Une équipe très disponible et a l’écoute qui nous a permis de récupérer notre logement malgré une arrivée tardive suite à un vol décalé pour problème météorologique, et nous a même surclassé ! Encore merci ! La proximité de l’entrée du parc Tayrona ( entrée Calabazo) Cuisine délicieuse (petit dej et repas)

La ubicación es perfecta para poder hacer excursiones diferentes cada día. Justo en la salida hay pequeños comercios y restaurantes para poder también variar un poco las comidas El desayuno increíble. La piscina muy cuidada y limpia. Perfecta para refrescarse después de las salidas

Se podrían poner mosquiteras en las ventanas para poder dormir y dejarlas abiertas. Hace mucho calor y el ventilador y el aire acondicionado hacen mucho ruido

El conjunto de las instalaciones, el trato del personal y estar rodeados de animales y plantas preciosas.

Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la ducha que fué solucionado de inmediato, y nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho mejor, por lo que el problema se convirtió en una mejora para nosotros.

Camas muy cómodas, habitación amplia, entorno bonito, hay un montón de animales, tienen un refugio, la piscina se agradece. La comida en general muy rica

Alles hat super funktioniert - wir starteten vom Flughafen Santa Marta mit dem Taxi nach El Zaino, da wir von da in den Tayrona Nationalpark wollten, übernachteten eine Nacht am Playa Brava und verließen am nächsten Tag den Park Richtung Calabazo. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Eingang Calabazo - ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Wir durften unser Gepäck schon 2 Tage früher hinbringen, damit wir nicht alles durch den Nationalpark mitnehmen mussten - es war sehr freundlich, das u verstauen! Das Frühstück war super lecker, darüber hab ich mich sehr gefreut. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, der Pool ist perfekt um zu entspannen, aber auch genüsslich zu schwimmen. Die ganze Anlage hat mir richtig gut gefallen.

Das Abendessen war eher enttäuschend, das fand ich etwas schade. Wir bestellten zwei verschiedene Nudelgerichte und beide waren eher Suppen mit Nudel.

La TV de la habitación no funcionaba. En la cuenta de la cena que tuvimos, nos pusieron como un servicio añadido al total. No veo oportuno que en un hotel donde te hospedas añadan en la cuenta este tipo de conceptos sin preguntar.

Lovely garden centre and swimming pool, the room was comfortable and the bed was big. There were friendly dogs and lots of other animals on the property.

Breakfast was not particularly good and there were some insects including a cockroach in the bathroom.

Muy buena experiencia, el lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones eran muy cómodas. El personal es extremadamente amable, muy dispuesto a resolver cualquier duda. El desayuno también estaba muy bueno! Nos sorprendió un poco que la habitación se hiciera todos los días jaja, pero denota el nivel de preocupación general alto. También la piscina estaba bastante bien y los jardines muy bien cuidados, la pasamos increíble.

La chambre est assez sommaire, pas de machine à café. Attention à la nuit du samedi au dimanche car il y a une discothèque dans le village à 500m et on l entend toute la nuit. Aucun problème de bruit les autres nuits.

Lekker verblijf, lekker zwembad en leuke dieren op het terrein.

Naast het zwembad en de dieren heeft het niet heel veel, terwijl er best een aardige prijs voor wordt gevraagd.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, heerlijke bedden, fijn zwembad en een prima restaurant. De kolibries, papegaaien en fijne tuin zijn echt een bonus!

Très bon point de départ et d'arrivé pour explorer le parc Tayrona depuis l'entrée Calabazo. Les enfants (10 et 13 ans) ont bien appréciée (animaux, piscine)

La chambre est spacieuse, bien climatisée avec une jolie terrasse. La salle de bain est superbe avec eau chaude. Le frigo, la cafetière et la TV a disposition. Le restaurant est excellent tant pour le dîner quebpour le petit déjeuner. On se réveil avec les oiseaux, aras, colibris, paons, etc. La piscine et les espaces communs sont superbes. Il y a un parking pour laisser la voiture pendant un séjour dans le Parc. 5 min à pieds de l'entrée du parc. Le personnel est adorable, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Si nous avions su que c'etait si bien on serait restés une nuit de plus...

Desde el primer momento recibí una atención cálida, amable y muy profesional. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas, ideales para descansar y disfrutar del entorno. El restaurante ofrece una muy buena variedad de platos, todos deliciosos y con un servicio impecable. En general, todo el personal hizo que la estadía fuera muy agradable. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo y al que volvería con gusto.

Nos encanto todo de el lugar, es como una finca, una reserva de animales, te sientes desconectado completamente de la realidad y te conectas con la naturaleza y la tranquilidad! se ven unos atardeceres hermosos, la atencion fue muy buena, fueron todos muy amables.

This is truly a garden hotel and is beautiful. The restaurant is in open air so the view is over the expansive gardens, as well as of the rescued macaws and other birds. Leider war das Gebläse der Klimaanlage vom Nebenzimmer genau auf meiner Terrasse, neben meinem Fenster. Und deswegen hatte ich das störende Geräusch.

The property is gorgeous. I loved walking around and checking out all of the different plants and birds. The restaurant was delicious and it was a perfect location for Tayrona. The pool was refreshing as well. But what really made the experience superior was the staff. They were so kind and helpful and even used a blow dryer to dry my phone after I got it went. Next level service. I wish I could have stayed longer.

EL hotel cuenta con zonas verdes geniales para caminar y la piscina es super!!! El servicio de las chicas del restaurante y los alimentos son agradables. Felicitaciones

Het vriendelijke personeel die alles doet om je een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. De geredde vogels, pauwen,… die op het domein rondlopen, het eten (!), de locatie op 5min wandelen van uitgang van Tayrona park

Sommige plaatsen zoals de recreatieruimte bij het zwembad en de biljarttafel hebben een renovatie nodig.

El sitio estuvo espectacular, desde la limpieza de la habitación hasta el cuidado tanto de la fauna como de la flora, el personal fue super amable en todo momento. Sumo muchos puntos el hecho de tener una cafetera en la habitación y la necesita, superaron nuestras expectativas en todo momento. Lo único que diría es que en los servicios que ofrecen puede existir ambigüedad, dice tener "servicios streaming" pero no te dan cuentas qué usar, si no, que el TV tiene esas opciones para que hagas uso de ello de forma personal, pero ningun problema mayor. Definitivamente el sitio perfecto si quieren ir a descansar, un lugar super estratégico y seguro, además, la comida exquisita y vale lo que cuesta. Volvería y volveré sin dudarlo

After completing the challenging Lost City hike, it was a relief to arrive at this Sanctuary. The gardens are large and beautiful, the swimming pool is inviting and our room was delightful and quiet. The open air restaurant looks out over the beautiful gardens and the food is delicious. The service is excellent. Rescue birds are in the garden and there are many humming birds around the feeders

Absolutely amazing experience. You sleep in a facility surrounded by nature and wake up to watch aras, peacocks and humming birds close-by. We even spotted a tortoise and a group of turkeys passing us. The food was surprisingly good, given the periphere location. Nice staff and the pool and pool table invite to relax while watching birds

Not much there to like. It was probably the best stay we ever had. The staff in the restaurant could be a bit more attentive and it would be beneficial if they spoke at least rudimental English for non-speaking customers.

TOUT ! Je n'ai absolument rien à redire à cet hôtel, c'était le meilleur de tout mon séjour en Colombie. Il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de l'entrée de Calabazo, le personnel est très gentil, il est possible de garder nos sacs pendant le séjour à Tayrona (on a même pu prendre une douche en revenant), les oiseaux donnent beaucoup de charme à ce lieu et on y mange très bien.

La comida estuvo deliciosa y las instalaciones son muy espaciosas. La piscina también es un plus. En general, todo el lugar se presta para una estancia relajante con naturaleza alrededor. Hay guacamayas, colibríes y gallinas libres.

El baño podría mejorar. También estaría bien dar botellas de agua de cortesía para la llegada.

Habitaciones cómodas, se respeta la hora del silencio y el espacio de los huéspedes.

El lugar brinda el desayuno y cuenta con restaurante. Consideramos que para los huéspedes deberían manejar una carta diferente a la del público, debido a que uno consume el resto de las comidas en el lugar y sale un poco más costoso.

Alles! Wat een fantastisch verblijf, je komt er helemaal tot rust en er lopen/vliegen allemaal dieren om je heen. Ook is het maar 8 minuten lopen naar de ingang van het park toe. Daarnaast is het eten in het restaurant echt geweldig! Echt wat je ook maar besteld is super lekker en je krijgt ook echt ruime porties. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles! Wij zouden hier het liefst nog langer zijn gebleven en zouden ook zeker terugkomen!!

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Charme in einem tollen Hotel. Wir waren aber auch in anderen Zimmern, die wesentlich besser waren. Die Mitarbeiter*innen und das Restaurant sind toll. Man kann eine ziemlich entspannte Wanderung 2.5 Stunden durch den Tayrona Park von dort zu Fuß erreichen und sich die erste Strecke für ca 30k Pesos auf dem Motorrad mitnehmen lassen.

In diesem Zimmer gab es vor allem im Bad, aber auch im Zimmer mysteriöse Flecken, die für uns nach Schimmel ausgesehen haben. Wenn es Schimmel war, wäre ein Aufenthalt für Menschen mit Atemproblemen auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Auch wenn es kein Schimmel war, sieht es leider sehr ekelhaft aus und trübte für uns das Urlaubsfeeling. Wie gesagt, in anderen Zimmern dieses Hotels war das aber nicht so.

Very nice and cozy place close to Tyrona Calabazo entrance. The pool was excellent as well as the service. We liked the most watching all the different birds and animals hanging around on the hotel property, that makes this place really special.

La atención del personal muy pésima, la habitación estaba en malas condiciones. Muy mal servicio al cliente

El personal es extraordinario, muy educados y atentos. La localización es buena para visitar el Tayrona y otros pueblos. El bus pasa justo por delante lo cual es perfecto para moverte de una forma barata. Puedes ver colibrís, guacamayo y otros animales mientras desayunas. El lugar tiene mucho potencial. La comida es buena y está rica. Las camas son muy cómodas

Necesita una actualización urgente, las paredes de las habitaciones no se pintan desde hace años, los muebles y las instalaciones son antiguas. La zona de la piscina necesita mantenimiento al igual que la zona social que al ser de madera se estropea con los años. Hubo varios días que no había agua caliente. Con una actualización el lugar sería ideal

Nice location, nice facilities and great staff The plants, the dogs, the cats, the hummingbirds and of course Maya the parrot

Prachtige plek met heel veel groen, dieren en planten. Heerlijk groot zwembad met ligbedjes. Ruime kamers met lekkere bedden. Restaurant was ook erg lekker, zowel voor ontbijt als diner (wel prijzig). We vonden het een van de fijnste accommodaties van onze reis, vooral om even op te laden.

Het ligt afgelegen. In het dorp is verder niks te doen. Een van de ingangen van Tayrona zit op loopafstand, maar let op dat het niet de hoofdingang is.

The grounds and facilities are gorgeous and well maintained, beautiful flowers, plants, trees, all kinds of birds, fish, monkeys and peacocks roaming around it’s amazing.The buildings and rooms are beautiful. We arrived late and they were waiting for us and even kept the kitchen open and allowed us to order dinner after normal hours. We are very appreciative and since we live nearby plan to visit often.

Dès mon arrivé, le gérant m’accuse de ne pas avoir réservé la bonne chambre et le bon nombre de personnes pour ma famille de 5 (ce qui était faux). Il avait un ton très accusateur. C’était la première fois que ça m’arrivait avec Booking. Il s’est par la suite excusé mais c’était très irrespectueux.

L'accueil, l'eau chaude, la piscine, les animaux partout (colibris, paons, dindes, perroquets...), l'ambiance paisible.

Rien. Seul bémol mais ils n'y sont pour rien, Tayrona étant fermé, calabazo est un peu loin de tout....

The staff in the restaurant are wonderful. Location is really good, very near the Calabazo entrance to Tayrona. The plant nursery they have is beautiful and worth a walk around.

The place is so dirty. The room was so musty and there were several large patches of mould on the walls. Our coffee machine was so filthy we had to get the staff to come and clean it before it could be used. The grounds themselves are covered with litter which is such a shame, as the plants and trees are very beautiful. The worst thing is the captive parrots they have. Firstly, the miserable Blue & Yellow Macaw they have on display at the restaurant. One of the most trafficked animals in the world and this place shows its willingness to participate in that. I'm sure they'll claim it's been rescued, but there is no information to support this or to educate guests. They have other parrots as well, which every day we saw one of the staff tease the dogs with, holding it close to their faces until the parrots flapped and screeched. For a place based in the middle of a national park, this is surprising and really disappointing.
