It was a spacious and comfortable property with a view to the sea from two bedrooms.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with bottle and can openers etc. it was very sparse.

The apartment is clean and interior is in good standard. Also the air conditioner is whisper quiet Excellent host!

The apartment complex is still under construction. The road leading to it if walking smells of drains

It offered a great view of the beach. The property was well maintained. The management team was professional, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout my visit. I highly recommend this property and look forward to booking it again for my next holiday.

Second Bath Room is not having Water Heater facility..

The property was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. There were also ingredients like milk, tea and coffee. The view was amazing and my kids enjoyed staying in the apartment than going around.

There was nothing that we didn’t like. Just a suggestion; It would be helpful if u have a CLOCK in the hall 😊

I was kept informed of the whole process on the day of checking in by host Awfar on how the keys will work, entry to building etc., but most of all, we were greeted by Rakib who was an absolute gent and welcomed us to the apartment. Some great small touches of having the AC on prior to us walking in with bottled water and milk made available. The apartment was very clean with fresh linen and toiletries. The apartment was awesome and had a great sea view as per the photos advertising the apartment and just as we expected. The apartment building itself was easy to find with the right instructions sent by Awfar. Centrally located and easy hop to the city of Colombo or the suburbs and all we needed was in walking distances. There was also ample parking for my hire car. Rakib was always at hand at the end of the phone if we needed anything and offered to resolve any issues if any. Great service.

The building is still being completed so a touch messy at the entrance and elevator but that didn't deter or bother us at all.

Excellent location.. very close to restaurants and shops. The owner and property manager are very friendly and accomodating of any requests. Apartment is very well maintained, clean, comfortable.

No air con in 3rd room and lounge room

Almost everything was provided, from cleaning products to toiletries. It was also very clean. The owner communicated throughout and made sure we were comfortable. Overall a very relaxing stay.

One of the rooms had no aircon, was a bit difficult to stay in that room

Great apartment with everything you would need and more. Host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble.

From the very start, my stay with this property was marked by attention and a great sense of hospitality, thanks to a host who truly goes above and beyond. From A to Z, I experienced prompt and thoughtful communication. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a friend's home. Host accommodated any request with humility and kindness that's rare to find. The apartment is exactly what you see online, with the breathtaking Indian Ocean view from the bedroom window. The place comes with all the comforts of a home from clean bed linen, towels, washing machine to kitchen amenities. They also accommodated housekeeping as per request. Host flexibly accommodated my delayed arrival due to a flight cancelation and graciously accommodated a late checkout. The apartment is situated in a great location in Colombo Marine Drive and it was easy to get a taxi via local app "pick me" or array of tuk tuks were always found on the Marine Drive. There is a large supermarket in walking distance, and just across the road, the beachside restaurants offer delicious local specialties till the midnight. Early morning walks on the golden sands by the beach was an absolute delight and I also loved to see the local trains passing right by the side of the beach. It was a great local experience. Highly recommended to both individuals and families.

The location is great, seaview is amazing. The owner was very kind and helped us to check-in in the middle of the night. Big thanks for everything. The beach is 3 minutes away and very clean. There is also a grocery shop nearby and lot of restaurants in a walking distance. The Colombo Zoo is 20 minutes by feet. But quite expensive for the foreigners

The location was perfect. Very easy to walk to places , get a public transport or get a taxi right out of front. Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds,perfectly furnished and excellent balcony with a breathtaking view. We felt like home. The owner of the property went way beyond what would normally be expected and took time and effort to make great recommendations.
