Excellent séjour, tout était parfait ! Chambre très propre, établissement calme et confortable, personnel accueillant et professionnel. Rien à redire, je recommande vivement.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hébergement à Marrakech. Tout était parfait du début à la fin : l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté irréprochable, le confort de la chambre et la beauté du lieu. L’ambiance était calme et authentique, tout en étant proche des endroits à visiter.

Le lieux

Al ser un hotel pequeño, (una especie de B&B) de calidad, no había variedad en el desayuno. Puede ser un problema si sigues determinada dieta.

Si bien se encuentra dentro de la Medina, está dentro de uno de sus extremos entonces para cualquier punto de interés (incluidos restaurantes) debes caminar mas de 1km, y a veces 2km. Y no lo resuelves con Uber.

Fantaastic service from all involved, lovely breakfast, though after a week a little repetitive. The BEST chef ever for evening dinners. The courses all far exceeded my expectations.

The location was further from the heart of the Medina and other relevant locations than expected. I used a taxi significantly more than I thought I would need to. The price for each trip was significantly higher than it should have been, as for return trips I got taxis for 1/2 the quoted price.

The location was great. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance, which made such a difference. The Riad itself felt like a little oasis tucked away from the bustle of the medina. Unassuming from the outside, but absolutely beautiful once you're inside. We were welcomed with mint tea on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was a proper feast every single morning, with so much variety that I always left the table completely stuffed. The staff were so genuinely helpful and friendly, never in a forced or performative way, just naturally warm. I really can't speak highly enough of them.

Struttura accogliente pulita e a due passi dalla moschea nella piazza principale. Personale cortese e preparato, sempre propositivo in tutte le fasi delle giornata e nel soddisfare le richieste fatte.siamo stati una sera a cena e lo chef ha davvero cucinato benissimo,buone anche le materie prime impiegate. Colazione top nn serve altro tranne quello che ti viene servito di default.

Nulla solo il vociare la mattina nel caso in cui vuoi dormire un po’ di più.

Personnel super attentionné et à bon escient. Excellent petit déjeuner et très bon repas. Nous avons apprécié d'être situé en bordure des rues animées, mais proche de tout à pied (20' de la place Jeema el fna une fois que nous avons pris nos marques).

Ein wunderschöner Riad, von den Gastgebern Daniela und Yannic mit sehr viel Liebe und Können bildschön gestaltet und ausgestattet, bezaubernd bis ins kleinste Detail. Dazu ein tolles Team, das einem den Aufenthalt zu jeder Zeit so angenehm wie irgend möglich macht. Ein herrliches Frühstück und eine wunderbare Küche zum Abend runden das Erlebnis ab.

From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed and genuinely looked after. The level of personal attention we received was simply outstanding. A special thank you goes to Latifa and her wonderful team, whose remarkable attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. Their care was always present yet never intrusive, and we truly appreciated the way they anticipated every wish without us even asking. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotless, and full of charm – a perfect blend of Moroccan authenticity and modern comfort. The rooftop terrace deserves its own highlight: a peaceful oasis with stunning views, ideal for relaxing after exploring the city. Whether for breakfast or a quiet evening drink, it truly elevates the whole experience. The location of the riad is excellent – close enough to reach the vibrant heart of the Medina within minutes, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy calm and privacy whenever desired. From here, we could easily access all the cultural highlights, restaurants, and markets Marrakech has to offer.

The cab and tea prices

Séjour très agréable dans ce riad situé au calme dans la médina, à environ 15 mns à pieds de la place Jemma El Fna. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable (machine à café, bouteilles d'eau minérale, peignoir et chaussons à disposition). L'accueil a dépassé nos attentes, le personnel est adorable et toujours disponible. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. tout est fait maison. Nous avons dîné au Riad le soir de notre arrivée et dégusté le meilleur couscous de notre séjour. Tout était parfait, merci beaucoup pour avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Marrakech 😊.

Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Auch unsere späte Ankunft um 2 Uhr nachts war kein Problem. Die Besitzerin spricht auch deutsch und konnte gute Tipps zum Erkunden von Marrakesch geben. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Dachterasse und Lounge haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir nur drei Tage da waren, allerdings wirkten sie sauber.

Das Frühstück geht erst ab 8:30. Wenn man einen Ausflug machen will, z. B. in die Berge oder in die Wüste, kann man vorher nicht essen. Leider konnte das Hotel hier als Alternative auch nur trockene Kuchenstücke vom Vortag anbieten.

We loved staying in Riad Sybil. Daniela and all her staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had two dinners on rooftop and food was exceptional. Breakfast in he morning was excellent. I would defintely recommend my friends and family to stay there.

Authentic and clean!

The property is easy walking distance to the main square and medina and we always felt safe coming and going from the riad. We met the owners and it was a pleasure to see how helpful they were along with all the staff. The pool is relaxing, and the rooftop is great for some extra sun. Breakfasts had more then enough food and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend and would love to return.

It is calm, perfect to rest and enjoy the old city. It is well located and the neighbourhood is safe.

It is a bit noisy, not from outside but from the inside, for instance when people come in during the night or when the staff is speaking in the lobby in the morning. Also the mattress is rather hard.

A nice Riad with wonderful decor and a lovely staff. The AC unites need an upgrade.

The room was small and don’t have normal windows outside. There are no mirrors inside the room.

The room was clean and beautiful. All the staffs were very kind. When we went out very early morning because of the sunrise air ballon tour, the staff got up early and sent us off.

Staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. Location was good, close enough to walk to main sites but out of the busy areas. Food was great, breakfast was lovely and we ate here one night which was a good meal also.

Felt the pool area could have been better for relaxing by. Has a bar, of sorts, but not one you can easily grab a drink at and just chill on the rooftop with / by the pool.

The pictures match the reality. Attention to detail throughout the Riad is astounding. The staff are a credit to the establishment, so attwntive and friendly. They made our stay special. The location is far enough from the hustle and bustle to be quiet whilst a short 5 minute walk to the Tinsmiths Square, Bahia Palace and then 10 minutes further to the main square.

Nothing to dislike

Staff treats you like a VIP. Super real friendliness and warmth. Cleaning. The facilities settings, it is like a cocoon in the middle of old town quirks. Breakfast helps you to boost the day with a blend of continental and local dishes Restaurant is above average of what you will find in the city.

Sometimes no hot water in the morning . Taking guests to the terrace with 12ºC for breakfast is not a wise choice.

The Riad was stunning, beautifully decorated. Our room was wonderful, spacious, comfortable bed and lovely shower. The staff were so lovely, extremely helpful and friendly, there was nothing they couldn’t do for us. The owner of the hotel - Daniela - dropped by to say hi one breakfast and it was really nice chatting to her and learning more about the riad. The Riad is perhaps more on the outer edge of the Medina and is about a 20 min walk to the main hub of souks, restaurants and bars. This might be a con for some but we actually appreciated that it was much quieter, peaceful and it genuinely felt like a lovely oasis to come back to after a busy day of exploring. Breakfast was extremely yummy, although it’s sort of a set menu and very similar every morning - eggs, breads, jams, yogurt, cake/muffins, juice and coffee. It set us up for the day!

Staff were friendly and polite. They went above and beyond to help us. We once had an excursion booked before 9am, they got breakfast ready early. Breakfast was a good selection of pancakes, fruit, eggs and cheese. Location is excellent, a 15 minute walk to the main square. Nice and peaceful in the riad itself, safe too. Would recommend to others for sure.

Wonderful breakfast and great staff. The property is immaculate. You are walking distance to the main square. Again the staff were friendly and made sure you had a great stay including the owners. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were amazing - very kind and quick to respond. Breakfast each morning was extensive. The room was a good size and kept very clean.

Our room was on the ground floor, with windows that only open on to the centre of the riad, where everyone ate and the office and kitchen are located - it was often a bit noisy. The riad was a bit away from the bustle, in a much more residential area, very quiet. For us, it felt a little bit far from the neighbourhoods we found ourselves going to most often, so often led to long walks (40 minutes+) or taxis. But the quieter neighbourhood might be better for some!

The riad is located within the medina but secluded from the busy city centre (literally 6-7mins walk from the market). The riad is beautifully designed and decorated. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were helpful & friendly. It all had this touch of "home" for me. The people we met during our stay were super friendly & helpful too! Much appreciation to the staff (Lateefah, Hussain especially. Forgive me if I didn't spell your names correctly) You all made our stay pleasant and restful. Shukran!

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Riad was a short walk from the Medina and was in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The room was very spacious and clean with a great shower and the breakfast was perfect.

Staff were just fantastic, real sense of hospitality. The atmosphere was gentle and quiet. The location was surprising easy to find after a couple of outings. The airport collection was in quality transport, ordered and professional. The room was beautifully lit and spacious, the bed wonderfully sized, comfortable with quality linen. The towels too were well sized and good quality. In fact the whole experience had one word attached to it and that is quality.

Only a personal view but, we came for a rest as well as a look and breakfast finished at 10; for us, possibly another half an hour finishing at 10.30, would have been perfect, the one breakfast we did have was terrific The glass panel above the door was light intrusive at night. But again this is a personal thing, we like it very dark when sleeping for some people it wouldn't matter perhaps.

I really appreciate the service I received. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They accommodated our request to have earlier breakfast, they helped us with taxis, they took us to the place where we could buy fruit, etc. We all really liked our breakfast with wide variety of choices. The room is spacious and very quiet.

The only slight negative was the traffic on the road. The motor bikes were very fast and it felt quite difficult to walk without a pavement.

Tastefully decorated Riad that ticks all the boxes. Exceptional staff and owners. Couldn’t recommend more.Truely deserves it’s 5 star status.

From unassuming environs, once we walked through the door our experience was transformed. The riad is an oasis of calmness and relaxation with every detail for the guests to have a great stay, considered. The interior decoration is fabulous and the facilities top class. Do not miss the opportunity of staying here if you are in Marrakech. Staff are excellent and attentive and while we did not have the opportunity of using the pool or dining on the roof terrace, both are beautifully appointed.

I can’t really come up with anything.

It’s a very cozy hotel , very clean , the stuffs are sweetest. We had good time there. Not in the center of town, so we had to take taxi to everywhere.

The sauna place is not what we expected, I probably would have done it in other place. Shower water is quite small.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll into the centre of the medina. When you were inside the Riad it was very private and felt very safe. The decor was lovely.

The location did mean you had to navigate a busy road into the central attractions. The driving was a bit crazy and there weren’t many pavements, not suitable for anyone without their wits about them !

Stunning, immaculately clean, great location (quiet, incredibly safe, even at night: we walked close to 11pm, and felt very safe). Staff was so courteous. Our breakfasts and dinners were same level as at Le Marocain. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This was our first visit to Marrakesh, and will be back!!

The room was great. Plenty of space for 2 people. Balcony view was really nice.

There is a school across the street from the hotel. There was always so much noise coming from there in the morning and it disturbed my sleep. The hotel should tell hotel guests about the school. Also, the breakfast was not good. The restaurant staff did not speak any English so it was very hard to communicate with them. They did not get our breakfast order correct and due to the frustration of the experience, we did not eat breakfast at the hotel the rest of our stay even though we had paid for it. The hotel should staff at least one English speaker in the restaurant.

It was a great Riad if you want a quiet place, which I think is a blessing in Marrakesh, where many streets around the center are very noisy. Very, very nice breakfast, nice staff and very clean.

Bed a little too hard and sofas were very hard to sit on in rooftop and bars of the hotel. No soft music or cosiness was added to the areas so no-one was there, even during high season. The hotel was so quiet and we met no-one except from breakfast. In the beginning we wondered if we were the only ones there :)
