Visto quello che c’è d’intorno questa struttura, penso che sia la migliore. Troppo caro, secondo me, visto i prezzi della zona.

Location to the Marriott ferry, and the mushroom soup was nice and they made a special rice dish for us.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud, liked a washing machine going all night long. Plus there was a red flashing light on the ceiling which made sleeping a challenge. Breakfast buffet was average at best.

Eravamo un gruppo ed uno di noi aveva preso la stanza singola senza finestre!

Ho fatto un lungo soggiorno, sinceramente è stata davvero una bella vacanza. Albergo pulitissimo, colazione ottima. Tutto lo staff eccezionale, gentilissimi, in particolar modo, Bani, che ha reso il mio soggiorno, perfetto. Ci ha seguito passo passo, prenotato i traghetti per le isole, il taxi per Kota Baru. Una bellissima persona, educata, gentile, disponibile ed anche molto simpatico. Grazie di ❤️ a tutti da Deborah e Andrea.

La camera si è rivelata grande e pulita, l’hotel è bello, la colazione molto abbondante, internazionale e buona. La palestra è piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono per fare avanti e indietro per le Perenthian qualche giorno

Eravamo consapevoli della posizione, ma non pensavamo che per raggiungere il molo bisognasse fare un pezzo di strada a piedi non proprio bellissimo. In ogni caso erano spesso presenti Grab comodi per gli spostamenti

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Fairfield qui est un établissement très propre, avec un bon petit-déjeuner et un personnel chaleureux et très aidant. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Bani, du personnel de l’accueil, qui a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit le plus mémorable possible et il a réussi ! Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique !

Personal an der Rezeption war eher kleinlich… The stay was fine overall, but I was disappointed at check-out. I accidentally broke a cup during the night and informed reception myself. To my surprise, I was charged €6.40 for it. It’s not about the amount, but charging for such a minor accident felt unnecessarily petty for a Marriott hotel.

Ottima la disponibilità della struttura di avere un molo proprio in modo da avere drop e da e per le isole Perenhthian.

Le camere non sono molto isolate, si sente qualsiasi cosa succeda in corridoio e questo disturba abbastanza se succede mattina presto o in tarda serata.

The staff were very helpful, specifically Bani who helped us get to the Perhentian Islands and organise our days.

J’ai bien aimé la propreté du lieu, l’architecture de la chambre et l’emplacement.

Je n’ai pas aimé que la clim fasse un bruit monstrueux qui nous empêche de dormir, nous avons dû l’arrêter ce qui a fait que passer une nuit horrible à avoir extrêmement chaud sans clim. Puis le matin je me fais réveiller une énième fois par des enfants, qui crie dans le hall, en sachant que nous étions au deuxième étage, car les portes ne sont absolument pas insonorisé. Pour le prix de la nuit, c’est inadmissible. De plus, nous avons dîné dans le restaurant de l’hôtel et nous avons trouvé les prix plutôt élevés par rapport à la qualité du repas qui était médiocre et ainsi que la quantité.

C'è stata un'incomprensione sulla prenotazione a causa di booking da come ci è stato detto, siccome appunto non risultava la nostra prenotazione ci hanno dato un'altra camera diversa da quella prenotata ed un piccolo sconto. La struttura è ben servita ed ottima scelta come appoggio per una notte per andare o tornare delle isole prima di partire per altre città. Ristorante funziona bene sia a colazione che per cena. Non c’è insonorizzazione, a noi è stata dato una camera molto vicina all’ascensore. È stato un incubo.

Annoncé à 100m de la plage et à 150m du centre c’est faux il n’y a pas de plage et le centre est à 5 min en grab. 2 chambres réservées pour 2 adultes chacune et 1 seul petit dej par chambre compris. Très pratique pour 1 nuit avec une chambre confortable. Prix au restaurant un peu élevé, mieux vaut prendre un grab et aller dans les p’tits restos du centre

La qualité de l'établissement, la justesse de l'accueil, les prestations et l'infrastructure sont dignes d'un hôtel de luxe. Idéalement situé par rapport au port. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Il manque une piscine par rapport à la qualité globale de l'établissement. L'emplacement n'a rien autour de lui. Il faut marcher 10 minutes au milieu de nulle part pour trouver un établissement. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais un peu cher par rapport à ce qu'il propose..

Da kann wohl das Hotel nichts dafür, aber es war schon ein bisschen laut. Die ständig zuknallenden Türen waren in der Nacht ein bisschen lästig - aber nicht tragisch.

Tutto. Ottima esperienza! È un hotel tre stelle, ma per livello di servizio e pulizia, in altre zone della Malesia potrebbe tranquillamente essere considerato un 4 o addirittura un 5 stelle. Lo staff è gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Una menzione speciale va a Bani: si è occupato di tutto fin dal mio arrivo, organizzando ogni trasferimento, sempre presente e disponibile, ma mai invadente. Veramente una persona in gamba! Sono terrorizzata dagli scarafaggi e, ovviamente, trovandosi in mezzo alla giungla, è abbastanza facile incontrarne. Avevo quindi paura di soggiornare direttamente sulle isole. Allo stesso tempo, però, ero molto triste all’idea di non poter fare nemmeno un tour di snorkeling, visto che l’ultima barca dalle isole alla terraferma parte alle 16:00. Bani mi ha organizzato tutto e mi ha letteralmente salvato la vacanza! Per tre giorni ho fatto avanti e indietro tra l’hotel e le isole per poter fare le mie escursioni. Incredibile! Tutto perfetto: camere pulitissime, struttura nuova e, cosa per me fondamentale, zero insetti. Considerando anche le altre strutture che ho visto, credo che potrebbero tranquillamente permettersi di chiedere un prezzo più alto. Un’ultima menzione speciale va al ristorante: eccezionale e anche molto economico. Ottimo chef e ottimo tutto lo staff di sala. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel! Excellent experience! It is a three-star hotel, but in terms of service and cleanliness, in other parts of Malaysia it could easily be considered a four- or even five-star hotel. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and always willing to assist. A special mention goes to Bani: he took care of everything from the moment I arrived, arranging all my transfers and always being present and available, without ever being intrusive. He is truly amazing at what he does! I am absolutely terrified of cockroaches and, of course, being surrounded by jungle, they can be quite easy to encounter.

Rien tout était parfait

L’hôtel est propre et bien situé car proche du Kuala Besut Jetty, la salle de sport super, le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et très bon, et le restaurant également. La chambre est propre et la literie incroyable ! Le personnel est souriant et à l’écoute, c’était un séjour très agréable !

Il personale è molto cortese e la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere i jetty per le Perenthian. La stanza spaziosa e molto pulita.

L’hotel è chiaramente una soluzione di transito per raggiungere le isole, per cui non c’è alcun intrattenimento.

Ottima cordialità e disponibilità da parte dello staff; le camere erano pulite e accoglienti. Ottima anche la cena e colazione a disposizione dei clienti! Inoltre è presente una palestra ben fornita.

L'unica pecca, se proprio vogliamo, è la posizione un po' scomoda rispetto al jetty di cui ci si serve per andare alle isole Perenthian.

Perfetta posizione per chi (come noi) deve andare alle isole perhentian perchè vicinissimo al jetty, ci arrivi comodamente con 1€ di grab oppure con 20 min di camminata. Ottimo il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato con prezzi onesti e piatti eseguiti a regola d’arte! Check in e check out rapido.

Rimane in una zona un po isolata quindi non c’è nulla da fare.

Struttura nuova e molto pulita e ben tenuta, la palestra é attrezzata e sempre aperta con asciugamani e acqua sempre a disposizione. La colazione è ottima e varia così come l’offerta della cena che ha opzioni di piatti tipici e internazionali, ottimi piatti a prezzi più che ragionevoli. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. L’hotel si trova a 4 minuti di taxi dal molo dei traghetti, é un ottimo punto di appoggio per andare e tornare dalle isole perenthians

La posizione in sé un po isolata, attorno all’hotel non c’è nulla, potrebbe essere una buona idea per l’hotel offrire escursioni e/o traghetto di trasferimento verso le isole agli ospiti

Hotel molt ben cuidat. Habitació molt gran i molt ben equipada, llit extra gran i còmode. Televisió molt gran i moderna (smart tv). Esmorzar amb molta varietat i personal molt amable. Bona opció si vols anar a les illes Perhentian, hotel a 15 minuts caminant del port.

Étrange. Pas de bar, de salon pour de poser, pas de panneaux de renseignements pour prendre les bateaux et les îles. Sorte d'hôtel de transit pour les clients du marriott cher sur l'île. On va au restaurant ( bon par ailleurs) par une sorte de porte de service. Il faut marcher environ 20 minutes mais pas un problème, le grab sinon ne coûte presque rien.

De voorkeursbehandeling voor klanten van het Perhentian Marriot Resort. Boeken van overtocht niet mogelijk als je niet het resort gaat bezoeken. De omgeving is verder niet veel aan.

Que no se venda alcohol en el restaurante del hotel, por muy pais musulmán que sea, Marriot es una cadena internacional.

Hotelseitig war fast alles perfekt. Die Zimmer waren traumhaft, das Personal absolut engagiert und hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer haben sehr dünne Wände und jede Bewegung konnte man hören. Wir hatten das Pech das neben uns sehr laute Gäste waren, die ständig die Türen öffnen und schließen mussten. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

En general el hotel está bien. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero muy muy limpias. El personal muy atento, amable y el desayuno también estaba bien. Le doy un 7 en la valoración porque las fotos que exponen del hotel, cuando vas, no se corresponde para nada con las fotos que hay.

Not suitable for toddler. Tv is easily reachable by toddler. toddler can easily climb the table. No lock on the toilet door. The room hotel do not face the muara, it face the carpark.

Excellent stay at Fairfield by Marriott Kuala Besut. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was pleasant, with excellent bedding, making it the perfect place to rest before or after a trip to the Perhentian Islands. The staff was exceptional, with a special mention for Bani at the reception. He was much more than just a receptionist: he personally helped us organize our activities in the Perhentian Islands and took care of all the logistics with great attention and kindness. He was always concerned about our comfort and was available to provide advice and assistance. I leave this hotel with wonderful memories and, most importantly, with a new friend. The breakfast was good, the location is very convenient for reaching the boat to the Perhentian Islands, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and pleasant. A great place to stay in Kuala Besut that I highly recommend.

I could not recommend this hotel enough if you are wanting to go to the Perhentian islands. The rooms are great, food is delicious and location is about a 10 minute walk from the jetty (there is a free jetty on site for those travelling to the island Marriott). The absolute highlight though is the lovely staff, especially Bani who is the absolute best! So friendly, so helpful and made sure we had everything arranged every day for the perfect trips to the island. 10/10 recommend this place and I hope everyone is lucky enough to meet Bani!!!!!
