Rotana Al Manakha Madinah

I highly recommend Rotana Medinah - I had an excellent experience.

Near to haram but as the property is on the western part of mosque pilgrims need to walk long distance to offer prayers

Overall our stay at Rotana was excellent. Good sized spacious clean room and bathroom for a family of 4. Housekeeping and staff were friendly and approachable. My only negative was that it is a bit of distance for ladies area in the haram. As ladies sections are top right and top left when facing the haram. There is no live egg station, but a variety of eggs are available on the breakfast buffet. And there is a good selection for breakfast. I would definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay on this side of the Haram.

We enjoyed our stay at Al Manakha Rotana, the rooms were in great condition well equipped and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is great close to Masjid Nabawi, though slightly further away from the main gate near 330 but the walk isnt so bad. Meanwhile it is walking distance from the road that take you to Quba mosque where all the shops are.

Al Manakha Rotana is simply outstanding! The location is unbeatable—right next to Masjid Umar Farooq and just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond with their warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious choices. This hotel truly made my stay in Medina unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended!

Great hotel but smaller rooms compared to pictures. Felt very tight in space. Will be back if I get a good deals otherwise there’s other hotels in vicinity with better service and price.

Stayed here during Umrah, an excellent hotel with superb rooms and excellent service. A 5 minute walk to the Haram, would definitely recommend.

Overall clean and well equipped- location is great but not very close to the women gates- the highlight is the supermarket loudly in their basement for snacks drinks and a hot meal on the go

We stayed 3 nights.breakfast was good. we checked in at front reception then told to move 1st tower.then they gave us smoking room after complaint they changed us to non smoking room.three times smoke alarm went on in kids room.washroom very tight.i requested extra 1 hour for check out but front desk didn’t allow for both rooms 😕

Amir and Mubarak provided good service and the lady who checked me in was very welcoming and friendly.

One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was for the terrace but it was closed and the gym but it was in the other tower so it was inconvenient to go to the other building. Rooms were clean. Staff in tower 1 were very nice and helpful.

The room was not what was shown in pictures. We had kids and it was very tight. It was a disappointment at the end.

The location is brilliant, especially if you fancy catching a golf cart or walking to Masjid Quba most days. Staff were mostly polite. Housekeeping could do with improvement. Ran out of shower gel which wasn't replaced for a couple of days. Toilet roll wasn't restocked promptly either.

At first we didnt like to room but we requested for change and the management has acceoted that, our wlstay was brilliant to be honest

Absolutely impeccable hotel, really clean and smells really nice. Very close to the Haram and Quba Walk. Breakfast consists of a very good variety of foods. Have stayed at this hotel a fair few times however this time round house keeping was not up to scratch, hence the low rating. The green light prompt to clean the room was put on but I still needed to ring house services to chase it up, sometimes quite late into the evening at times. Yet every other room seemed to be cleaned apart from mine? Upon checkout, the reception staff were adamant guests had to request room cleaning via ringing 0 (house services) yet this has never been the case during any prior stays? As opposed to taking accountability, excuses were made instead. Absolute shame as the hotel & its amenities surrounding it are otherwise faultless.

This hotel is located near the Haram, with many options for the Men prayer entry gates into the haram, but the Women gates are limited meaning they have to leave the hotel very early for prayers to be able to pray 🙏 inside the haram. The house keeping was good but didn’t replenish the hand soaps until asked. The restaurant was good but there weren’t any fresh food preparation areas. Upon arrival I had asked for extra pillows at reception as I have back and neck problems but they refused. The lady on reception was young and lacked emotional intelligence, no welcome etc, may be she was having a bad day. The rooms look modern but the shower room could do with some upgrading, the showers were quite week. This hotel provides value for money, but would I stay here again? Only if there were no other options available especially if I have my female family members with me. As a single traveller I think I may consider staying here again. The restaurant manager is a big man and doesn’t come across as someone approachable, he needs to smile more often and speak to guests but I’m sure he is a good guy. This is more of a transactional place, you get what you pay for and no frills..if you can live with that then stay here. Finally food options generally in Madinah are limited to fast food and directly outside the hotel you can find a few takeaways, but I soon got bored with that and travelled into Madinah to try more traditional foods. I hope this helps.

Great hotel with great spacious rooms. Staff were amazing on the front reception so helpful and polite. Supermarket is close by with all you need. The Prophet’s Holy Mosque is within easy walking distance.

Great place beautiful clean rooms and bathroom. The people working there are awesome even the cafe guys and the noor restaurant workers. I had a beautiful time. It’s also very secure! Have to scan in every-time to get into elevator to room so that’s an extra security. The house keeping guy is so kind!! It’s literally by the mosque u just walk like half a block and you are on the mosque property!! Also there’s a market in between the towers it’s going down the escalator.

Very nice hotel conveniently located a walking distance from AlMasjid AlNabawi and within a busy area with many shopping options and reasonable dining options.

Absolutely lived the privacy comfort service and cleanliness. Breakfast is amazing. Staff is highy professional. I cannot find a single bad thing to say.

Good room, bed is hard and toilet floor is very cold. Not really comfortable. Also wanted my room cleaned and put the clean sign and they didn’t come for hours and returned to a uncleaned room. Staff are good and welcoming when you talk with them.

Great location, very close to AlHaram and Quba golf carts. The place is very new and clean and the staff is very welcoming. It's important to note that the hotel has two separated towers which was a surprise for me. Breakfast buffet had really good variety.

The hotel is good and hotel staff was helpful. The front desk manager, Razan, was very helpful and helped us in changing our room which made the overall stay very pleasant. The rooms service staff, especially Robiul, was also very friendly and always ready to help.

Rayan at the reception went above and beyond to offer a good support. The cleaning staff in the dining area should pay more attention to hygiene practices and make sure evey table utensils are thoroughly changed (not just wiped!) for each new guest. Overall great property, very kind staff

The whole property is well kept and clean. The staff are very polite and attentive. Dining options are very good and food was delicious. Flexibility for check out was brilliant as my daughter was sick, we were allowed to stay an extra hour. The hotel is close to Masjid AnNabawi, with a five minute stroll through the historic masajid complex next to Haram. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay.

We were checked in and out smoothly. It was in a smoking room against my request, but there wasn’t any smell. The view was beautiful and clear. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the housekeeping were constantly asking to rate them.

From the time I checked in until I left, the staff were warm and friendly. The hotel was clean and beautiful and the food both breakfast and dinner was sumptuous with a wide variety. Location was excellent.

Excellent stay overall. Clean and modern hotel. The Staff is nice and helpful. The buffet for both breakfast and dinner are excellent. It is close to the haram. But women have to walk 5 to 8 minutes to reach their prayer section. Extremely positive experience for a first time that definitely won’t be the last.

The front desk receptionist was a bit rude and dismissive (the one with the braces). I wish I could give 5 stars to the concierge attendants. They were very attentive and nice.

The receptionists at Tower 2 of the hotel Al Manakha Rotana were so kind, helpful and lovely. The guestService is excellent. This has been a 5/5 experience.

Right across the gate 309 of the Prophet’s mosque. 5 mins walk max. The restaurant was excellent as well.

STAY AWAY. My family and I tend to travel internationally regularly from the United States. The room was not what we expected and when we tried to upgrade or change it, the management refused. The management was very rude. One time as we were praying at the mosque, my 13 year old son told them he lost us and if he can get a key to the room and they refused to do so leaving him scared and terrified. We ended up booking a suite at Zamzam hotel and it was amazing all around. I would definitely recommend Zamzam if anyone is looking for a great experience in Medina.
