It was an affordable stay, in a spotless, spacious and very comfortable room just a short block from the heart of Calle Ocho.

A little too sparing with the amenities. Cups in the bathroom would have been nice.

This district has the soul of Miami. Perfekt Location between Miami beach and airport station, with free Trolley and regular bus services just around the corner. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff is very attentive. I 100% recommend this hotel, and hope to be back soon.

Amazing! The room was great, with plenty of space for a couple. The staff at reception were extremely nice and accommodating. They have an area outside that was super cozy. No complaints!

Right in the heart of Little Havana. Front counter staff was excellent. Extremely responsive via text/WhatsApp and very friendly.

No parking. Parking lot beside Hotel was very expensive and sketchy, free street parking a couple of blocks away was in a terrible neighborhood.

The location, it is loaded with a lot of local art, and a very laid back atmosphere.

I was locked out of my room for more than 2 hours. Faulty key pad. Called and received no help. Finally I contacted by chance someone with the company and it took 10-15 minutes to resolve. Also the room walls are not thick. Noise can be a problem. The lobby needs to be lighter. Very dingy!

Great location in the heart of Havana, just a one-minute walk from a busy street with lots of restaurants, shops, and bars. The rooms are cozy, and the hotel has a lot of history and charm. A great place to stay.

My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. Make sure to request housekeeping if you need it, as this isn’t a traditional hotel.

The location is in the heart of Little Havana. You can literally walk to everything. The front desk employee was very helpful and friendly. I had to extend my stay and it was readily taken care of.

Very convenient, comfortable and clean spot in fantastic location right in the middle of Little Havana. Great communication via WhatsApp. I would 100% stay here again.

Hot coffee not yet ready in the lobby when I got up early at 6:30-ish and only a taciturn night security guy was around, but very quickly remedied by a helpful member of staff when she came on-shift while I was still trying to figure out where the supplies were to get a pot brewing myself.

Ubicado a metros de la famosa y muy pintoresca Calle 8 de Little Havanna, el hotel tiene un "espíritu" de Hostel. Las habitaciones y baños son simples pero cómodas. Hay personal entre las 11 y 16 y todos los accesos se manejan a través de claves para entrar a los distintos espacios del alojamiento. Quiero destacar a Lía por su EXCELENTE atención y trato. Entre sus ventajas, a 100/200 metros, sobre la calle 8, hay una parada del Bus Turístico como para poder recorrer la ciudad.

Nada en particular. Tal vez es algo anticuado, pero así es como mantiene la esencia del lugar en el que se encuentra (Little Havanna)

Perfect location, easy to navigate, friendly staff. This was my second time here & I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Miami. Lia at the front desk is an absolute delight.

My stay at the Tower Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The building and room is full of history and it manages to capture that while also having stylish design and modern luxuries. Lia at the front desk was a superstar. It would be difficult to name anyone I have ever met who does her job so passionately and attentively, and she made staying there a pleasure. She was unbelievably helpful in all regards and I cannot thank her enough. The rooms were amazing and clean, and the hotel is right next to the main street of Little Havana with all the restaurants and attractions. I will most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in the area, and hope to stay there again myself.

Great location, just a block away from the main Little Havana strip. Facility is extremely clean, very comfortable and well managed. having stayed in a few other places closer to little Havana this is by far the best and super value for money. the information and step by step details provided was excellent. The manager of the property did touch base a few times to see if everything was ok .. which was a nice touch. Good location close to the airport, malls and also toward downtown... good location.

No Complaints. If I were to put something down - having tea and coffee making in the room if at all. There was some coffee in the lobby but it was not a big deal. Probably a SAFE but again not imperative.

Me gustó la atención de la recepcion, aunque my concepto de hotel es personal en recepción a toda hora para entregar información y solucionar problemas de los pasajeros, no hay citofonos en las habitaciones para llamar ante cualquier emergencia, no volvería a reservar un hotel q funciona sin personal..

La falta de personal para atender urgencias de los pasajeros y citofonos en las habitaciones para auxiliar en caso de necesitar algo en la habitación.

No tenía nevera, la solicitamos ya que teníamos medicamentos que necesitan refrigeración y no fue posible, tres días sin jabón, no hay unas instrucciones para la estadia

Power supply not stable. Twice power failure in my 3 nights stay. Noises from upstair bedroom, moving furniture and talking. Woke up by them around 1-3am everyday.

Good value for money. Even though very near the main street in Little Havana (Calle Ocho) quiet facilities. Staff was very friendly.

The room smell or the cleaning products smell was very strong upon arrival. Aired the room for a day for it to calm down. Bathroom door didn't close. Garden gate had a code lock but door also opened without code.

Everything! Great location, the building itself was super cool and artistic and the staff was so so sweet!!! Especially Lia!

The only thing was the late check-in, because I was arriving after a long day of travel. However, all I had to do was ask if the room was ready earlier and they checked for me. They were super responsive and kind.

Le traitement avec le client nous étions 2 couples comme l autre couplé avec nous a l arrivée j ai ete obligé prendre un forfait pour avoir les codes accès a l hotel .pour ce désagrément mon couplé d amis a eu un dégrèvement de 100 euros.moi j attends toujours

The room was clean and had everything I needed. Location is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price.

Isn’t really soundproof. I could hear everything in the hallway including the elevator. This didn’t bother me that much though.

The property was conveniently located right in the heart of Little Havana one block off of Calle Ocho

Parking is very difficult in the neighborhood. Plenty of on street parking blocks away from the hotel. Parking on eighth Street is all three hour maximum.

Das Personal war wirklich fantastisch und hat sich um alle Anliegen sofort gekümmert und war 24/7 erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad waren super sauber. Die Lage ist auch Top, gleich ums Eck von der Calle Ocho. Mit dem Metro Trolley bist du in 10 min downtown. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

El lugar es extremadamente limpio. El personal de recepción muy amable y atento a las necesidades del cliente. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en ese alojamiento y, de regresar a Miami, lo volvería a hacer.

THLH is in the heart of Little Havana. Easy and walkable. We had a car and safe on street over night parking was a breeze using the app guest services recommended. The new Bay of Pigs museum is worth a visit. The hotel is sparsely employed, but there is a representative at the front desk 9-4 daily. Touch base with her early in your stay and she'll guide you faithfyully! Additionally, the hotel doubles as a art gallery! Throughout the halls there are interesting pieces to view. There is also an attached gallery adjacent to the hotel that is a MUST to see.

No dislikes, but it should be known that the hotel is much like a hostel. No daily cleaning (not a problem for us) but could be arranged for a fee. Collect additional towels, TP, etc as needed downstairs. A lovely "lobby" though unattended if you arrive late in the evening. All features that can make your stay a bit "free-range". Ease your concern by asking questions early on and enjoy the experience.

The location is excellent in Little Havana and 2 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. The property itself is very historic and has a boutique hotel vibe with lots of character. The rooms are not serviced but fresh towels, basic toiletries and hot coffee are available from the downstairs reception. The price / value ratio is very much on point. Staff were happy to store my baggage and allow use of facilities on the day of check out.

There were a couple of conflicting messages received from the property regarding room number but this was quickly addressed before check in

Es mas un Hostal que un Hotel, no hay servicio de limpieza ni ningún tipo de servicio. En las fotos se ve mas lindo de lo que es, en realidad esta viejo y sucio, especialmente la zona social. Los cuartos están limpios.

Las fotos del alojamiento no coinciden con el lugar real, la vista que se mostraba era algo totalmente diferente

La ubicación. Muy buena ubicación y buen precio a comparación de los lugares cercanos. La habitación estaba en muy buenas condiciones así como las instalaciones de todo el lugar.

La manta estaba en malas condiciones, aunque calentaba bien, estaba bastante abultada.

zu verbessern: kein Kühlschrank, Minibar oder Eiswürfel für Gäste, intensiver stechender Geruch im Zimmer nach Desinfektionsmittel oder Reinigungsmittel Verursachte Kopfschmerzen, da man auch nicht lüften kann- sicher kann man andere Reinigungsmittel finden!

Great location, and arrived late am and security man took our luggage for us. All of the staff was so friendly and helped us plan our day and even seen us off upon our checkout. Very secure and a very cute baby court to relax in.

Great price for this standard. Clean bathroom, comfortable bed and enough space. It was nice to start a day with coffee on Calle Ocho (2 minutes by walk) and then head to the center with free MIAHAVA bus.

Internet sometimes becomes slow. You can hear well what is happening in the corridor (a minor inconvenience - just other guests passing from time to time).

La hall e' straordinaria Arte design bravi bravi. I clienti tutti sono belle persone. La pulizia e' perfetta, le lenzuola stirate, non e' facile trovarle in un hotel cosi' a buon mecato.

bagno secondo piano senza areatore ne' finestra per aprirla. Sempre secondo piano camere non ristrutturate, pavimenti cigolanti etc.

Es muy tranquilo

We liked the artistic touches added to the historical hotel. The staff was extremely helpful to make our stay extra special. There were so many extras to see at the very unique hotel. There was a fantastic garden with huge art pieces to visually enjoy. Plus there was an artistic community on the other side of the hotel. The lobby was divided into two sections. One had big comfortable couches to sit back and read several of the artbooks on display. The other section had an antique bar equipped with tea & coffee. Plus chairs & small tables, comfortable to set up personal laptops. There was always something new to view in this large 3 story hotel.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We knew the hotel had lots of character being built in the early 1920's. We enjoyed learning about the history & old jazz celebrities that stayed in this old hotel.

The smell of the hotel is not comfortable. And the security, there is not lock in the principal neither secondary doors.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, es central y con fácil acceso a transporte. Es muy cerca a la calle 8, por tanto es fácil encontrar restaurantes, bares, supermercados y lavandería. Las instalaciones son limpias y la decoración muy linda. Agradables zonas comunes. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. Cuenta con ascensor y con bebederos de agua disponibles. Hay café en primer piso y microondas compartido.

La luz de pasillo en la noche ingresa a la habitación y no hay opción de apagarla o bloquear el paso de luz. No cuenta con nevera en la habitación (cuenta con nevera compartida en el primer piso).
