The entire area was clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it an excellent place for anyone looking to relax and unwind in a quiet environment. I highly recommend it for those seeking a comfortable and stress-free stay.
One suggestion for improvement would be to install a clear sign near the doorbell area. Since the property does not have a guardhouse, first-time guests may have difficulty locating the doorbell when the gates are closed upon arrival. A visible sign would make the check-in process smoother and help guests easily identify where to ring or seek assistance. Additionally, providing basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and/or toothbrush kits would further enhance the guest experience by adding convenience, especially for travelers who may have forgotten to bring their own essentials.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026The facilities are good it's quite the staff are very friendly mark is also easy to ask if you need help ate jingjing and Dean was very nice the house is clean everything you need is there. It' was a great experience.
It's just far from my location and the road is not good to reach the place and the bad experience is we don't have water in the middle of the night until the morning so we can't use the bathroom.

Towels are provided only once not allowed to ask for fresh one, good job we brought some otherwise it's a struggle to dry yourself when you go for swim twice or more a day. No one ask you if you need anything. Nothing to dry your feet after shower. And worst is aircon at top floor is not working! Reported it twice they fix it once and just few minutes broken again.

The electricity gets interrupted. The caretaker said it was controlled by the Barangay. There is no sink inside the Comfort room.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026The staff are helpful and friendly. Sir Mark, the manager, give us a pack of grapes as a welcome gift. I really appreciate it. The place is clean, trash bins in every corner. The whole villa is good, comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, clean kitchens too.
I wish they would their customers to use their kayak without extra pay. I would recommend also that the management/staff look for a better food supplier. The food wasnt that good and not much quantity.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025We were lucky to be the only group during our stay, so we had the whole place to ourselves! It was peaceful, private, and exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The five-bedroom mansion was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our big group of 17. The common areas were great for bonding, and every room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also didn’t have a hard time navigating the way to the property. Overall, we had such a wonderful time — perfect for families or large groups looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay - though it would be more convenient if breakfast were included in the package.

The sari sari stores and snorkel rental a short walk to the neighboring houses were very convenient. The freshly caught sea urchins that we ate right in the water sold to us by local fishermen. Amazing experience here overall. Would come again.
The shower pressure in the upstairs bathroom was a bit weak.

Perfectly located right by the ocean, we woke up to the sound of waves and breathtaking views every day. A special thanks to Jingjing, Denard, and Dina for their warm care and attentiveness throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and ensure everything was perfect for our big family. Truly a place filled with beauty, comfort, and heartfelt service. Highly recommended and thank you for making our family vacation so memorable!
One of the bathrooms need some attention, but other than that, the staff really made a difference!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2025It was nice that the place was very near to the sea and has a pool as an option that we can enjoy too. We stayed there for 4 days. We arrived early before the allowed check in time 2pm since we came far, and thought that we would allowed to check in before 2 pm but the caretaker told us that they could allow us but we have to pay extra for the early check in so we decided to drive out again and hanged around in the mall. First night turned out not good, my husband and i did not sleep well bcoz of the insects flying around in our room, (niknik) a lot on the wall and ants on the wall too. So the next day i talked to the caretaker about the problem and they sprayed on our room so after that luckily there was no more insect in our room. I even asked them to spray in the kitchen coz i saw some cockroaches hanging around in the night. We stayed in a 2 bedroom for 4 people. The bedroom has aircon but the living area has no aircon at all,only fan.
What i dont like is the road going to the place because it was too narrow and two way so everyone has to give way to each other and its not easy for a big cars to drive in there. Its far from the central area. And the road is rough and narrow. And the insects that flying and crawling in the night. The place was not really cleaned at all.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2025I like the service of caretakers of the venue. They were very attentive to our needs. They gave us an extension for the use of the pool because we were a bit late on checking in. The house was nice and the facilities were good. The provided kitchen supplies utensils were also very useful as we didn't have to bring much.
In my room, there was a stuck used cotton bud on one of the bed frames.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2025The place is really quiet, clean and cozy. I love that the pool area and the beach area has a lot of seating/hang out areas. We were also able to put up a tent where our kids played. The 5 bedroom mansion is huge and comfortable for all of us. Big rooms. Clean beddings. I love that the kitchen has complete cooking utensils. You just have to bring the food that you need to cook. And towels are provided. The staff was exceptional. Very kind and easy to call. When we need something (like towels and footrugs) they give it to us right away.
The upstairs shower floor is a bit slippery, and the footrugs are not that absorbent... but that's easy to address.

The beach is not clean and the shore is full of rocks. The location is not accurate from the google maps. We got lost finding the properties. There is quiet hour from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am but the neighbor/other side of the beach still noisy after 10 pm.

It was hard to find. It took us a long time to find the location. Area is secluded. Beds were uncomfortable. 10 pm was supposed to be quiet time but guests were making loud noises in the pavilion until about 12 am. Our sleep was interrupted. There was no staff to complain to. I messaged host via email and messenger but I didn’t get reply.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2025The property is very exclusive. We got to enjoy the place by ourselves on our first day. The villas are separated, so even when there were other guests, the proximity is enough to still enjoy privacy. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The accomodation is clean and complete with amenities. The heated pool is perfect for a night swim and the private beachfront is all to yourself and is a nice spot to get some sun and have a nice dip to the sea. We enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing.

All good but there is some funny smell coming from the one of the bathroom drain downstairs. Another one is that they need a clear, visible sign that indicates the property location, even clear directions /signs along the road leading to the place. We lost looking for the place. Take aways these minor inconveniences, I’d rent this place again.

The 5-bedroom Mansion House we booked was exceptional, with only a minor inconvenience of empty soap dispensers, which was easily manageable. The resort provided a secure and private environment, enhancing our overall experience. However, be mindful of the strict management policies on the damage deposit and resort inventories; ensure proper care of items like towels, utensils, plates, and cups before checkout.
One aspect I find unfavorable is the refund policy when we cancelled the extra Two Bedroom House we booked earlier; it would be beneficial to permit guests to receive a full refund if they cancel earlier. Additionally, the swimming pool presents a potential safety concern with tiles on the steps resembling the pool flooring, and the absence of depth indicators in the corners. To enhance the overall appeal, consider adding a gazebo bar by the poolside to attract guests from various countries. The resort could also benefit from the inclusion of a hot tub and a basketball court. Given the coral beach setting, it's advisable for guests to wear beach sandals.
