Everything was perfect!! Very comfortable, and clean. Modern. Great location infront of the airport. The bed was heavenly. The host was lovely too! Highly recommend and we would love to stay again. They even gave us 2 big bottles of water, and some biscuits/butter, lovely little touches.Will recommend to friends and family!

Die Zufahrt war steil und schotterig! Aus den Leitungen : Waschbecken, Dusche, Toilette - kommt bräunliches Wasser. Das war sehr unangenehm !!!

Such a superb find! We needed to stay in the area and it is by far and clear the best option. Was even better when we arrived. The hosts were absolutely superb and went the extra mile. Would stay every time!

Wir waren deutlich zu früh an der Unterkunft, die Besitzerin, Ann Marie, hat ums sehr freundlich empfangen und uns auch die Benutzung des Zimmers ermöglicht. Normalerweise kann man den Schlüssel aus einem Schlüsseltresor mit Zahlencode bekommen. Die Zimmer befinden sich in einem alten Cottage das sehr liebevoll ausgebaut und technisch aufwendig ausgestattet ist. Ann Marie hat uns, zurecht nicht ohne Stolz, auch ein weiteres, grösseres, Zimmer gezeigt. Hier könnten bequem drei Personen übernachten. Alles ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Gastgeberin ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns gut mit ihr verständigen können. Diese Unterkunft können wir in jedem Fall vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Die Zufahrt ist eine Schotterpiste.

It’s just within walking distance of Knock airport and it’s got the old look cottage charm with a modern twist. It’s in a quiet rural setting with great views of the surrounding countryside on a good day

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement inkl. Airfryer. Es mangelte an nichts. Auch die Aussicht war sehr schön. Für uns war in erster Linie die Nähe zum Flughafen entscheidend, da wir einen frühen Rückflug hatten. Zu Fuß auf Schotterweg den Hügel hoch und schon war man da.

Property was lovely to stay in no hassle getting in at all. It’s close to the airport as well, only about a four minute walk which is incredibly handy! The inside was cleanly and modern!

This cottage was amazing, clean, the garden and scenery was fabulous,family friendly Great location. The little touches in the cottage made it. Ann Marie is an amazing host. Highly recomend

Lage unmittelbar an NOC Airport ist ideal für Frühflug und war ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung (bereits zum 2. Mal und gern auch wieder). Kommunikation seitens der Vermieterin per E-Mail bzgl. Schlüssel-Schließfach ist gut und zuverlässig, Self-Check-in / out jederzeit unkompliziert möglich. Zimmer ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und geräumig, Bett ist bequem.

Der Duschbereich im Badezimmer könnte aufgefrischt werden. Mit 150 EUR / Nacht ohne Frühstück liegt die Unterkunft in meinem Vergleich zu den vielen anderen B&B´s unserer Rundreise am oberen Preislimit.

An excellent apartment, very clean and tidy. Everything was available: shower, fridge, tv, microwave, wifi and everything was working too. I highly recommend this place.

I booked this for my nephew who does not drive as it is a reasonable (if a bit of a climb!!) walk to the airport, Was perfect to get the head down before catching a flight back to work. Located in a peaceful setting it is tastefully finished, spotlessly clean and nothing has been forgotten.

Coming from just north of London there was nothing not to like as he tells me he just loved the peace and quiet he experienced in the area.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Studio. Die Raumaufteilung ist gut durchdacht, wodurch das Studio geräumig wirkt. Alle notwendigen Sachen sind vorhanden und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig (uns ist kein Fluglärm aufgefallen). Als wir da waren, wurden die Wasserleitungen erneuert, jedoch wurde uns ausreichend Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden.

Die Eingangstür befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Bett und hat ein kleines Fenster, welches nicht abgedeckt/verdunkelt werden kann.

Very near the airport ideal for early mid morning flights. Very well equipped, with everything you needed to make a morning tea/ coffee to glasses for beer , wine or spirits. Extra Large comfy bed, nice touch with the towels , toilet paper and tissues presented in a lovely way when you walk in.

Although we were sent a warning from the vendor not to put in the Eircode till we arrived near Knock airport we came in from Charlestown and the sat nav did send us through the back roads to the rear of the property to a padlocked gate, we worked out to continue and loop round. The steep drive in is ok with a car ect but you would not want to walk up with luggage or have mobility issues, the only niggly things to say about a wonderful operation and would recommend to anyone that needed a beautiful room and site for a stay.

Fabulous accommodation. Great location very near Ireland West International Airport Knock. Very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed. Host Ann Marie gave excellent details about location and check in. We will certainly stay here again.

Great location with superb hosting. Good for easy transportation to airport in the morning which was given complimentary which was nice. Bad points-noisy cuckoo at 0400 followed by noisy pheasant at 0500!!!! Please speak with birds! Door window needs a blind👍🏻

Everything was sparkling and apparently brand-new. There were lots of little touches like biscuits, tea and coffee and milk which were not required but which were very welcome. The location was idyllic and far exceeded our expectations.

Maybe the cups could have been a bit bigger 😆

Tiernan's Luxury Accommodation was fantastic, it was comfortable, clean , quite, everything was lovely, host Ann marie couldn't of done any more to make our trip special. After a day in knock to come to our room to selection of coffee, tea and biscuits was lively what else can I say we will be back best accommodation we have been too in ages. We would 100% recommend to our family and friends.

We stayed in the 2 bed cottage. It was a lovely property with all that you need but in an old fashioned style. It was a lovely mix of modern and stepping back in time.

Everything was good expect the flies

There were so many flies inside the house. We couldn't evev open the food vessels. And there was a decomposed bread in the kitchen.

Such as a lovely place in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The cottage was cozy, clean, quiet and close to the airport. Ann Marie is a very kind and helpful person. It was a pleasure to meet her and stay in one of her pretty little cottages. I can highly recommend staying here

Excellent location for an early morning flight from knock airport. Beautiful room with lovely touches, very modern, cosy and comfortable. Excellent communication from host both on arrival and check out. Key collection from lockbox couldn't be easier. Would definitely book again.

The place was so clean and perfect for a New years eve gathering

Stayed with a group of 10 friends to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The cottages were gorgeous and there was so much space for a group. It was very warm and cosy and the heat was on when we arrived. Beautiful decorated and it was located in a lovely quiet area a short drive (6-7 mins) from Charlestown where we were able to pick up a takeaway. The owners had left tea waters milk etc and the bathrooms were full with shampoos soap etc. The check in was easy and the owners were very helpful and easy to contact.

Its modern but still felt like a cottage, everything was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy, it was lovely and warm, great location, every detail is thought out so we had absolutely everything we needed and more. The host was brilliant, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely mix of traditional cottage with modern comforts & style. Warm & cosy with great views of the countryside. Great communication from the host & very friendly when we bumped into her.

The water system is a little noisy. We were woken by the neighbouring occupants toilet system refilling & extractor fan early morning as their bathroom was against our bedroom.

We stayed just for one night but didn’t want to leave! It has to be the nicest place to stay. A mix of an old Irish cottage with a modern twist. Everything you could need and more. Spotlessly clean and all extra little touches to make your stay. Will definitely come back and stay longer next time.

My family and I stayed at the Green cottage. It was such a fantastic stay and wished it could have been longer. The cottage itself is idyllic and charming with the interior design very well thought of. It is very clean, warm and comfortable. The view is amazing too, and if you're lucky, you'd get to see a few cows grazing in the early morning just a few meters away from the property. The backgarden is huge where little tots could play and run. The host, Ann Marie, is very welcoming and kind. She made sure to send detailed instructions from finding the place to getting in. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we would definitely be back. We're back in Dublin now but we've already recommended this place to our family and friends.

Very quiet area,accommodation was very clean & comfortable, plenty of tea & coffee & biscuits,will stay again in the future.

The uniqueness of the cottage was amazing. So clean & all the facilities required within the cottage, WiFi, TVs with plenty of channels to view, old world meets new within the beautiful cottage. The beds were very comfortable and my girls slept well in the kitchen alcove bed, which they found so charming!

Finding the entrance in the dark was tricky, but following the directions got us there.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. We booked a room for two for one night because we had to catch a flight early in the morning. It only takes 15 minutes to go to Knock airport which is nice if you don’t travel by car. It was also very quiet at night and the room was more equipped than expected. The host was very helpful and always available for questions. I definitely recommend this accommodation and look forward to the next visit.

Best hotel near the Knock Airport

A short one night in the King Suite as a single traveller and I have to say Ann Marie was an excellent host, from booking to instructions to accessing the suite was very straightforward - the comfort was send to none, the facilities were great and all the hot water you'd need in an amazing shower - definitely be booking again, great location for late arrival or early departure from Knock airport also

We kregen van tevoren een duidelijke instructie in de mail hoe we de locatie en de sleutel konden vinden. De studio zag eruit als een goed verzorgde hotelkamer: er was aan alles gedacht. Wegens werkzaamheden aan de waterleiding konden we het kraanwater niet drinken, maar er was meer dan voldoende drinkwater door de eigenaren klaargezet. Het complex staat in een mooie omgeving en recht tegenover de luchthaven.

Het was onze duurste overnachting tijdens 3 weken (Noord-)Ierland. Dat wisten we van tevoren, maar de prijs is toch wat uit verhouding. Daarom alleen de nacht direct voorafgaand aan de vlucht hier geboekt. Daarnaast zijn de terrasstoeltjes vrij roestig en aan vervanging toe.

Un petit paradis !!! Le lit dans l’alcove est cependant un peu juste pour deux adultes.

We had a lovely family stay here in this idyllic location. The cottage was spotless and it had everything we needed. The location is perfect for exploring both Mayo and Sligo. We had the pleasure of meeting the host Ann Marie during our stay and she made us feel very welcome.

Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen ihrer Lage unmittelbar am Flughafen gewählt, da wir morgens früh abgereist sind - für diesen Zweck ideal. Ansonsten liegt sie fern ab jeglicher "Zivilisation". Fluglärm ist nicht vorhanden.
