Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Traumhafte Lage, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Besitzer, unmittelbare Nähe zum Surfen und in die Berge. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, hat viel Platz mit grosszügigem Wohnzimmer. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Un endroit simple et accueillant, idéalement situé face à la mer et au sentier qui mène à Eggum. La salle commune est très belle et confortable, la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Nous avions la chambre double, un très grand lit avec un bon matelas. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Paikka on täysin surffausta varten, ja vaikka en aluksi aikonut tehdä muuta kuin yöpyä siellä, hostellin muut asiakkaat olivat niin mukavia, että päädyin osallistumaan surffauskurssille, mikä oli paras päätös!
Kiireisimpänä aikana paikan kuuma vesi saattaa loppua, mikä on ikävää suihkua ottaessa

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Être au bout du bout, avec une belle plage et de belles lumières en soirée. Deux randonnées sont disponibles aux alentours. Le personnel est agréable. L'auberge est confortable avec salon, et cuisine à part. Tous à disposition. Prévoir à manger car pas de magasin autour. Mais propose des supers repas lyophilisés à l'accueil du surf shop. Idéal si vous voulez tester le surf.

Purtroppo ci siamo fatti la doccia fredda non so per quale motivo non c'era acqua calda, il bagno in generale è vecchio e poco curato.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Miejscowość fajna, blisko plaży i otoczona górami. Na dole klimatyczny sklep i miejsce dla surferów. Zarezerwowałam pokój dwuosobowy - pokój był skromny, ale łóżka były wygodne. Pokój miał ładny widok na góry. Część wspólna, czyli kuchnia i salon były w porządku.
Łazienka czyli wspólna przestrzeń, wymaga remontu. To zaważyło na ocenie obiektu, zwłaszcza że stosunek ceny do jakości nie bardzo mi się niestety zgodził. To była jedna z droższych rezerwacji, która na tle innych wyszła niestety słabo.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Super nettes Personal, sie haben unser Zimmer sogar extra etwas früher für uns fertig gemacht. Sehr gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und Wohnzimmer. Bequeme Betten. Direkt am Strand.
Das Bad ist schon etwas älter, aber alles funktionstüchtig und sauber.

Toutes les chambres n'étaient pas occupées. Sinon les espaces partagés auraient été contraignants.

We liked everything, some people will not like that it’s super busy being over the surf shop but we loved that part.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Jedenfalls für das Einzelzimmer stimmt das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis leider so gar nicht. Ein Bad ist meines Erachtens auch wenig, zumal die Toilette nicht separat ist. Das Bett im Einzelzimmer grenzt direkt an der Wand zur Toilette im Bad, so dass man jeden Toilettengang live miterleben darf. Die Küchenausstattung war eher dürftig.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The hostel was perfect. Simple but clean and comfortable accommodations. There isn't much in Unstad so if you want to cook at the hostel which has a fully equipped kitchen, the closest grocery store (SPAR-Borg) is about 15 minutes away. I'd recommend stopping there on your way into Unstad. The owners are around and easily accessible. If they're not then the staff of the surf shop downstairs are super helpful too. It is easy walking distance to the beach and surf break. Surf has everything you need for chilly arctic surf!

Reviewed May 9, 2026Vybavení kuchyně je perfektní. Víc než jsem očekával. Dá se tam plnohodnotně navařit. Nechybí ani varná konvice, toastovač, překapávaná káva.. Lokalita je skvělá, blízko k pláži. Parkování hned před domem, terasa, surfařský vibe.
Na pokojích by mohly být lepší zatemňovací závěsy. Přece jen, když je polární den, bylo by to lepší. Momentální nejsou dostatečné.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Small and cute hostel in Unstad. Unfortunately when I was there I had the place all to myself, so couldn’t meet other people, but the rooms and kitchen and bathroom were great! Definitely would come back :) Ps: bring your own food, there is no supermarket or restaurant near by

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Arrivée flexible, gentillesse des hôtes. Très bon hostel avec tout le nécessaire pour vivre (ustensiles de cuisine, séjour avec télévision, couvertures...). Le lieu est parfait : proximité avec la mer donc pratique pour surfer. Les vagues sont même visibles depuis la fenêtre. L'hostel est d'un style utilitaire, on y manque de rien.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Certaines pièces sont un peu ancienne mais l’etablissement très bien entretenu donc cela à parfaitement correspondu à nos attentes. La chambre double est comfortable, la cuisine est bien dotée, les jeux dans le salon et la déco rendent la pièce agréable...nous nous sommes sentis à la maison ! L'hôte nous a aussi très très bien reçus et l'établissement est très bien situé. En somme, c’est simple mais très efficace !
Rien ! Juste triste de ne pas avoir eu de chance avec la météo !

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Lokalizacja jest wspaniala! Pokój dwuosobowy jest prosto urządzony, ale jest bardzo czysto, łóżka są wygodne. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona, jest też salonik z wygodnymi fotelami. No i przy pogodzie można upolować zorzę.
