The bathroom when I arrived had blood in one sink and loads of bloody rags in the bin with the medical bottles just lying around. But take into account I did arrive at 1:30am so it won’t be cleaned until the morning which means it was not the facility but rather another lodger making a mess.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The capsules themselves were really well designed. I particularly liked having the control panel inside the capsule, which made it really easy to turn the lights on and off, charge my phone and control everything without having to get out of bed. It made the whole experience feel very convenient and modern.
There were a couple of negatives. The air conditioning inside the capsules wasn’t particularly powerful, which made it quite difficult to get comfortable and sleep at first, especially with the warm weather. I also found the location of the toilets and showers slightly inconvenient, as they are down a fairly long corridor from the capsules. After having a shower, I had to put fresh clothes on to walk back to my capsule, only to take them off again a few minutes later to get into bed!

I wasn't expecting it to be so comfortable but I really felt like I was in my own little room as opposed to in a big hostel room even though there were many people in the room with me. The staff were very, very informative and friendly. I will definitely repeat
