Magical place. Unique experience! Spotless clean, everything is new, amazing views, the sauna is spectacular, real Norwegian experience, beautiful interior and exterior of the house and the sauna. Fantastic and accommodating owners. One of the best places O have visited in my life!

Everything! The location, the cabin itself, the hospitality, the sauna, the view! Absolutely wonderful experience, set the bar high for our entire trip. Accommodation was lovely and cozy, sauna was pristine and the view was surreal! Not to mention how close it was to surfing 🤙🏽, fantastic experience and already planning our rebooking..!

We had a fantastic view from the window at the sea. We used the romantic sauna and did the scenic hiking to Eggum. The apartment is wonderful and cosy. Everything was very comfortable, especially the bed. We have been to the sheep farm and the viking museum nearby. We did not want to leave. It was fantastic.

Tout est exceptionnel: la localisation, la vue depuis le salon, la décoration, les équipements ainsi que la gentillesse de Line. Le véritable sauna norvégien est la cerise sur le gâteau après avoir profité d’une session surf. Ce logement restera notre cocon favori de notre séjour aux Lofoten.

Superbe maison avec une vue sans pareil. Très bien aménagée. Hôte charmante et très réactive.

Locatie superba, aproape de plaja. Casa pare dintr-o poveste. Toata lumea se oprea pe strada si facea poze casei. Atentia la detalii este maxima. De la gazonul din curte pana la obiectele din casa amenajate cu mult bun gust si stil. Am gasit tot ceea ce aveam nevoie in casa, ulei, condimente, cafea, etc. Pentru un plus de confort, va puteti bucura si de sauna proprie. Comunicarea a fost simpla si eficienta, am primit toate informatiile necesara printr-un mesaj in ziua sosirii. Recoamnd cu drag aceasta cazare

Everything- beautiful location, really cosy comfortable and well equipped cabin, lots of little details thought of like plenty of coffee pods, cooking essentials etc. Really clean and well maintained. Probably nicest self catering place we've ever stayed.

Adorable cabane avec emplacement incroyable pour les amateurs de solitude et nature. L’intérieur est très douillet, très propre, bien équipé. Il y avait le minimum pour faire la cuisine, café, thés, il est nécessaire de faire ses courses avant d’arriver, mais les propriétaires nous avaient donné toutes les consignes. On a adoré !

Cette cabane est un vrai paradis, absolument incroyable. Tout est parfait. Confortable et raffinée, cette cabane au bout du monde est une merveille. À l'image de ses propriétaires toujours disponibles.

Wonderful place. The view is amazing. Saw some beautiful northern light. The cabin is just so clean and cozy. Heating works well, everything well equipped. Beautiful plates. Highly recommended.

Eline and her husband met us at the surf shop, sorted out our gear rental and checked us into the cabin. They are both so lovely.

Literally nothing. This is the best place to stay in Unstad, no question.

Getting to this property felt like stepping into another world, you have to drive through tunnels and bridges to get to this cozy cabin situated between mountains and a beach. The sauna was really nice and easy to operate, definitely a main hi light of this property. The cabin was very clean and you could tell the owners paid attention to every detail from the decorations to the feeling they create. There is also all the cooking supplies you need and a good kitchen! It was the best experience my friends and I could have asked for while staying in Lofoten. The drive was not too bad even if it is off a main road and the location is close to some main cities while still feeling remote. Overall amazing experience.

There could have been more body wash and shampoo in the bathroom as only very small bottles were provided for three people.

Cozy and well-managed cabin, good price for value, very comfortable bed

The cozy cottage is very suitable for couples to vacation together. We had a wonderful time here. The facilities and utensils are very complete, with basic seasonings and tea and coffee available. I will choose to stay here again next time.

The cabin is located on the coast, so the sea breeze is very strong, but sleeping with noise-canceling headphones is not a problem at all

A perfect getaway! We loved our stay here. The cabin is clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and in a perfect location for beach walks, nearby hikes, and of course cinnamon rolls. Great sauna! Hosts were kind and responsive. We came here on the recommendation of friends and will absolutely be recommending to others. A little slice of paradise!

Tout était parfait, dans un cadre idyllique même les jours de pluie ! Le sauna traditionnel est un petit plus agréable.

We spent a few days in this wonderful place. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and Unstad is absolutely breathtaking. The hosts are incredibly kind, attentive, and always available. Our only regret is not having stayed longer, but one thing is certain: I will be coming back!

Niesamowita dbałość o szczegóły- dużo ręczników, herbat, przypraw, przyborów kuchennych, kawy, itp. Wspaniała sauna, o której nagrzanie należy zadbać samemu (ale to też przyjemność :😀). Miejsce ciche i bardzo klimatyczne. Dobrze się w nim śpi i odpoczywa

Mehr als 10 Punkte – hier stimmt einfach alles!“ Das Haus in Unstad ist bis ins kleinste Detail mit Herz eingerichtet – warm, gemütlich und durchdacht. Alles ist blitzsauber, perfekt in Schuss und es fehlt wirklich an nichts: von Schuhtrockner bis zur kleinen, feinen Sauna. Man sieht das Meer aus dem Fenster, ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand und fühlt sich trotzdem wie in einer privaten Wohlfühloase. Selten so ungern wieder abgereist!

Very nice hut, with an authentic sauna!

Smelly towels, on the photos it looks like it is the last house of the village, which is not the case. It is not as private as it is made to look. The sauna takes more than 2 hours to heat to around 70 degrees

Such an exceptional property we were blown away! The sauna is the cutest. We’ve stayed in a ton of airbnbs and vacation rentals and this was definitely one of the most well equipped places we’ve stayed.

The cabin was very cosy and well equipped. The sauna was an amazing experience. The location is also very nice with just few houses around. It was very calm and relaxing.

Love that it’s set in a peaceful, remote area with few to no tourists. The property is cozy, well-equipped, and we had a great time experiencing the real traditional sauna.

The area is super windy, and the cabin may creak or make noises at night, which could potentially disturb your sleep.

We loved everything about the cabin - the location is amazing, the staff were so helpful & friendly & the traditional sauna was awesome. The cabin feels like it belongs - it’s authentic, but isn’t missing any of the comforts we all enjoy!

A beautiful cosy cabin nestled in stunning peaceful surroundings. The cabin had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, I can highly recommend.

It is such a cosy place. The house has a great atmosphere. You can look out at the bay while sitting at the dining table. The kitchen is well equiped. There is a wood fired sauna in a garden house, where you can listen to wind and waves at the same time.

A little roof over the entrance would be nice on a rainy day!

The shower could be more clean. It was a little bit cold when we arrived but solved with turning on the heating a bit more

This cabin has one of the most beautiful settings we’ve ever seen. And although it’s on the quiet side of the island, it is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants as well as beach and hikes - the best of both worlds.

Lovely location, had everything needed for a great, comfortable stay. Added extras were very welcome. Very clean and helpful, friendly owners.

Great for two, second bedroom is in the roof space - up a ladder and no curtaining at all for the 24 hour light.

Location is excellent with views over a surfing beach. The property is full of charm and character with its living roof and a great sauna. The property was clean and well presented with everything you need to self cater.

This cabin is a gem. Well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated for surfing. Line and Kristian are lovely hosts and also own a legit surf shop just a few doors down. Kristian is an experienced shaper who fixed up my damaged board - and also makes some really nice-looking ones available for purchase. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Internet access in the cabin would make it easier to stay for a longer time. Cell phone reception was very good, though.

The house is situated a couple of meters from a beautiful beach. It was very clean and cosy. It is fully equipped to do decent cooking! A perfect size for 2 people to feel free and comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and saw awesome polar lights from the beach. Great hiking options directly from the house. And the woodfire sauna was lovely. It took me 5 minutes to get the fire going and it was hot in one hour. We sweated our a**es off everday coming home tired and cold from hiking. Pure luxury. They even had a shoedryer! If there was internet the place would be ranked 12+!

The property is situated towards the end of a dead-end road, which is very nice and with a wonderful view of the bay and the sun-set. The house is small but very comfortable and with more than enough room for 4 people. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom quite new and good (the property as a whole seems to have been refurbished lovingly quite recently) and the house comes with many small thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable, including the two beds upstairs. The beach is a short walk away. The property comes with a traditional sauna (as well as an outdoor shower at the back of the house) which the hosts instructed us on how to use and we indeed made very good use of.

Everything Amazing!!

Hosts ensured I had everything needed. Great view of sun lighting mountains in morning. Easy access to surfing beach or hiking trail. Never tired of taking new/different photo. Authentic sauna was easy to use and very addictive. Road from E10 was an adventure through two mountain tunnels and multiple scenic stops for more pics.

Icy roads/trails and light pollution surprised me. Lack of internet access at cabin yet available at surf center within walking distance.

Everything! All the things in cabin had planned for awesome surfing trip. The private sauna was excellent!

Line's house is a cosy and beautiful house. The situation between ocean and mountain is just amazing. In addition Line is a nice and welcoming guest. I'd rather prevent to rate this place to keep him to myself.
