The pool looked good

Don’t expect a separate bathroom - I was surprised that the sink is just by the bedroom door, so no privacy if I am going to go through my shaving routine, same for the last companion also. That’s why there are no photos of this on the website. Shower and toilet are seperate thought

Great views of the sea and Panglao. The amazing staff upgraded us to the Superior room which was fabulous.

The western breakfast could possibly be a bit bigger. We are vegetarians, so the omelette and toast with fruit were lovely but a bit minimal compared to the other breakfasts.

Property was in a great location for me. Two lovely pools. Coffee shop and restaurant. Breakfast was great, Pilipino or western . Great sea views, quiet area. Most staff friendly but Hanna went above and beyond, always a smile and help you with anything from maintenance to directions

Shower didn’t work (cold ) for my whole stay and smell of urine from the shower drain.

Friendly and helpful staff. My first room was not great, they upgraded me to a better room on the higher floors. Good view. Comfortable bed. Wifi was good.

Breakfast was disappointing, very small and limited options. The rooms on the lowest floor are very humid because of the pools.

少し栄えてる部分とは離れるから、静かに過ごせる！近くの海はマングローブでビーチは近くないけど、見える海はとても綺麗！ベッド広々、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 セブシティに住んでるので、ここでは鶏の鳴き声に起こされず済んで快適でした笑

私は嫌いではないけど、一部のプールサイド上の壁に2-30匹リザードがいて、苦手な人は苦手かなって思いました！ ドライヤーは部屋にはなかったけど、借りれるって部屋の紙に書いてありました！(私はドライヤー持っていったので使ってない)

Very nice place nearby all the attractions good breakfast staff are very polite.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and 24 hours too. They even made me a really early breakfast. The pool is really nice, with a nice view.

Just the flies and mosquitoes in my room, an electric bug zapper would be my only change to this hotel

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Grundsätzlich gepflegte und saubere Anlage.

Leider war das Warmwasser in der Dusche im Zimmer immer kalt, die Klimaanlage vom darüber liegenden Zimmer hat permanent unseren gesamten Balkon vollgetropft und überschwemmt, so dass dieser nicht nutzbar war. Man wurde an einem Tag vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt, dass der Großteil der Hotelanlage samt Pool für eine große Geburtstagsfeier gebucht wurde. Währenddessen waren Teile nicht nutzbar. Das Personal begann am Folgetag morgens um 6 Uhr mit Aufräumarbeiten, welche derart laut waren, dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war.

Two infinity pools, one which was near breakfast and the other just outside our room, with view of the blood compact shrine, ocean and Panglao island. We were given a twin single room and after I asked for a double, Hanna at reception went to great lengths to get us an upgrade. Then we also gained a view and direct pool access. Wonderful stafl in restaurant and cleaners also. Will bring your drinks right to the pool edge. Included breakfast a good serve to start the day. Huge room, very clean with massive comfortable bed. Decent sized bathroom with good water pressure. Fridge in room!

Not the fastest response to email questions. A lot of stairs and due to shape of the land it's fair that there is no lift.

We liked the space in the room. Beds were good and sheets were clean.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in Premium triple sharing room - didn't like the service of the hotel and the food. About service: We asked for fresh towels - they asked us to return the ones we are using first then only they will give more towels, which is bizzare because people do use multiple towels at a time. one for hair & one for body etc. Secondly - At one point during our stay, my husband was in the toilet and they stopped the water at together. There wasn't any water coming from any tap, flush or shower. When i called them, they said oh the repair is going on. They should tell this kind of information beforehand so people who are staying can plan their activities accordingly. This was the worst kind of situation when they asked us to wait for 10 minutes before the water flow can resume. My husband had to sit in the toilet for 10 minutes in questionable situation. Breakfast - I would give 3/10 to this breakfast - We wasted our money by paying for this accomodation with breakfast because it was the worst food ever. We only tried it first morning and didn't eat at all afterwards - had to find some other options outside. If you end up staying here, do not have food here. waste of money. The cafe next to it is nice though.

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön.

Raum ist nicht wirklich geputzt worden auf dem Boden waren vor allem noch Haare verteilt. Ebenfalls wird das Zimmer nicht täglich gemacht sondern nur auf Anfrage. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und variiert ist aber immer kalt..

Wenn meinen ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss bekommt,ist man gesegnet.Dieses Hotel punktet mit der Aussicht vom Balkon.Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen,was man bei der Ausstattung merkt.

Ich habe das Zimmer zwei mal gewechselt. I'm unteren Bereich waren die Zimmer nicht gut. Sehr strenger Geruch.

The hotel was multi-story, with 2 pools, a cafe that is accessible to the public, a restaurant/breakfast area downstairs and a mini gym (a few free weights, bike and elliptical). The rooms amenities were good for the price, just no warm water in the showers. Breakfast was either served as an inter-continental buffet with a few vegetarian options, or a menu to choose from. The staff were truly lovely. Just something to note depending on your preferred travel whilst you are there. Although the accommodation is 5 minutes from the start of Panglao Island, it is around 25 minutes to the other side. We were unable to get grabs whilst we were there, so only had the option of tricycles that quickly add up, or taxis. If you are planning on staying at the hotel or walking into Tagbilaran, this is a great option. However, if you want to do excursions or go to Panglao Island, it would be better to stay on the island itself. We found it better to organise our own driver for 8 hours (around 3230 peso) than go with the one offered by the reception (3600 peso for transport to and from Loboc River, roughly 30 minutes each way).

Neither are really a negative, just good to know ahead of time. Water in the showers was bordering on cold - lukewarm. The price for the airport shuttle was initially sent as being 800 for a car, but they informed us it was now 1000 when we asked at the reception.

Beautiful modern nice room with balcony and pool view as well as a nice view onto the ocean and Panglao island, excellent water pressure, comfortable cozy bed, great lighting in the room and bathroom, well working wifi, 2 pools and the restaurant serves excellent good food including a great breakfast, nothing to complain about

La localizacion, desde aqui es facil comenzar los distintos tour de la isla. La piscina es de agradecer cuando regresas por la tarde al hotel. La carta del restaurante para las cenas es mas variada que en otros hoteles de la zona.

El hotel necesita un lavado de cara ... pintura, revision de instalaciones en las habitaciones como puede ser el agua caliente, unos dias funcionaba y otros no.

Goed en behulpzaam personeel. Verblijf bevindt zich op een goede locatie en heeft alle benodigde voorzieningen.

We hadden helaas problemen met de afvoer waardoor de kamer bij terugkomst onder water stond. Het personeel hielp goed met schoonmaken. Helaas was dit niet genoeg en werden wij de volgende dag wakker van een de stank. Enige compensatie of oplossing was gewenst geweest.

Liked the swimming pool. Pizza and beer was perfect for sunset. Though is blocked by hills. Bedding was comfortable. Staff assisted as per requests.

Toilet wasn’t working but staff assisted to get working again. Needed bond deposit.

Nous avons galéré pour avoir de l'eau chaude dans la douche... Le système n'est pas pratique, il fallait limite être 2 pour se doucher : un qui maintient le système pendant que l'autre se douche. 😅

Easy to get to from the seaport by car, exceptional breakfast. Personnel ready to help, including transfers, massage and activities. Also great coffee and restaurant if you don’t want or have time to go into the busy places.

The property is clean and it needs up dating but it’s comfortable. The staff are all nice and polite.

Les draps pas très propres, le personnel peu accueillant (a l'inverse de tout ce qu'on a pu connaître dans le pays) , l'emplacement dans u. Quartier en entrée de ville, au bord d'une route très fréquentée loin de tout avec peu de restaurants/bars autour .

Établissement vieillissant qui manque un peu d’entretien. Salle de toilette avec douche, non fonctionnelle, car il faut se contorsionner pour en sortir. De plus le lavabo est dans la chambre même.

Our room on the main road was very loud and not very relaxing due to the outside noise, I think a room on the other side would have suited us better.

Small supermarket/store outside if need to buy cheap water and stuff. - Size of the ceiling in the rooms - Our family room had 4 big beds, Room 102. - Two Aircon defices. - Pool size , two pools. - Good food for fair/cheap price - Breakfast was awesome - Good hotel for tourists, not many people.

- No bathtube in Family room, we had infant with us. But it was okay, only 1 night stay. - The noise from the road was very noticable in room 102 but it was okay.

Deux belles piscines, petit déjeuner correct, grandeur de la chambre.

Fenêtre ne donnant pas directement à l’extérieur, ce qui assombrissait la pièce. De plus la nuit la lumière de la cours était bien visible de l’intérieur de la chambre. Pièce avec la douche et la toilette minimale: Avec la porte ouvrant vers l’intérieur il faut se contorsionner pour y entrer ou en sortir !
