudos!

The bathroom- can't have a shower without the whole floor being flooded since the shower cubicle has no door. The option to purchase sex toys was available physically right in my room. For me, this is not acceptable.

Terrible place. The bathroom smelled. The walls and ceilings were poorly finished and broken. The worst experience in China

The people were very nice and helpful. It was good. I liked it.

Stayed for a week while doing work and going to an expo. The room was very clean and staff were friendly. Had a really good sleep every night. The staff helped order breakfast and were just super helpful. There’s a little store just downstairs and few food joints around. You can walk to the train station in like 15-20 mins. Would stay here again!

To participate in Pazhou exhibition, the hotel is very close to Pazhou Exhibition, there is a bus next to the hotel directly to Pazhou Exhibition, the hotel is very clean, the staff is very warm, introduce the fun and delicious place to us, thank you, will come again next time, thank the staff for their help to us

Thank the front desk sister warmly introduced to us Guangzhou, such a hot day, let us take a lot of detours. The service is very warm and thoughtful, the hotel is very new, fully equipped, the room is very clean, the view is very good. Two minutes to the convention and exhibition center, super convenient, to Guangzhou to participate in the exhibition partners, highly recommended cost-effective

Location a bit far, you need like 30 min walking to reach the closest mall or restaurant.

Location is a 20minute walk from Train station. A bit far. There is a mall near the train. No breakfast resto near the hotel. Only a convenience store.

The rooms are clean, with fresh towels daily and basin toiletries provided. Joie, the receptionist, was exceptional. She goes out of her way to take care of us, even booking us a ride thru her Didi app. She recommended places to go and eat, and things to do. The hotel is great for Canton Fair stay. It helps that it has laundry facilities.

The room was clean and spacious. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Pazhou Pavilion, which is very convenient for the front desk sister to help call a taxi.

The hotel is 8 minutes' walk from the subway station

The room is really nice and very close to Pazhou Convention and Exhibition Center. I'm here to attend the Pazhou Exhibition. It's very convenient to live here. The people here are friendly and will give you the most help. The most important thing is that the rooms are clean
