Reviewed Sep 4, 2026We had a wonderful 5 days and 4 nights stay at Teega Suite Puteri Harbour with our family. The unit was clean, spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. We really enjoyed the peaceful environment and the facilities provided. It was a great place to relax and spend quality time together as a family. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!
Honestly, nothing major to dislike. Everything was comfortable and suitable for our 5-day family stay. We had a great experience overall.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Location was convenient.
The couch was dirty with burn marks from cigarettes. Ironing board and iron were burnt too. The hairdryer almost caused an electric shock and my hand was burnt by it. The air conditioning in the second room wasn’t cold at all. When I gave feedback on these issues, the person in charge on WhatsApp simply said the cleaner had not told them about these issues. Apparently, they rely entirely on the cleaner and don’t bother to check the state of the apartment themselves.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Location to the venue was good. Location to everything else was not. The view is great.
The apartment is in average condition. Couches and bedding are in need of replacing. One key card made moving around the complex difficult as the card is required to even get out of the gym/pool area as well as entering. No toaster in the unit, the wifi is average in the main bedroom and compared to other accommodation in Johor it is not good value for money.

Reviewed May 5, 2026The service from the agent was extremely poor. Even just five minutes before the check-in time (2:55 PM), I had not received any check-in details. I had to make several phone calls before the information was finally sent to me. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time, as I was left waiting downstairs without any guidance. In addition, the drainage system in the bathroom was clogged. While showering, the water did not drain properly and began to accumulate, which made the experience very unpleasant. Overall my stay was far below expectations due to these issues.
