Todo excelente, tal vez por la gran cantidad de huéspedes el tiempo de espera en los elevadores era algo considerable.

Dogodna lokalizacja, pyszne śniadania, dodatkowe udogodnienia (kawa o dowolnej porze, basen, siłownia, ładny widok z okna, a nawet drinki na przywitanie) wszystko to sprawiło że czułem się w tym hotelu bardzo dobrze, a nawet wyjątkowo (na tle innych hoteli w jakich byłem e USA) ten był najlepszy i wcale nie najgorszy.

An emergency alarm popped and there was an evacuation order at the rooms floors but, when I asked the staff what was going on they said it was nothing important. Dismissing it and saying there was no evacuation order...

Sinceramente es inadmisible que se pague por un servicio de hotel, que no es un apartamento ni casa de alquiler y el personal de limpieza no atienda las peticiones de los clientes. Hemos pagado por un servicio de hotel. Había leído comentarios sobre este asunto en redes antes de hacer la reserva, pero sinceramente no podía creer que en un hotel no se haga el servicio de habitaciones de forma diaria. Y el trato del personal de limpieza no ha sido nada amable. En recepción lo hemos reclamado cada día que fuesen por favor a limpiar y nada. A los dos días tuvimos que acudir al carro de limpieza por toallas limpias porque ni eso lo habían cambiado. Y el tema del desayuno mucho que desear. Platos y cubiertos de plásticos, calidad mínima y variedad menos.

O hotel tem um fluxo de gente muito grande para a quantidade de elevadores. Toda vez que precisei do elevador tive que esperar muito.

Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Drink na powitanie. Zawsze dostep do wody. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania, trochę w europejskim i amerykańskim stylu. Duzy wybór, dostępne owoce, gofry, soki, ciastka, wędliny, sery, płatki, owsianka, omlety, gotowane jaja, pieczywo średnie ale jest toster, jajecznica, burgery i wiele innych. Wygodne pokoje z wieloma szafkami, biurkiem, lodówką, mikrofalą, ekspresem do kawy, klimatyzacją. Łazienka czysta, kosmetyki wysokiej jakości, dużo ręczników, suszarka. Sprzątanie codzienne. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Basen, jacuzzi, siłownia, pralnia. Możliwość zrobienia sobie kawy, herbaty czy czekolady w lobby. Wszystko super!

Wir hatten uns wirklich auf unseren Aufenthalt in Miami gefreut. Leider wurden wir vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise enttäuscht. Schon beim Check-in fühlte man sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Ein freundliches Lächeln oder ein “Willkommen” sucht man hier leider vergeblich. Man hatte eher das Gefühl, einfach der nächste Gast zu sein, der bezahlt hat. Wir bekamen ein barrierefreies Zimmer im 8. Stock, obwohl wir keines benötigt hatten. Das wäre grundsätzlich überhaupt kein Problem gewesen. Die Überraschung kam erst, als wir den Vorhang öffneten. Statt einer Aussicht auf Miami blickten wir direkt auf gefühlt 23 riesige Lüftungsanlagen des Nachbargebäudes. Die Fotos dazu werden wir hochladen, denn das muss man eigentlich gesehen haben. Doch die Aussicht war nur der Anfang. Zuerst liefen die Lüftungsanlagen den ganzen Tag vor sich hin. Gerade wenn man dachte, jetzt wird es vielleicht etwas ruhiger, schalteten sie in den nächsten Gang und wurden noch lauter. Kaum hatte man sich daran gewöhnt, wollte offensichtlich auch der Kühlschrank nicht hinten anstehen und begann ebenfalls regelmäßig mit seinem eigenen Solo. Und als wäre das Geräuschkonzert noch nicht vollständig gewesen, sorgte die Mikrowelle nachts mit ihrer kräftig blau leuchtenden Uhr für die passende Lichtshow direkt ins Gesicht. Wir mussten sie mit einem Handtuch abdecken, damit das Zimmer nachts nicht aussah wie eine kleine Landebahn. Als Zugabe gab es rund um das Hotel natürlich auch noch den normalen Straßenlärm. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaubsschlaf sucht, wird hier leider nicht glücklich. Das Frühstück hätte eigentlich Potenzial gehabt. Leider waren die besseren Sachen wie Brötchen oft sehr schnell vergriffen. Statt nachzufüllen, verschwand der Brotkorb einfach. Dafür gab es Toastbrot in ausreichender Menge. Einmal war sogar der Orangensaft komplett leer. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es genau einmal Omelett, ansonsten jeden Morgen das gleiche Rührei.

Breakfast was very good. Room was large and bed and pillows were comfy.

For the price we paid, our experience was very disappointing and completely unacceptable. The elevator situation was frustrating. There were far too many guests and not enough elevators to accommodate everyone efficiently. The parking situation was also disappointing. Charging guests for parking when they are already paying more than $200 per night for a room is unreasonable, and the parking fee was excessive. In addition, our room was not ready at the advertised 3:00 p.m. check-in time. We were unable to access our room until after 5:00 p.m. I was told that I had been placed on a notification list and would receive a call when the room was ready, but I later found out I had never been added to the list. I only discovered this after asking again. This was the worst check-in experience I have ever had, and I travel frequently. Because of this experience, I will not stay at this Hilton again, and it has made me reconsider staying at any Hilton property in the future.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Quarto e banheiro confortável e muito limpo e ótimo tamanho. Muito satisfeita, pena que fiquei apenas 7 horas.

Obiekt bardzo czysty jeżeli chodzi o pokoje i lobby. Pyszne śniadania, kawa, herbata , woda, gorąca czekolada dostępne 24 h na dobę. Dobre położenie. Czysta woda w basenie.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Jeżeli miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to czystość leżaków i podłogi na basenie - mogłoby być bardziej zadbane .

You can´t beat the location. You are in the heart of Brickell, within walking distance from the mall and all sorts of restaruants If you are not planning to stay on the beach, this location is fantastic.

The check with the front desk customer service was friendly and welcoming. The manger was amazing. The security guard which was a young man on the 1sr shift was also very friendly like a concierge. Very informative. He told us where to go & how to get there. The room was stocked with snacks and water the was the best added touch. I also appreciated and enjoyed the driver who took us to the port to catch our cruise was also very polite and friendly and professional. Best stay at at hotel in a long time.

I was not aware that breakfast was over by 10:00 am so we missed breakfast.

The A/C sucked! We were sweating at night. Place wasn’t super clean. We paid $450 a night for a suite and it was crammed for 5 people. Beds were horrible and pillows were thin as paper. Wouldn’t ever go to again.

Close to cruise port. Close to a good Resturaunt .Overall the Hotel was very good. Staff was very good and friendly.

Having your own Resturaunt in the hotel would have been nice.

I've been traveling the world since 90s and sometimes we bump into through and through professional managers like Alex. Alex made our stay pleasurable compared to what we went though at another Hamptons property in DC which was a total disaster. A big shout out to housekeeping staff- they love working with dedication and attend to guests' needs. In addition, the location of the property is absolutely fabulous, especially if you are traveling with kids- cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors are a stone's throw away from the lobby.

I would have liked to see some vegetarian options in Breakfast. Not everyone is a meat lover and more and more people are turning to vegan and vegetarian diet. Hampton's could bring more guests through the doors, if they only considered adding vegetarian dishes to the breakfast.

I loved the location walking distance to Brickell City Center Mall, lots of restaurants within walking distance. I was there for a cruise 5 minites to the port of Miami, the hotel offered shuttle for $12. This hotel smelled so good and it was so clean. Breakfast was good, friendly staff i will definitely come back.

This was a great hotel, loved the location in brickell, walking distance to the Brickell City Center Mall, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the hotel smelled so good and it was very nice and clean was here for a cruise i would definitely recommend this hotel friendly staff, good hot breakfast will definitely come back.

O ar condicionado tem um sensor que depois de um determinado tempo ligado esse sensor desliga o ar-condicionado então fica nesse liga e desliga e o quarto fica muito quente. Deveria não ter isso e deixar o ar-condicionado ligado sem esse desligamento automático

Preço do estacionamento é muito caro pra quem esta de carro alugado tem um gasto grande.
