The room is so Cozy so Clean, The stuff is very helpful, love the view and the scenery every morning, the service is excellent the staff is so helpful and friendly. View deck have an excellent view and there is a golf course as well good to try

Signal is bad but with their WiFi is good The restaurant is. Not 24hours or room service

Amazing view, a nice viewpoint from the restaurant. Overall, the area is pleasant. There are some issues with getting high up into the mountains, the transfer didn’t agree right away. Because of the location, a tricycle costs 500 pesos one way.

We stayed for 4 days, and during that time our room was never cleaned, and no drinking water was provided. My request to have this done was ignored twice. When I asked why, they said they didn’t have the keys. However, no one ever asked me for the keys. It’s generally expected that staff have a spare set. And in any case, water and towels could have been left on the chair on the veranda at the entrance to the room. Our friends also never had their room cleaned, and no one asked them about housekeeping either.

- astonishing view from our bedroom and restaurant over the Isla Verde Passage - extremely calm (no roosters, no barking dogs at night) :) - clean and fresh air (600m above sea level) - very clean bedroom with aircon, ventilator and modern shower - Billiard available in common area - always approachable and lovely staff, who can organise everything for you at very reasonable prices - initially steep road but easing shortly after and very well doable with a normal scooter (almost no traffic at all)

Ponderosa is up a relatively steep road, which the tricycles may refuse to take you up on - which isn’t a problem if you’re renting a motorcycle so you can get up and down easily. However, the staff are very helpful and can help you get a ride up (or down) the hill.

Such a beautiful property! The common area was so cozy and had the most gorgeous view. The room itself was also very clean and comfortable; I especially liked how spacious the bathroom was. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially our caddies at the golf course who were very patient with us as rookies golfers. The food was quite tasty as well, which was great because we didn’t have to drive into town to eat. Overall really enjoyed my stay here!

The only downside is that it is quite difficult to get to, but Mindoro in general is quite a journey. However, once you arrive at Ponderosa it all becomes worth it.

This breathtaking resort is nestled on the side of a mountain with a breathtaking panoramic ocean view. We were stunned when we first arrived at the clubhouse; the place is way nicer than in the photos! There's tons to do for all ages - we stayed for two days and did not run out of things to do. My most relaxing trip! I also highly recommend going island hopping - the staff were kind enough to arrange everything for us. We were well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
