Had Problems with Check in as Front desk staff unfortunately did not speak English and said there’s no reservation. Finally managed to sort it out

The hotel is right beside Masjid al Haramain. Perfect location. The hotel had a few alarms go off in the middle of the night. So that was odd. Not the best cleanliness, found a cough drop stuck on the rug between the beds. One of the bed sheets although smelled washed didn't look clean. They have a nice little cafe in lobby with good drinks and food. Staff was very nice but at times seemed overwhelmed.

Hotel was quite clean. Room was not ready when I arrived at 18:00. Overall reception staff was good with fluent English.

The location was great and was a 2 min walk from masjid nabawi, beside that everything else was average or bad, we had one of the cleaners take a bag of our brand new thobes that we bought and he claimed that he thought it was rubbish which is suspicious and I don’t believe, the door was also broken and kept going off in the middle of the night, I give this place a 2.5 stars.

Booked for my father in law, for his transit stopover, clean, comfortable, conveniently located for his short stay. Staff got room ready for him ahead of the check-in which he appreciated.

Nice hotel

The carpet was dirty, there were no towels or toilet paper until requested, and no housekeeping service was provided. Front customer service are not cooperative.

Best thing- right by the Rawda & the Green Dome where our Prophet SAW is. Just need more variety in their buffet but overall excellent hotel Allhamdulilah

,small bathrooms , beds were singles which makes it difficult for a larger person. Breakfast was lacking with coffee and tea being instant. Desk staff was not welcoming but cleaning staff was excellent.

I'm so glad I booked this hotel. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I couldn't get the toggle for the shower to stay up so the water kept switching to the bottom tap so I had to shower while holding the toggle. The shower floor tiles were slightly cracked. However, my husband managed to use the shower fine (maybe you just need to be very strong to work it properly) and everything was immaculately clean. There are shops for umrah gifts and shawarma etc right outside the hotel and haram is right behind the hotel. Excellent location for me but at least 15mins average pace walk to the women's gate. Was easy to get a taxi back to the airport. The restaurant was closed when we went for lunch and we didn't like the look of the pictures of food they were showing on the screen so we chose to eat from outside the whole time we were there so I cannot comment on the food. Towels, bedsheets etc were all clean and comfy and the beds were also comfy. We were on the 8th floor and it was never a problem getting a lift up and down.

Very close to the Masjid and the Rawdah visitation for both men and women.

Property had lots of positives like proximity to haram, overall good service, English speaking receptionist, in home laundry service etc. only negative was the noise level which was on a higher side so staying asleep would be an issue if you are light sleeper. Otherwise a good place to stay

Located near front of Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff was nice and we didn't have any significant issues.

Nusk Al Hijrah Hotel reception is very welcoming and very polite, easy in check in and out. Cleaning staff is non-cooperative specially whatever we request, they’re saying they need permission from their supervisor even for water. Rest is excellent.

The service was fantastic! The food was great and delicious. The view from the room was great as well

Great location from Haram

It was ok

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay.

We stayed for 3 days and were allowed to check in early and check out late. The staff were lovely especially the lady who checked us in. The rooms were clean and nice and staff catered to most of our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel it is about 2 mins waking distance from masjid Nabwi and loads of shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that I could say negatively is that the hotel doesn’t have any microwave or offer any facilities to warm up food bought from outside but this is the same as all the other hotels around the area.

Great hotel and great customer service. They were very welcoming and allowed me to checkin early. This was really great. Breakfast was great and its very close to the prophets mosque. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, we were given a room where there is no ventilation fan working in the toilet. There was no iron and iron board. When called for one, we were given a defective one which damaged my clothes. When asked about this type of treatment, the working maid told me bluntly that this is what he does to every other clients. I am very much disappointed.

A Good Stay with Nusk, Would Book Again as location for Haram and Prophets Mosque is very close.

The staff was rude and would not give me my own key card to open the rooom. Every time she would send someone with us to open the room. That was really wierd. Will not stay here again. Cleanliness wise was not cleaned or maintained.

Mashalah I hade very good experience with that.. quiet , cleaned and not fare away from el masjid al nabawi (PROPHET MUHAMMED SWT masjid.

1 min walk to the haram

It’s a very old hotel ,the lobby and outside of the hotel is so good and renovated ,when you go on the floor rooms there’s a musty smell ,very old rooms and all flies on the room and even on the bed ,hotel needs renovation from inside

good location and 2 mins walk to Quba gate in prophet's masjid . couple of shops arounds to buy dates and other stuffs like perfumes

Good location close to Haram. Newer building and clean. Overall, it was a good experience. We have paid in advance for Our booking, so it works well for us.

The best thing about this hotel is it close proximity to Masjid Nawabi, as its close to gate 4 which is the entrance for the Prophets tomb. There are loads of shops open nearby and you will often be able to pick up gifts bbsck after Fajr salah! The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful in helping us get our bearings as it was our first time in Madinah. The breakfast buffet was stacked with loads of different foods each day and you will be spoiled for choice! The only downsides was that our room had a window (but not a view) and that our shower water wasn't hot, mearly warm. Overall, we will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay hear again the next time we visit Medinah.

The location was excellent, but the service was terrible. the lady at the reception doesn't even know whether the hotel serves breakfast or not. Disposable tea cups are provided once, with no milk for tea and coffee. Three small water bottles once daily.

Biggest plus is the closeness to Al Masjid an Nabawi, literally steps way, Staff were helpful, needed more staff at reception though and wish they had area to change into Ihram as check out is mid day.
